What a great resource! Many tubs and accessories made specifically for dogs, super easy to use and affordable pricing. The entire team are so helpful and experienced, they helped me as a first timer and my anxious dog and we had a great experience and have been back. They made it easy! I brought Bella to see Crystal every two months for several years. I can't say enough wonderful things about crystal, Justin, kathi and the numerous others there on staff. My Bella was treated very well and always looked great after her groom. I'd highly recommend to anyone Wash n wags as your place of grooming. It's very clean, with a great and caring staff and their prices are extremely reasonable

I went to Wash N Wag because my dog got sprayed by a skunk. The staff was so helpful and had a whole cleaning process ready for him! They were knowledgeable and friendly, making us (and our dog) feel super comfortable throughout this stinky process.The facility is super clean and doesn’t even smell like wet dog! They have towels and blow dryers available. Each tub is cleaned after use and they provide smocks for the humans to keep dry.I will absolutely be bringing my dog back here for regular baths.

Our dog got poop all over her face while walking along Salisbury Beach. Someone we met there suggested we take her to Wash N Wags.They were very pleasant and helpful even showing us the right way to dry her. Needless to say, our pooch emerged clean and fresh smelling!

This was our first time using a self dog wash and I couldn't be happier. The owner helped us get the process going. The wash area was plenty large enough for our 150 lb Newfoundland. The dryer was powerful to dry her double-coat. Looking forward to returning with our other Newfoundland soon.

After self-washing my dog at the shop, we noticed "Josh the Groomer'" through the window LOVING on a dog that he was grooming. It was easy to see how much he cares for animals. We decided to have our Goldendoodle groomed by Josh. What an amazing job ... face, tail, paws, everything!!! My dog was happy to be there and he was treated well. New customer:)

I could not recommend Wash N Wags more highly! I called after my dog had an encounter with a skunk and I was able to get them in immediately using the diy wash tubs. They had a special skunk be gone mixture and were so kind and helpful showing me how to use it. The skunk smell was gone by the time I finished!

Wash and Wags is mostly known as a place where you bring your dog to wash yourself; however, they also provide a drop-off grooming service. We’ve been bringing our dogs there to be groomed for some time and could not be happier. Josh grooms our two dogs, with our Bearded Collie being the most challenging (see the after picture in this review). He always does an excellent job and is extremely professional. Hobbes has been much happier going here than other local groomers. I highly recommend giving Wash and Wags a try if you are looking for a new groomer.

Everyone I have dealt with here has been so nice. We love coming here because it's convenient for the walk in nail trims. Ann is very gentle and so good with our dog. She also gave us valuable advice as to how often we should be having her nails trimmed.

First timer here! Plenty of off street parking made it easy right away. This place is great! Staff is friendly and professional, always ready to assist and recommend technique. The place is organized and clean. It is a small manageable space with excellent easy accessible bathtubs. Water temperature and pressure were excellent as well as amazing hair dryers. Facility provides towels and basic shampoos, as well as brushes. I was also given a punched card for frequent customers. I would definitely recommend this fun effective place for a DIY. My dog is a large 75lb. and did very well. I’ve not used their full service yet. Thanks folks, nice job, I’ll be back .

What a great place. The owner and staff are great. We were on vacation and have two doodles that had not been bathe in 5/6 weeks due to traveling in RV. We came in with our girls and they had Everything you need to get them all cleaned up. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Got their nails trimmed and ears cleaned as well. Highly recommend this business!

A great idea for people to bring their pet for a do-it-yourself shampoo. Raised tubs, warm water, shampoo, lots of towels and dryers are all provided for a very reasonable price. Your house stays clean, and your back is saved. I would not leave my dog for them to do. I have seen and heard the owner and another worker be harsh with nervous dogs and the pet owner each of the three times I have been there.

Everyone was so friendly & helpful!. I love the self wash and they cut one of the dogs nails very affordable. They also supply towels a scrubby and aprons for the human 👍 as well as shampoo if needed but can bring your own. I will definitely go back 🐾

Clean, friendly, skilled, and convenient. Not only do they have an option to bathe your own dog, they have done beautiful full grooms on my standard poodles.Owner and staff have been great as our dogs grew up and learned better manners. They have coached us in avoiding tense moments when dogs are coming and going.I can't say enough good things about these people!

I just can’t say enough about this place. I adopted my sweet boy Tucker a year and a half ago. It’s been a long journey for us in the training department. We’ve been to a few trainers, and even a 1 day a week, 6 week long training program. With all the training we’ve done... The most effective advice I’ve received has been from Steve and his staff at Wash N Wags. The entire staff is so helpful, patient, kind and so clearly passionate about what they do. We go to get his nails clipped, or have a bath. But we gain SO much more than a clean pup with nice nails. Kassie was the first to do his nails when he was being a little, (a lot) difficult for her. When I asked, she gave me the best advice on how to handle the situation, so as time went on, he would be more comfortable. And what do you know, it’s working! Every time we go in he’s greeted with pets, and loves to give everyone kisses. Especially Josh, who I actually thought one the first times we went, was grooming his own dog because you just saw the connection the two had. It wasn’t his dog. That’s just how amazing these people are at what they do. Tucker and I are so grateful for this place and all the people there, that make our visits so special. We won’t ever be going anywhere else!

Josh was amazing!! He was very patient and caring for our dog who is very timid when it comes to strangers. I will keep going back and asking for Josh. He took it time letting our dog get warmed up to him. Overall Wash and Wags is a wonderful place and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Awesome! We brought our two pups (6mos, 13wks) and Josh did an amazing job supporting us each step of the way. He really made the experience! He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and to give us insight on how to introduce this to the pups stress free. This place is a haul from us but it is certainly our new go-to place after a play date at the beach. Can't recommend Josh and this place enough. 5 stars.

Great place to give your dog a bath. Nice tubs with excellent soap for dogs and plenty of towels. A plus is getting dog's nails clipped when there for a bath, or anytime. Caring staff, very clean, friendly, well run. And treats for your dog! Leave with a clean dog and a smile. Grooming is available, but I don't use it.

Cassie has groomed my 100 lb Lab mix, Cody, she also had my previous dog, Rupert, a 100 lb Field Lab. Steve has a great place with unique walk in tubs. Cassie is a fabulous groomer, putting dogs at ease. I've also used the Do-it-Yourself option!
