just bought their deli wraps, opened the bag and they were soggy and stuck together. the cashier told me they were "supposed to be like that" and argued when i asked for a refund. Also their produce sucks pretty consistently. Guess I'll start driving extra, and go to Big Y instead...

Friendly staff, quality products! A much needed and appreciated local grocery store that has just about everything you could need. Despite its small size there is a good selection of all the basics along with quality meats, good produce, and lots of locally made and grown products. The prices are competitive.

-Keystone Market. I have been coming to this market since my mother dragged me in as a kid in the 60’s when it was known as Shelburne Falls Supermarket.-Although the overall layout has not changed, it is quite up to date, fresh and clean. Very clean.-They have all the groceries and goods that you would need for a week’s shopping. The store is well-rounded, with baked goods, a deli section, dairy as you walk in, and a real meat section.Matt is the manager of the Meat dept and I must say that good part of the store has been brought up to new heights under his stewardship. I am a fan of his fresh-made sausage products from his previous location, so I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste of his breakfast sausage, known as *Matt’s Bacon Breakfast Sausage.*This sausage is everything that you expect in a good breakfast sausage patty. The bacon flavor is subtle and not overwhelming, and works with the other spices to make it the quintessential New England breakfast sausage.You hit a home run with this Matt!!-Overall I’m quite pleased with my experience at Keystone Market in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. I will be returning soon.

This is a family run market and the owners and employees are very friendly and helpful. They usually have what I want and need. Very nice selection of, made on the premises, salads, desserts and hot foods. An enjoyable place to food shop.

Visited this store for the first time yesterday, just out of curiosity because we are moving to the area. I was really impressed. It is the cleanest grocery I have ever been in. They have a great variety of groceries including international items, a decent selection of organic foods, house made prepared foods, fresh and good looking meat and produce, even pet foods and baby needs. It is pretty much all you could want from a small town grocery store. The staff were very friendly. We very happy to know that we won’t have to travel all the way to Greenfield for groceries..

Amazing store to shop for anything food wise & lots of kitchen items, pet items, paper goods, etc. The meat is amazingly fresh. Delicious deli meats, cheeses, salads. Very helpful in helping u find what u need. It's not just a store for me to go in and buy stuff. I look forward to shopping there because the owners work on site, all employees r all friendly. Veggies, fruits, all delicious. This store is in my community and I absolutely hands down say it's the very bestplace to shop.

This is a superb markets for all necessary items. The hamburger meat newly prepared each day Is terrific. Fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs also available often from local farms.This is a family business and I enjoy the friendly and attentive service I get there.

Good place, reasonable prices, wide variety, Deli and also, fresh vegetables and a meat section, prepared food breakfast sandwiches and lunch. I like thier roast chicken, I just bought a pint of sausage and shrimp gumbo for$2.75 and it's delicious
