By far the best dog groomers in the area. My corgi comes home super soft with no extra shedding. When he used to get groomed at other locations or Petco I would have to spend an extra hour just brushing him out

Started going to Pet cute when I was looking for a more cozy neighborhood groomer and I’m so happy I found them! They are so so kind, personable, and accommodating. My dog papo always looks amazing when they finish with him. I’d recommend them 10/10

I brought my dog here today for the first time! For the longest time I went to the Dog Spa (All the way in Beverly) But I am so glad I made the switch to here! They Did a phenomenal job on my poodle mix, Sparky ❤️ It wasn’t expensive either! I called them last week and they were able to get me an appointment within less than a week which is unheard of at my other groomer! I am so happy I found these guys and I will be going nowhere else but here from now on! 😬🐾 he smells amazing too oh my gosh! 10000000/10 would recommend! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH 😊

I recently took my Yorkshire, to Petcute, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and showed great affection towards him right from the start. They were very professional in handling him, considering the specific needs of his breed.The grooming session was beyond my expectations. They did a fantastic job trimming his coat, ensuring it was perfectly styled without compromising his comfort. He came out looking adorable and seemed really happy with the experience. I highly recommend them to any pet owner who wants a blend of professional grooming and genuine care for their furry friend.

I’ve been using Pet Cute for two years. I have never been happier with a groomer. I’ve used two other places in the recent years and have not been happy. They are courteous, my dog always looks wonderful and now they are grooming my sister‘s dog, and my son‘s dog as well. They are great!

I just picked up my dog Milo yorkie terrier. I am so happy with his groom. Grace and Gabriel are the best this was Milo 1st time hear and it will not be his last. I all ready booked his next appointment. Thank You Grace and Gabriel I will recommend this groomers to everybody.

They took my baby Bentley same day appointment. Bentley loved it there. Loved how there is no cages. All the pup’s getting groomed seem to be happy. They gave my boy exactly what I was looking for and he came out smelling and looking great! Reasonable prices as well considering the work this place does on your pup.

They are the best! Gabriel was wonderful with our dog, Charlie. Charlie came out looking great and smelling great. We will not go anywhere else for furure. I would highly recommend Pet Cute to anyone for grooming their pets.

Been going since March, I can say this has been the only grooming place I’ve loved!👏🏼 They’re LGBT+ friendly, amazing service and cookie gets so excited coming in😭 They’re amazing no doubt in my mind, and a plus is their shampoo they use! It smells so good, it lasts and my dog will stay smelling super clean until her next appointments 🙏🏼

I can't begin to tell you how matted my 17 yr old cat was. She had stopped grooming herself and didn't like to be brushed. I was so worried (and a little embarrased) by her condition. Gabe was wonderful, he reassured me Chelsea would be ok. To my amazement when i went to pick her up, she looked beautiful, all shaved and smelling great. Gabe explained to me what he did and how. I'm beyond grateful to him and his work. The price was great also. Definately would recommend Pet Cute to my friends.

Took our dog Sammy here for the first time today and would highly recommend to everyone in the area. Our dog has never in three years of his life been able to get groomed annd we have tried many places which all charged us for a grooming but told us they just couldn’t do it because he’s too squirmy. Even some vets havent been able to trim his nails because he’s just too anxious and squirmy. Pet Cute was able to not only do a full cut and nail trim but also able to clean his teeth and ears which I previously thought was an impossible feat. He was amazing and very reasonably priced. I won’t be taking Sammy anywhere else besides here moving forward.

Run don't walk!!!. 60 years of dragging my dogs to various groomers & this is the first time my dog came home relaxed & beautiful. My dog actually gave the groomer kisses before being handed over to me.The place was so clean ,NO CAGES ,no odors or loud noises . But ,safety gates,care & respect for all dogs was clearly evident.

I just stopped by on a whim to ask about getting our girl’s nails done and he said he could do it right then. It took him about 10 minutes and she didn’t even bark at him. He was very nice and our girl was very calm. We will definitely go back!¡Muchas gracias!

I am so glad I found this place. They were able to take my dog for a cut and bath within 2 days of me calling them. They did an amazing job and only kept her for 1 1/2 hours which made me very happy because I get worried leaving my dog who is 13 years old at a groomer for 5 hours. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone was so nice and my 13 year old Cockapoo did not seem stressed out when I picked her up. I will be back when my dog needs to be groomed again. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved the place – it's clean and has a wonderful fragrance. The groomers were incredibly sweet, and my cats remained very calm. My French Bulldog also adores the space. We're eagerly awaiting the opening of the dog daycare so we can become daily customers. Thanks for all the attention

This is an awesome place to have your pup groomed in Saugus! I love their no cages approach and how clean the establishment is, all pups look happy to be there and the staff loves them and treats them with so much love!

Took my bernedoodle here this weekend and was so impressed! The place was clean and professional and my dog looked great after. My dog also clearly loved the staff because we ran into the groomer in the parking lot and my dog ran over for more pets afterwards. There was not a long waiting period to get in like a lot of other places, which is also great!

I'm so pleased with my dog's groom from pet cute! We've been to a few of the local grooming salons in the area with mixed results, so I was very happy to see a new salon has opened. The inside of the salon is lovely, smells great, and has a wide open space for the pets to wait.My dog's haircut was perfect! His coat was so soft and smelled amazing, whatever shampoo/conditioner they use must be very good, and I could tell they took their time with the bath, brush and blowout, because he's silky soft and fluffy. My dogs matted and dirty ears were also cleaned up perfect, no spots missed.Gabe was his groomer :) thank you!

I just had my first appt for my senior 14 yr old dog, Chloe! They are absolutely wonderful, caring, and gentle ❤️ ♥️. I will definitely come here going forward. I loved that there are no cages, and there is a playroom for the dogs, before and after their grooming. They also DO NOT hook them up be their necks, which I think is dangerous!Chloe came out so beautiful 😍.
