Leslie and her team have been amazing. We have a complicated pit bull mix who needed a special stage set without other dogs.He also was very disagreeable about being placed in his beautiful custom cart.Leslie gave us a one on one lesson that was life changing. She instilled confidence in both my husband and self to get him loaded in the cart properly. Leslie and her husband Eddie are pioneers in the rehab world. We wish we had met them 4 years ago instead of choosing surgery for our big boy Benjamin. We are also working with the my pets brace company that Eddie’s wheels partners with. Thank you to the whole team for building Benjamin a comfortable cart so he can have the quality of life he deserves. We are eternally grateful.😇

Eddie's Wheels have been amazing for my pug diagnosed with early stage pug myelopathy. Lola is still mobile on her hind limbs but is unstable at best. The team behind the wheels, and their customer service, has been compassionate, helpful and communicative at all times. They shipped Lola's wheels to the UK with no issues, they supported via email whilst I was getting Lola used to them and have been exceptionally reassuring when needed. Lola now has a new lease of life, she is able to remain stable and is so completely supported that her stability out of the wheels, in the home, has improved. Lola's tail is now wagging so much more and she is able to run circles round other owners and dogs in the park once again. I have no regrets putting Lola in her Eddie's Wheels before paralysis has set in, Lola has none either - she is able to move with more stability and still exercise her rear legs making her stronger and more mobile than she has been in a long time. Thank you Eddie's Wheels from a delighted owner and a pug in her hot wheels!

I run a farm animal sanctuary in Hawaii and have several rescued animals with special needs. Over the years I've worked with several different companies that specializes in mobility devices for animals, but no one even come close to the quality of Eddie's Wheels. We just received our first custom front wheelchair for an adult sheep with front limb deformities, and even though we've only had it for a few days yet, I can already say that this is way above anything we have tried before. High quality, customized to fit her perfectly, well balanced, and comfortable!I can't rave them enough, and will put in orders for two new wheelchairs for our goats with back limb paralysis too.

Poor communication after delivery.Felt ignorance from them and lack of interest to really help me.EDIT: I attached 2 photos that you Eddie's also have. 1 in stirrups and in standing position, not walking. It is visible that the leg loops do not meet the inguinal fold like in the picture you sent me EVEN if I try to PUSH her DOWNWARDS.She is not pushing up, she cant go lower, i tried. You can see the outline of her body, belly, you can tell where the inguinal fold is, you dont need the diaper off for that. You can see her belly meets the hip higher than where the leg loops reach! I also sent you a video of the dog trying without stirrups and she still doesn't walk. You dear people think I am just sitting at home with an over 800 dollars payment to this cart and I dont use it cause I am stubborn and all I need to do is one simple thing for my dog to walk, but instead, I dont do it and I just sit around with the cart complaining in emails to you...And communication was not muddled as I understood what you told me, you understood what I told you. I communicated everything even repeating it here as I see it is necessary again.______________________________________________________________I received the cart around 20 march 2024 and I tell you, they seem pretty good quality carts. Unfortunately, I did not get to use it. Before, when I wanted to buy, I asked a few questions and sent an email of a few paragraphs to them. The person answering my email was very thorough and got all my questions. I said to myself: "Wow, good communication, attentive person, how lucky I am"...That attentive atittude of theirs ended as soon as I paid for the cart! I received the cart and something was wrong. From there it was just back and forth emails where I seemed to speak with uninterested people. The person was stuck on her perspective, unable to give me any feedback regarding my new queries of any kind and my perspective on what might be wrong with the cart. My cart could only adjust in height and lenght by 2 cm or so. I already did those adjustments as they advised me and my dog was still not walking. When they told me to lower the cart so that the dog touches down with her feet and then my dog still did not walk after that, I considered there is no other adjustments I can possibly make. And I wrote them an email telling them the dog is still not walking and that I wish to use their cart still. I asked them if they can help me, that I am willing and that I wish to send the cart back to them for them to adjust it for my dog. I am from Europe, so here I am offering to pay the delivery fee to The USA and then back to me and pay for the cart adjustment while telling them how much I wish to use their cart! In my email I also told them again my opinion on the issue. No feedback, as if they couldnt read. Their reply though?! They gave me no feedback on my proposal to send the cart back for adjustment and they simply told me to raise the cart a bit!!! One email ago they have told me to lower the cart and now they are telling me to raise it! I went crazy in my mind and soul. They had videos, photos of my dog, even without diaper on as the person requested, all they had to do was access them. Have a folder with the stuff, access a previous email so we dont have to talk the same things over and over again. Even with diaper on, it was visible that the leg loops dont stand where they are supposed to. What bummed me is that after I lowered the cart by 2 cm, they told me to raise it a bit and 1 cm upper, would magically make my dog walk in the cart. I was even willing to order a new cart if they told me they cant make adjustments, but seeing how little attention they payed to really try understand why my dog is not walking in the current cart, ignoring EVERYTHING I was saying, I figured ordering a new cart will not do me any good. Therefore, carts maybe are good, I dont know, people say so online. BUT dealing an issue with these people, GOD FORBID! If I knew this, I would not have taken the risk to order in the first place all the way to Europe.

