I have been a loyal Toms shopper for many, many years but things have changed for the worse. I understand that prices are rising across the board and it is hard for some businesses, but some of the prices here are outrageous for a so-called "discount" store. I have compared to other stores like Walmart and Dollar Tree etc. and Toms prices are always higher. It really does make me sad as I have loved this store for so long. The nail in the coffin for me was my visit last week, I stepped inside to grab a shopping cart and noticed nothing inside, only soaking wet ones from the rain outside. I asked the clerk if there were any dry ones inside and was promptly told no, that is all the carts we have. I didn't even bother shopping, got in my car and left. It seems as if another store has fallen to greed.

I loved it. I spent about 3 hours looking at everything. My order total came out to be half of what I thought it was going to be. It was hard to resist buying everything in the store. Very Cool Stuff.

I love Tom’s! I’ve been coming here for years, while stuff has changed a bit, I still find what I need. (And some things I didn’t know I needed!)My elderly mother and I had to fight with the front door to get our carriages inside, which didn't make us too happy. Can’t wait to see what I’ll find on my next visit.

Little mom and pop store that has almost anything you need. Containers, foil trays, mason jars, tools, clothes, snacks. It's a smaller version of ocean state job lots with hard to find items. Never went there without finding what I was looking for!

We love toms!! Every time we are there, at least one employee goes out of their way to assist us. Uncommonly excellent customer service.

Bought balloons for my son's birthday and they immediately sank. Spent a lot of money and went back showing them what happened asking them to do right by the customer. They did not care for even a store credit and tried to tell me that their balloons don't even last a day. This was not communicated to me. I've gotten balloons at many places and this seems to be ridiculous. Have asked around town and people say they use cheap helium. Pretty annoyed that customer service didn't care to do anything to make it right.

My second visit with a friend to do some Christmas shopping. Amazing ,so impressed with the variety of inventory,even if you're not holiday shopping. It is definitely on my list of places to shop.

In a pinch i went in there for trash bags and plastic wrap, both were so inferior in quality even though it said trash bags were strong and durable, never again! Overpriced too!

This is Tom's discount this place sells a lot of different various items and it is also not very expensive I recommend this place to a lot of people this is one of my favorite places to go when I'm asked if I want to go somewhere for a little while or for a little trip around the area this is the place I choose.

Everything you would ever need for your beach home! From table clothes and party supplies to caulking and water sealing you showers! Owner is such a great guy too! Staff is very polite and helpful! I hope this business is around for many more years to come

If you don't like this store, you are a miserable human. Great deals on spices, glassware, party supplies, cleaning products.... and like 100 other things you didn't know you needed. Great store.for kid company because all the toys are affordable!

This store carries anything you could possibly want from camping gear to household items and everything is very inexpensive. I will be returning and would highly recommend.

Best discount store ever!! They always have a different array of items with the best prices! One of my favorite places to shop when we vacation in Salisbury! Would recommend anyone to stop in and shop around because can guarantee you will find something you will not only like but probably walk out with some great items not expected! I come here all the time for inexpensive kids projects, puzzles, toys, plastic organizers, even some treats! Great Office supplies as well. Some home decor and a lot of birthday supplies. If you are looking for something inexpensive this is a fun place.

I have been going to Tom's for about 12 yearsWe moved from Rowley to Peabody a year ago, and can't get there as often. It has been a couple of months since my last visit. I came up today, to get craft supplies to fill a craft basket for a Christmas for needy kids, event and was very disappointed to find very few 99 cents items. I have made such gift baskets every year for our church fair, and could make a great one, for about $25Not this time, I bought a few things for myself, and a couple of "kit" type things, but it was not worth driving so far I might have had better luck at a Dollar Tree
