Do not go to this store if you are a novice or an amateur aquarist. I was asked to leave the store and was not sold a fish I wanted because I did not know about the specific breed of fish I currently had. I could tell him the name of the fish, but he wanted a more detailed explanation. I did not feel welcome in that store. They should be more explicit with regard to the clientele they expect.

Discriminated against because of my medical equipment. Spoken down to like I didn't know anything about my aquarium. Overall, these guys suck. Beautiful clean shop, so its too bad they lost someone that would have been a very loyal customer.

Love this place, the staff is always wildly knowledgeable and can't be beat. The day I walked in it was 1 girl working and it was busy. She was super helpful, polite and nice. Didn't skip a beat with everyone around. Great fish and aquarium store!

Really liked it here. Bought 10 blue velvet shrimp here exclusively for my tank. All was well. Went back 4 weeks later for a couple more. He sold me black shrimp. Ruining my whole tank and more than $160 down the drain. He shouldn’t have contaminated my tank if it wasn’t what was labeled

What a beautiful store. The tanks were pristine, and the fish were actually friendly. Made me want a bigger tank. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable with my questions.

After i take a look at the Coventry location I always make sure to take a look at the fish in Seekonk before heading home. Seekonk always seems to have so niche little finds that are always worth adding to an aquarium!

Beautiful place! The tanks are so well maintained and the animals are always in excellent condition. I've never had a bad experience or bad purchase from any of the OSA locations. I really like the freshwater selection at this location. Staff at all three locations are very welcoming and very informative. I've had a great experience coming into the Seekonk location and received the help I needed to make a confident purchase. You honestly cannot go wrong with any of their locations. Come visit them! You won't be disappointed at all!!

The place is clean, fish are healthy, very cool stickers, large tanks, kinda expensive but I understand because the place is great. This is the definition of a fishkeepers "heaven"

I have not used the services from here so cannot speak on that. I visited to check them out as I am getting ready to set up a community betta tank with live plants and I'm checking locations to find my best fit. This was not a good fit for me. The store is beautiful and the tanks are spotless. But the prices are more then double the other places I have been. And there was only one staff person working which made it very difficult for them to help the multiple people in the store. It also seemed that the filters were turned up pretty high and some of the fish looked to be struggling in the high movement of the water. But all of this is opinion. It's just more money then I can justify (but they gotta pay their bills) and I'd have to be the only one there to get any in depth questions answered.

Very clean and well put together place. I will likely continue to shop there. My only qualm is I was sold a betta on Mother’s Day weekend that clearly has Popeye and possibly a bit of tail rot that I didn’t notice until I got home.

A large assortment of live plants fish and other vertebrae. Prices on fish were comparable to those online. Staff was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. They have beautiful betta fish in stock, fish look like they are well cared for.

Was very impressed with OSA seekonk location. I have always driven by and never went in. Very glad I did! The gentleman working was very friendly, professional and helpful. And helped me pick out some very nice aquatic plants for my axolotls tank :-) will be returning!!

Honestly fishes are mad expensive here but, the quality of their fishes are top notch & store is very organized & clean. So, It's worth it but will expect they will reduce the price little bit in future. Love their display tank ❤️👌

Go visit, it's beautiful in there. I went in with my cousin, they're so new they're still setting up new tanks but all tanks were pristine. Had many fish you don't see elsewhere. Support a small business, they do a great job. Will be back

Just left the store and let me tell you it is one of the best if not the best aquarium store I've ever been to....great selection of fish and the tanks are all beautifully kept and cared for. Great job guys