This is where angels live. My 4 year old Doxie herniated a disc. Along with a lot of meds I needed to provide him with safe mobility. I bought one of the mass produced carts and what a disaster. After a lot of research, I came across Eddie’s Wheels. Luckily, I live close enough to drive up for a measure. Bill Bailey has his new wheels and is mobile and happy to be a dog again. This fine group of folks are warm, caring, smart and love helping others. They custom the wheels not only to your family member but to the injury or disability. If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you so much. Leslie and Eddie and the whole group are truly angels.

When we arrived at Eddie's Wheels with our new dog, Ficus, we were completely new to life with canine hind end paralysis. What a welcome experience to be greeted by such friendly staff who are all fonts of information including suggestions and recommendations for making life easier with special needs four-legged friends, several of whom are clearly regulars in the office! The time and attention given to a proper fitting for Ficus for his new wheelchair was thoroughly reassuring, as was his final fitting 3 weeks later. We feel such gratitude to Eddie's Wheels for this opportunity to begin a new chapter in Ficus' life including greater freedom of mobility and the opportunity to move and sniff and explore at will...

I can’t thank you guys enough for how brilliant the wheels I purchased for my Brewster are ❤️he goes for a walk twice a day in them . We give him little walks to get used to them ❤️most of all I am in love with his smiles as he’s walking and that he’s able to express his bladder while walking without his wheels he wasn’t able to fully empty his bladder . Such a blessing and such great quality .thank you

I have to say my dog Justice’s wheels are worth every penny we spent on them. I was very heart broken when my show agility dog is paralyzed. I just didnt know what in the world to do with him now. Well with the wheels and my wonderful trainer we decided to come up with a modified handicapped agility course for him even though he cant be shown he now is having fun again and doesnt even think anything is wrong with him. Thank you so much for the caring work you do to give so many dogs quality of life.

We chose Eddie's Wheels based on reviews and some recommendations. Last week we received the wheels we ordered for our deaf, blind Poodle. The quality of the build, fit and finish, matched the communication and support - 100% excellent! The staff is supportive, responsive and friendly. The made the process very easy from start to finish. If you ever need a wheel chair for your furry family member - please do yourself a favor and contact Eddie's Wheels. I've included a photo of Caesar on his maiden voyage and a pic of the wheel chair...good stuff!

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie's Dog Wheelchairs. It's 2 1/2 hours each way to get there, but well worth it. My cockapoo has degenerative myopathy and walking became difficult, they measured and fit Pringle to his own person wheelchair and I got my puppy back. This priceless service and product changed his life, now he's running around the yard and we walk the beach again daily.I whole heartedly recommend Eddie's Dog Wheelchairs, it will add years to your dog's life....The staff was wonderful too...I love you guys...😘

Our Bruno loves his Eddie’s Wheels cart. As soon as I pick up the cart to go outside he gets super excited and starts jumping up and down (as much as a dog with no use of his hind legs can jump).Eddie’s were great to work with in the measurement and design of his cart and the quality is top notch. Bruno and I highly recommend Eddie’s.

RUN AWAY! Would give 0 stars if I could... Have been trying to buy a replacement cart for a friend's dog for 2+ months - no one returns calls... no one answers the phone and the rare time I get a person on the phone, they are RUDE and complain about each other in the office and want to argue with me. Evidently the younger staff wants the older staff to retire, but they won't. The older staff can't keep conversations straight, and no one takes responsibility for the customer. If this is the level of service provided before the sale, I can only imagine the other horrible reviews about lack of service after the sale are correct. I hear Tyson's Carts is professional, helpful and eager to help their customers & dogs... Unlike Eddie's

Eddie's wheels employees where very helpful and kind through the whole process. They responded quickly to emails and where clear with instructions for measurements. When the wheelchair arrived it was securely packed, and quick to assemble. The sweetest people I could feel thier excitement when I sent video of the first forward movement in my pups wheelchair. The employees are truly invested in their work and sincerely care for the animals they are helping. Thankyou so much Eddie's wheels we love you!

WOW, just WOW! We have recently gotten an Eddie’s Wheels Chair and it is making such a difference in my pups life. He went in a chair 4-1/2 years ago at 7 years old. He is now 11-1/2 and has been really slowing down pulling his heavy Walkin Wheels chair. The Eddie’s Wheels chair is light as a feather and he’s able to run again!I’ve also spent upwards of $2k buying parts, wheels, frames, etc from Walkin Wheels Handicapped Pets. He’s on his 3rd chair from them. With Eddie’s Wheels, all parts and the chair is warrantied for life. If I knew then what I know now, Eddie’s Wheels would have been way cheaper and better for us in the long run. If you need a chair, definitely do your research. Cheaper in the beginning is not always cheaper in the long run. Eddie’s Wheels for the win.

