She looks beautiful and they took the extra time to go over routine maintenance and grooming care. Love them would not go anywhere else.

We bring my grandparents dog Bella (shih tzu) here and they always fit her in! And bless them because Bella is a little terror and they continue to let her back! I’ve also brought my dog Eden (field spaniel) in and she came back with a cute bandanna and smelling great!They do a good job here!

Originally called to get information about grooming and nail trimmings for my dogs, was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I was able to ask a question, but I decided to hang up after no one came back to the phone. Figured they were busy, no big deal. Called back about 30 minutes later and was told that they wouldn’t be able to have my pitbull (the sweetest little piggy girl ever and very small) on property because their insurance didn’t cover it, but they could take my German shepherd/boxer mix as long as he didn’t resemble any pitbull. You would think a pet groomer would have adequate insurance to cover any type of dog, but it is sad that they aren’t accommodating for such a sweet breed. I also wouldn’t be helping myself to bring only one dog in and not the other, but alas, bias against dogs are real in 2023.

I was looking for a new groomer after my prior one was forced to close down. I choose Pampered Pets because of their rating. I am so glad I did! Service was fast and superb.. My dogs smelled and looked great. They also seemed very comfortable with Kevin. When they were ready, I received a bag of treats for all of them. They loved the treats. Thank you for pampering them. You just earned a new client.

We brought our two golden retrievers here after being referred by somebody in our neighborhood. They did such a nice job. The pups were clean, smelled great, their haircuts were perfect and the price was very fair. They even give a report card with recommendations for care and how they behaved, as well as a bag of treats. I also loved how they each got a bandana. We have recently moved to the area from RI and feel we have found our official forever groomer. 100% recommend!

We have been taking our fur babies to Pampered for quite a long time. First it was our beloved Princess. She absolutely loved going there. In fact it was Pampered Pets that first pointed out to me that there was an issue with her. And they were right. Our Rita goes there now. Although it’s like dropping a child off at day care each time ... when I pick her up she’s all excited about how pretty she looks. The staff and owners are wonderful. I highly recommend Pampered Pets 😊💞

Clearly can’t handle big dogs, as my Shepard was labeled as “aggressive” with other dogs, yet we are around other dogs often and she is great with them. Not to mention my dog was terrified to even go with them.

I have been bringing my furry baby, Elijah here since the age of 3 months for almost nine years. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service we receive. He is treated as an individual and greeted by name every time.Ms. Lisa and her staff are friendly, courteous and meet my pup's grooming needs. I cannot place a price tag on great "inter-pet skills". I dropped my dog off to just have the basic nails, ears, bath, blowdry, all that. I waited no longer than an hour and a half, Which is the time estimate they gave me, before he was ready. Service was great and my dog was VERY happy. ☺️

I just moved to Seekonk and brought my two dogs for grooming- everything was great! The staff was so nice and attentive to the dogs needs. They both came out looking cleaned up and happy which was nice to see. Will be back!!

I have been bringing my dog here for almost 15 years. They gave my little cockapoo her first puppy cut and I cannot imagine taking her anywhere else. They are kind and patient and my dog just loves seeing them all when I take her.

Not a good experience. I have a dog who is a little nervous and they just did not know how to work with him. I asked that his legs and under him be trimmed and it was not done. In addition I was charged double what the quoted me. I explained that he was nervous and that he was a large breed if they were not experienced with this situation they should have told me. My boy had a bad experience and was extremely stressed. This has not happened at other groomer
