The largest supermarket in Sharon Town ( MA) for grocery, meat, bakery and other daily use items. See dissatisfaction from some customers on their staff behaviour, non- availability or quality of items .Prices are reasonable. It's good that Starbucks is available within; but, the taste of latte is not good, perhaps due to quality of ground coffee beans?. Ample parking. Liked their reminder about taking along the bags, from car, on their Parking Board , and their initiative to collect plastic empty bottles for re- cycling. A good place to shop, particularly for Sharon and nearby residents.

This place has a lot of options to shop nicely arranged with lots of space between the aisles. They have Japanese, Indian, Korean, Mexican, and pretty much all sorts of options if you are into global cuisine.The chicken, turkey only sausages are unique to this outlet and ideal if you are into lean meats, low fat, etc. And yes, Neal's great. He is like the go-to guy for everything and everyone, including the customers and their staff!The prices are less than the grocery stores in the city. But it's a bit more expensive than compared to Aldi but that's expected. The location is convenient, it's next to liquor world and dollar tree.Ample parking is available at all times.

I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT SHAWS FOR YEARS. when they started with digital coupons which i correctly clip every single time it messes up with a mistake. i add up how much it costs as i am doing the order so i know pretty close to the penny what it should be. It is very upsetting that this happens all the time there is a major software issue and its really not fair. but its ok i have taken my business to market basket .ADD YOUR PURCHASES UP TO BE SURE YOU ARENT OVERCHARGED

Today is March 27th 2022. Please check your expiration date of goods on shelf when you buy stuff from this horrible place. Are you kidding me? Expired dairy products (Brie), Best Buy Aug. 2021 wraps, and meat products molded to like an art creation????I could’ve called health inspector here, and no manager was onsite to talk with me

Gone down hill for sure. Shelves have often have missing items and people there are quite rude when asking for help. I would definitely have to recommend Shaws in Mansfield.

Not gonna lie, this place sucks. Screw shaws. And no, I’m not going to recommend something to your stupid website because I know that you won’t listen. Managers are rude, lazy stockers and annoying baggers. Chicken wings are amazing. 🧑🏿‍🌾

Had a terrible experience with the staff here felt racially profiled, I was not greeted when I got to the cash register and I heard the person before me and after me who were both white people get greeted and asked how they're shopping experience was the only thing asked of me was if my coconut water had alcohol in it. I thanked the bagger on the way out and all they did was smirk at me and did not say you're welcome. Wish I didn't have such a bad experience here because the store was very clean I must say but will not be returning.

Love this location. Especially the people at the meat counter, they always make sure I get what I need and I almost never have to ask, they see me looking and check in. That’s amazing customer service! Thanks guys 😀

I have been shopping at Shaw's for many years it's a real staple store very clean well-managed very good inventory the meat markets are always super I even get special cuts without any problem the seafood department is excellent always fresh and the vegetable and produce departments are excellent prices are very fair and always good parking outside.

I like Shaws employees are fantastic but compared to the super markets prices are not as competitive. The paper bags they have had last few years are poor quality. The company for some apparent reason is still giving out half paper bag quality of paper is thin can't hold the product. I would suggest checking out competition such as Market Basket . That is what a bag should look like to hold a product with confidence to get to your car.

This Shaw's is OK, not the greatest, but not the worst. It's a basic grocery store that sells groceries. I'd like to see them make fresh pizza, seafood and other hot food items.It's understandable because the place is never crowded. It's always clean. There's usually no lines at checkout. The staff is very helpful and friendly.The Free Items on the weekends are great and I like the gas points.

Lot of young kids working goofing around the girl who checked me out practically threw my stuff down the checkout area. Nobody to bag I bagged myself. It was a clean nice store and never been in there not sure I'd go back at that time of night

I’m giving this place a five star review because of Terri in the flower department. She was helping us with flower arrangements for an event and I couldn’t think of a person who is kinder and more compassionate to help us. Everyone at checkout was also amazing! Thank you and we will be back ❤️

With the many super market options available in the Greater Foxborough area, this Shaws supermarket really stands out. Just a few years ago the store renovated into a clean and modern layout. I especially like that the entrance area has turned into a Starbucks. Great for all coffee enthusiasts.

I like the that they have a decent selection left on the shelves. I can't afford what I used to get, but it nice to see it is still there. I bought a sub at the deli it was all bread.

Unhelpful employees, limited selections, & not to mention.... prices way to high. I only visit when in a pinch, & need it right now. Unfortunately it's the closest market to my residence, mostly I'd drive to Big Y. Now they're worth the trip.

I will never go back.The staff, managers and cashiers make snarky comments for simple genuine questions. They have screwed up basic debit card transactions all but one of my unfortunate visits, costing me time and money.Every time I leave I am genuinely upset and have additional stops or phone calls to make to try to resolve the issues, if I even can.Forget about returns/exchanges or speaking to upper management to resolve improper charges; they tell you it’s up to you now to pursue anything with your bank. They take no responsibility for their cashiers mistakes or managers’ unwarranted rude comments.

We have been shopping at this Shaw's for the past 8 years. It is located very conveniently near 95 exit 8. It is spacious, bright, clean, and offer many products. but to the food is not cheap if it is not on sale. so we still visit warehouse types of grocery stores from time to time.

Picked up some groceries while we were passing through. Overcharged by $5 when the cashier rang up wrong produce item. Staff was confused when asked for location of vegetarian items. Things that aren't on sale seem super expensive.

Quite disappointed at this location overall. The new addition of Starbucks didn't change much.They have good sale (esp on cold-cuts and bacons) from time to time, but they also over-charge on a LOT of things. Newest case is the Stonyfield organic probiotic yogurt I got -- many varieties were all jammed in the same area and I wasn't going to pick at stuff during a pandemic, so I just quickly chose one and left, figuring that it'd be $5.99 at most (from the usual $3.59-$4.79 range). Surprisingly, it rang up $7.99!!! For a 32oz. tub of yogurt! Even WholeFoods doesn't sell yogurt for $8! Given that they don't even have to pay rent for this property (source: claims from town residents), this arbitrary pricing is beyond outrageous.Many times I shop there, prices also don't ring up correctly. Not a big deal until I go to Customer Service, who'd try to "refund the balance" instead of abiding by state law, or just muddle the math to minimize their own loss. One time the lady did the wrong math with my refund, she even out right lied (that, or she doesn't know the law) how there is a "$10 maximum" on total error refunds and I was now at $9 for THREE ITEMS (of price difference, NOT refunding full on the first item then price-difference the other two) so there was "not much difference anyway". Wasn't worth my time and energy to further bicker on loose change, and there were another customer waiting, but that did not change the fact that they are horrible with math, price management, and customer service.Would still go there on the off chance that we swing by the area, but it would not be a place I'd recommend to shop on any given day. The Shaw's in Canton is better by comparison.

I am worried about the safety of the customers who shop at this location. I found items that expired in 2021 (it’s 03/27/2022!) and items that were rotten and moldy. This is unacceptable and a series breach of FDA regulations. Please address these issues asap.