This is our 2nd dog lucky enough to have Eddies Wheels! They are amazing, they allow our dogs to be dogs! Upright, the way they should be! The owners are so invested in making these wheels individualized and perfect. They even opened on a Saturday to tweak the wheels so our Murphy could get back out on the trails! They are the BEST!

My boy is 95lb of solid mystery doggo, so I knew I needed a really sturdy custom-built cart. (A flimsy cookie-cutter cart just wouldn't cut it.) Eddie's Wheels delivered. Their carts are built with care, and are solid and precise. When my dog's thicc thighs wouldn't fit into the standard saddle, they worked with me to build a saddle that would fit him well. This cart will add years onto his life. Thank you!!

We love Eddie’s Wheels. They met us short notice on a weekend when we were running out of options for our senior dog who was having trouble walking. They were so knowledgeable, patient and caring with him and us, adjusting the wheels for him and staying with us until he started walking in them. I would absolutely recommend Eddie’s to anyone exploring mobility options for their dog.

We had a Horrible experience with this company. It's been awhile but it was very hurtful to relive since our dog passed. He was measured by ourselves and our Vets. The woman there kept saying his measurements couldn't possibly be right so they changed them. Guess what? The wheel chair/ bike never fit our boy correctly and we got STUCK with it. Paid for the entire thing. They're Expensive. And they give NO REFUNDS! In addition the Hardware on these things are Extremely difficult to adjust keep in mind. It's miniature like. Orthopedist recommended but we set him straight on our whole experience. We Highly Recommend Walking Wheels! We also found the employees at this company rather Snobby. They're not very good listeners either. Beware if your dog is a Lab or Beagle you May be okay but for other breeds of different dimensions their attitude is that they know your dog's body better than You do. Wrong Wrong Wrong. If your dog loses the use of their legs Please don't put your trust in this company. Our poor dog had to wait for a proper set of wheels and by then his condition had deteriorated some more. We had to purchase another one from Walking Wheels. It was Excellent. BUT we wound up paying for 2. If you truly care about your dog you will Pass on This company. God bless. Update** Finally after nearly 200 views of my review the owner responded back. They said it was 8 years ago. My wife contacted them back then and they Refused to help. B. Our regular Vet and the Orthopedic Vet measured our dog. C. Our dog was certainly Not morbidly overweight. He was the larger of the two breeds. These were untruths. Find yourself another company these are Cold individuals who only care about $. God bless

My dog has front limb carpal laxity and our surgery vet recommended that we get him front wheels. I spoke to the owner of Eddie’s Wheels and she was so lovely and honest about why I shouldn’t get the wheels rather try braces from other places as wheels will not really help him. And thanks to her my lil doggie is loving his new braces and is able to walk!! It’s hard to get honest opinion in the pet industry so it’s good to see a company with integrity.

Everyone has been wonderful throughout my cart purchase experience. Such a quality product. My dog Petey got to meet the in-house "staff" in their tiny carts.

My three legged lab/chow mix, Bigboy, hasn't been able to walk since early November of 2020 because of kidney failure. I bought a custom set of wheels for $546 from Eddie's, but by the time it was made and shipped to me, my dog could no longer stand. I asked Eddie's if there was an attachment I could buy to add to the chair, so the cart could support his full weight and have 4 wheels instead of just 2, but all they did was repeat there were no refunds. They didn't try to help me, so I have a useless cart that my dog hasn't been able to use. My dog is still with me, even though my vet advised me to put him down. I will never do business with Eddie's again. It seemed like all they wanted was the money; they don't care about actually helping dogs and their humans.

Very pleased with the service here. We rescued an English mastiff who had his front left leg amputated. We've only had him a few months and he's not great with other people yet. They were very patient and took their time getting the measurements they needed. When he was too skittish to get in the wheels when we came back to pick them up they offered to come to to us (a 4 hour drive each way) in a few weeks after we are able to get him in them to make any necessary adjustments since they were unable to do so at the time of pickup. Seems to be very sturdy and well made, I'll update once he clams down enough to use them

I can't say enough good things about this company! I am an LVT and have worked with this company for years through the clinic I work at. Their wheelchairs are the highest quality and make the dogs comfortable. I recently spent the day at their office/shop to learn more about fitty carts. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is beyond amazing. It is great to have a company that is truly passionate about what they do to help animals. Their carts are 100% custom to the pet and handmade at their shop.

Im giving them 5 stars because I DIDNT purchase from them. I wanted to get a wheelchair for my dog and sent in measurements. They were very attentive to the pictures and measurements and asked for some clarifications and additional pictures as well as a video of him walking. After seeing all the info I submitted, I spoke with Jill who was very knowledgeable who actually told me my dog was not good candidate for the chair for a number of valid reasons. I greatly appreciate the honesty and advice as it would have been very easy to just make the sale for something I was ready to buy but in fact they talked me out of purchasing and gave good reasons why. This is a first class organization.
