I truly can’t emphasize enough how relieved I am to have found Emily! Our terrier mix gets very anxious at the groomers, and isn’t always the most pleasant dog to work with. Emily was so helpful with suggestions to ease his anxiety that we could work on at home, and is so patient with him when he’s there. I know that I don’t have to worry about Dino when he’s there, and Emily sends text updates throughout his grooms which I appreciate. Dino always looks wonderful when I pick him up, and you can tell Emily truly cares about your pet!

First appointment went well and already have a follow up appointment booked. Emily is so enthusiastic and caring. I felt so comfortable leaving my one year old golden with her for grooming. My dog loved Emily- I could tell. I am so pleased with how my dog’s haircut turned out. Emily also sends you pics during the groom appointment which was a pleasant, personal touch!!

All I can say is WOW! Emily does an incredible job, and she is super sweet and always very professional. I have taken Teddy to a few groomers and this one is hands down the best. Clean work, very quick, and awesome location. A nice spa day for your pup! I would highly recommend!

Very easy to text and communicate my dogs needs about her grooming! Emily took notes on what my pup needs and my dog Persephone came back looking like a million bucks pricing is great definitely worth it. I’ll be bringing her back so she can get the necessary grooming done she also sends you pictures and updates on how your pup is doing throughout the process!

Such a great place to bring your puppy for grooming. What I like is that it’s in a residencial area, the grooming shop is behind a home and it’s small but I love that because of the personalized service my dog Hudson got. The parlor is so clean and Emily made sure Hudson felt comfortable around her, this was the first time we were going to her for grooming so My puppy was a bit scared but she made him feel comfortable. The pictures in the review were taken by Emily, she keeps customers posted by sending a picture of your puppy abs I feel like that’s a really nice touch. I’ve already booked our second appointment! Highly recommend her!

Emily is a total gem. She sent photos throughout the grooming process and is so gentle, warm, accommodating, and instantly beloved by dogs. I love that Petunia's Pet Parlor doesn't crate your dog and carefully schedules appointments to avoid overlap for this reason. Attention to detail, communication, flexibility & the layout of their grooming area is unmatched. The little details set them apart; I always know my dog is in good hands. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Emily is the most knowledgeable caring dog (whisperer!) groomer I’ve ever used. My girls hate getting their paws and glands done and they sit beautifully for her and she gets it done with love and calmness. They hate water too so when I don’t have time or energy to bath them after a dirty hike- she gets my short hair girls nice and clean- I also love her prices! The new space is comfortable and convenient- Best groomer in Mass!

Hands down the best groom my dog has ever had! The detail Emily was able to get in his face was flawless and I’m so impressed with how meticulously his paws were groomed. As an especially fluffy cockapoo he is a magnet for dirt outside and with his new cut, cleaning up is a breeze. I will never go to another groomer again! Emily did an amazing job grooming my 95 lb German Shepherd who has never been a fan of grooming. She was responsive to my appointment request, compassionate to my anxious dog and had a spotless facility. She is not only a wonderful person but clearly loves what she does and it shows. Emily is amazing. We were first time customers and Emily was able to fit my 2 shorkies in right away. Both of them had not been groomed since before winter so they were in rough shape. Emily took the time and made them look absolutely amazing. She is very nice and very upfront about the costs. She sent me pictures during the grooming process. My dogs were very happy. We will definitely be going back. I would recommend Emily to everyone, she is AMAZING!!!.

Took my dog here for the first time today, wow! We had a great experience, and my dog who hates going to the groomer could not have been happier! Today was our first apt at Petunia’s Pet Parlor! Emily was so wonderful with my two 9 year old chihuahuas! They hate the rain and we’re calm throughout the entire process! She had great energy which they could sense, and even let her cut their nails. Highly recommend this groomer!! She sent the cutest pics too! I already booked their next appointment.

Such a lovely place I can't even begin to say enough nice things about Emily and her intimate grooming studio. My dog Hudson struggles in busy places and with too much going on, and he always seems comfortable and happy leaving Petunia's. Hudson has had a hard life in the beginning and lacks confidence and is often very nervous so its hard for me to trust groomers and handlers with him, I fully trust Emily!! Hudson is well taken care of and I know that he will me met right where he is at.Emily is thorough, kind and an incredibly skilled dog handler and groomer. Having a doodle, it is so important to me that his grooms ensure his comfort and his coat remains manageable, we get those things from Emily! I actually look FORWARD to a groom for my doodle boy, I didnt even think that was possible! I love this place and recommend anyone take the time to reach out to Emily and make Petunia's a regular to-do on their doggie list. <3

Emily is so good with my Golden Retriever. My dog is a bit on the sensitive side and Emily is so gentle with her. My dogs tail tends to look stringy if it’s too long and Emily is able to cut it short enough to make it look full while keeping enough of the length to still be fluffy and look like a “classic” Golden Retriever tail. I highly recommend Petunia’s Pet Parlor!

Gunnar is new to this grooming.situation and Emily got him in and comfortable. She is a true professional who loves dogs... and the dogs know it! We owners appreciate her as well...she said our boy may have an ear infection. We took him to the vet after his grooming appointment and he had a double ear infection. Thank goodness she mentioned that to us! Thanks for for taking such good care of our boy Emily!

Emily is AMAZING!!!! Even though Bear gets nervous, she was able to make him feel calm and happy. She even was careful with his ears because he is prone to infection. And he looks GORGEOUS. Loved the whole set up. So clean and puppy friendly!

Did a fabulous job on our baby Caramel. It was so last minute and she still managed to squeeze me in for a really affordable price as well because Caramel was so matted and everything so she had to go completely bald 😢 😢 but afterwards it was like she was a new dog and I can tell she feels 1000 times better as well and we love it if she loves it. Pets love to be pampered too especially the girls. Thanks again a million ❤️ ♥️ 💖

Excellent experience bringing my puppy to . Petunia’s Pet Parlor. Scheduling was easy, Emily was super sweet to my pup, and the cut was perfect! She let me know when he was done so he wouldn’t be there too long. She listened to me when I said I wanted to keep him fluffy - he looks so cute!! Thank you, Emily!

What an amazing experience! Easy from beginning to end. Emily is warm and professional. She sent updates throughout Ralph’s grooming which was very much a special added touch. Emily does a fantastic job with our thirteen year old Border Terrier. She pays attention to the details and even encouraged me to get him to the vet when she noticed something wasn’t right. We took her advice and sure enough he had an infection! Your dog is in good hands with Emily!

Wonderful experience at Patunias Pet Parlor!! My golden retriever looks amazing!! Emily, the owner, was wonderful to work with! I dropped our Golden (Nellie) off and Emily was right down to business. She kept me updated with photos and on how the grooming was going and I picked up Nellie looking like a new dog. A wonderful experience, so glad we found Patunias!!
