They send you out the door as fast as possible, only for the stuff to be bone dry and unsmokable. They don't do refunds either, so it's a waste of your money and time to go. When I called I was told that they did not follow standard procedure and that this was a known issue with the strain I purchased, but there was still nothing that could be done.

This dispensery is FANTASTIC! I remember the 1st time I went...I was such a newbie! I knew kind of what I was looking for, but no idea what to get. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! They helped me pick out items from their large assortment of options that were EXACTLY what I wanted! I have been a loyal custo.er ever since!Also, if you like antiquing, there are tons of places to stop along the way, along with cute shops in the area, not to far down the road!!

Had a horrible experience with a female employee yesterday on 2/11 at around 3:30pm. Employee was rude, passive agresive and then ended up saying she could not help with the transaction, rolling her eyes at me and saying whatever and then proceeded to start repeating my words and mocking me with “have a nice day sir, u bet have a nice day sir, in a very snoty tone grinning and laughing about it in front of 2 other employees and customers. I did let the front check in know that was unacceptable behavior. That is now the second negative experience I have received at the pass. I will continue to do business elsewhere now. I hope a higher level at the pass will take action and make right of this situation.

Glad to hav' utilized"pre-ordered" option for pic' up..! Wuz' in & out relatively quickly.. Noted long line on in-store shopping w/ only one "bud-tender" working that counter when arrived... Pre-order off website definitely the way to go... Great deals/ discounts on w/ max out purchases. Always clean , miss the out- houses...( lol )

The Pass is probably my favorite dispensary and I can't recommend it highly enough. The selection is unmatched, and I find something new and exciting almost every time I visit. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable so if you don't know exactly what you're looking for, this is a great place to start because the team is more than happy to help with recommendations.

I came from out of state with $62 dollars to spend. I was suppose to get two gummie packages and a disposable vape. When I got back to CT and opened the bag there was one gummie and a vape so someone got a $20 tip or my gummies.

They blatantly lie about the thc content of their products! Their website claims high d9. And if you go to the store all their products have no label for you to see. It's only after you buy something that you can look at the REAL content. And only if you take it out of the brown paper bag THEY place it in and stapled shut. Legal weed was supposed to put an end to dealers screwing everyone. Not in Massachusetts. And definitely, not at the pass.

The dispensary is very nice and clean as well. The gentleman that helped me was kind, polite and helped me with all my questions.There is a nice variety of things to choose from, and I really liked the place.Now, the reason I have it 4 out of 5 is because: its a cash/ debit only place.I drove 30 minutes from Ct, (first time going there) only to find out that no credit card accepted. I had no cash on me at the time. There is an ATM in the premises, but I could not draw cash. So my trip was somewhat a waste of time.But I do recommend it!! Just make sure you have cash or your debit card in hand.Happy trails!!

Top notch place to buy and learn about products from a bunch very knowledgeable and diverse bud tenders. They've got good options for budget, bulk, and quality from their in-house lines, although they're often out of more popular name brands.Don't be afraid to ask for guidance. They take the time to talk through things and make sure you get what's right for you, not the company.

Staff is super helpful and following covid procedures like taking temperature at the entrance. Didn’t feel rushed and overall it was an easy, smooth process for online order and pick up. Loved the bags. Looking forward to coming back!

Tried the “tropical flame” flower I purchased from the Cana store in Norton. Was advised to call this dispensary to see when they’ll be sending out flower to the Cana store. A woman named Cindy answered the phone who rushed me off because “she was doing two things at once” and brushed off my question. Customer service needs to improve especially if a customer is calling in to compliment the product & checking for availability

Pretty angry about the fact my husband and I drove 3 hours to this place and to come home with the wrong order. The male with long hair kind of covering his eyes (don't know his name - otherwise would provide) did not make an effort to listen to what we wanted. We specifically told him we wanted edibles that had 100mg THC which was the Hexies for $25. He gave us 2 edible bags that contained the 10 edibles which contained 50mg of THC. Our mistake that we did not catch on that the total price was cheaper the expected, but come on. Please refer to the picture attached - We wanted the green bag but not the yellow.Also, why is it advertised that the hexies edibles are 100mg on your website when I received a bag that has a tape over it saying its 83.6mg? That is very misleading - had we known, we would have thought more about the selection we were makingWorker was also rude and not helpful. He even told me "I think I was a bit harsh to you" . Pretty unacceptable.Overall - place was very nice - prices are better than other dispensaries.

Ryan made some perfect recommendations, new exactly what he was talking about and had a great personality. I don’t usually place reviews.
