This pizza is fantastic. We got a chicken, bacon, ranch, and another one with eggplant. The pizzas were very hearty. The chefs were great. Staff was very friendly and wished us a good day after we ate. I’ll be going back very soon.Parking: You may have to park down the road a little bit, but you should be able to find a spot right out front.

I try to support local businesses but each and every time I order from Buckland Pizza I tell myself “never again!” Their products don’t taste fresh no matter how much I try to talk myself into it. Ordering spinach on pizza? No thanks. Feels soggy and barely frozen. Sorry, but you’ve earned this bad review. And I will not be back

Comfort food with that comfort experience. Buckland pizza offers a beautiful view in the center of Shelburne Falls village. The authentic greek italian atmosphere where you know you can enjoy some of the best homemade pizza dough, hand shredded mozzarella cheese, and family recipe Marinara that'll become your new addiction in MA loaded with toppings that'll send you home happy and coming back for more. The new owners have made this place feel like home with those smells that bring back the feeling of being at Mama's house with the whole family. 😍

We came across Buckland Pizza by accident...and we are so happy we did. The moussaka pizza was hands down the best 🍕 I have ever eaten. And to be honest I don't really like moussaka. If you are in the area check out the flower bridge

20-years stationed in Europe with the U.S. military, I was spoiled having authentic Italian-style pizza.My girlfriend and I stumbled across Buckland Pizza and she still claims this was the best pizza of her life. For me, not the best in the world but definitely the best we had in the U.S. so far. Crust was thin (which we loved), fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Dining area was a little small and tight (so be sure to get there early). But be sure to go, you will not be disappointed.

This pizza was delicious!!! Seriously, it can be really hard to find good pizza sometimes, but these guys have nailed the recipe for the chicken-bacon-ranch pizza. You’ve gotta try it. They have a nice outdoor seating area in the center of town where you can people-watch on a nice day. I’m coming back here the next time I come to Shelburne Falls.

Just happened upon this place while lost on our way back from Berkshire East. Saw the bridge of flowers and had to stop. This pizza shop had 30 min left to close when we walked in. Ordered a large pie 1/2 ch, 1/2 roni. Pie was awesome. Crust was crunchy ay the crust while soft and cheesey all the way thru. Sauce was banging. Overal all great pizza. Also, even though we showed up late and ate in-house, staff couldn't care less and we did not feel rushed.Gonna make a plan for the bridge of Flowers and for sure going to have lunch/dinner here.

5/5. The new owners are absolutely fantastic. The food is dynamite. We had a large pizza. 16". Beautiful pie. Pizza is cut pub style, just how we like it in Chicago. Nice, fresh crust. Neutral pizza sauce. Quality cheese. Very little grease. We were very pleased with our experience. If you're in the area, stop in and say hi to the new owners. They're great people.

We live nearby and tried their new gluten-free pizza which is delicious. The crust comes from a dedicated gluten-free kitchen with a special foil and they use a separate cutter for it. Very excited to be able to order pizza there. We have celiac but probably not okay for super sensitive people as they use a shared oven.

I've come here many autumns over the years as part of the leaf peeping crowd from Springfield area/central Mass. They have the best toasted grinders (I've gotten veggie and eggplant parmesan) - crispy bread, perfectly melted cheese, the onions and peppers are fresh and lightly roasted, and the eggplant parm is flavorful. The pizza is also delicious!Sometimes we think of trying something different on our trips to Buckland and Shelburne Falls just because, but we are usually tempted to come here in the end since it's so good.Vegetarian options: The hot and cold veggie grinder and hot eggplant parm grinders are great, along with cheese or veggie pizza.

It's hit or miss. It usto be the number 1 but I would not say that any more. The workers are great. I was gonna rate it a 3 but I like the workers they do a good job. The pizza some times is too cooked not enough Greece I know that sounds bad I like Greece pizza tho.

Great place! The pizza itself has a good taste, nothing too fancy or out of the ordinary but a solid pizza! The service was really amicable as well. My only issue during my visit was that the pizza only came in two sizes small (which works for like 2 ppl) and the large (which would be perfect for 5). We traveled a bit to get here and only 3 of us were hungry so we had to order the large and take some home.

Sign on the front says new owners - congratulation! This was the first time there and it was a great experience. My two picky granddaughters (10&12) reported that their plain pizza was "great" and there was a new entry on the menu - gyros - that I had to try. It was excellent, Thought I was back in New York City.

This is a great little pizza place. We stopped in for dinner with our two children and got a table right away. The service was friendly, the menu is extensive, and the portions are huge. We will definitely be back.

Kiddos skied all day and wanted a solid Italian meal to dive into. Pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna were all a huge hit. The Buffalo wings were fried and the star of our meal. Portions are quite generous and made delicious leftovers for lunch the next day.Hours are not posted on their website or in the storefront window. Closed Monday and Tuesday, can’t confirm hours beyond this.Tip well as you can count on a memorable meal!

Update: Since this review, Buckland Pizza has made an obvious effort to be more polite and better order service. Thank you for the improvements and friendly customer service.The food here is excellent and the price is always fair. However, the customer service and the atmosphere inside the place is terrible. Everytime I call to place an order I can never seem to get ahold of anyone. If I do get ahold of someone, its either a big inconvenience for them to take my order or the lady gets upset I have to have her repeat herself over and over again because she's not fluent in English or can't be bothered to put in the effort to enunciate. They're crazy busy all the time so I used to let it slide but now I'm so sick of this attitude and lack of effort. I would give them 3 stars for the excellent food but the customer service is so bad its overwhelming. Buckland Pizza was always greatly admired by the locals and by my family and friends.
