I just picked up a new Parker 2120 Sport Cabin from Riverfront Marine yesterday. These guys ARE awesome! They delivered on every promise they made to me, the locked-in pricing during the manufacturing period and delivery was right on schedule. Beyond what was promised, they added an anchor, an anchor chain, an anchor lock, and a 200' anchor line. They gave me a beautiful canvas beach bag, a nice carrying case for all my paperwork and owner manuals, dock lines, dock fenders, fender lines, trailer guide posts, trailer license plates screws, a wiring adapter neededto connect my truck to the trailer, a 1/2 tank of gas in the boat, put on my boat registration numbers, and a full coast guard package. All of these things were included at no add'l cost. The hitch on my truck wasn't quite right, but they adjusted it for me at no add'l cost. Their sales rep spent an hour or more with me going over the boat operation and electronics.If anyone in New England (I'm in Vermont) is considering a new boat purchase, I highly recommend this dealership. Perfectly executed, excellent!

Astonishing experience over the phone. Having trouble with an old 80s Mercury outboard. Called and spoke to Lee in service department, after determining the cost of service would exceed the value of the engine, he spent a decent amount of time with me troubleshooting my issue and lending advice. Was able to work out my issue at no cost! Im ecstatic! Called over 10 shops today and no one would give me the time of day but these guys. I will be happy to give them my business when needed in the future.

Ive been coming here over the past couple months to get things for my new boat and i gotta say, the prices here are almost half of what they are everywhere else for most things. The staff are extremely helpful and nice as well. Last time I came in as of the writing of this, i was looking for a fuel line for an outboard motor I was looking at purchasing and I had no idea what to look for, so I asked somebody here if they could help me pick one out if I showed them pictures of the fittings and they helped me pick out the exact one I needed. All the while everyone is super friendly, and there is sometimes a dog walking around when I come in that is super friendly as well. The dog alone gives this place 5 stars. I've been going here for all my boat necessities ever since I first found it. (EDIT: I forgot to mention, these guys are the only decent boat shop in the area that I know of that offers a military discount, which is also awesome.)

I went in to purchase a 25hp outboard motor (drove over an hour with every intention to buy it after I received a quote online). The guy I dealt with in person was so rude. He had a major attitude problem. On two different occasions he said he “wasn’t go to argue with me”. Argue with me. I wasn’t arguing. I simply had questions. I’m the customer. You should remember that….. Not to mention they wouldn’t just sell me the motor without ~$1500 for installation (had to be installed by them). It’s a 25 hp. That’s Pathetic. I wanted to install myself. I will take my business elsewhere and you should do the same! Note. The price in store (shown below) is almost $3k more than what I was quoted via email and it would have been nice to tell me via email that installation was REQUIRED before I drove over an hour to buy it.

I randomly called Riverfront Marine Sports a few weeks back because they're closer to me than West Marine and open on Saturdays (unlike an even closer marine store). I was wowwed as I spoke to a guy named Shane and realized his focus on extremely helpful customer service (believe or not, unusual in these parts). So I wandered over to the store and the degree of helpfulness was so over the top that I didn't hesitate to give them a shot at addressing a steering issue with my boat. I'm still waiting for the diagnosis. But I'm pretty confident they'll figure it out. It's a lesson on the big bit of difference just a little bit of positive energy can have on a customer's choice of vendor.

I am a first time boat owner and purchased my boat from and have had it serviced at Riverfront in Salisbury. To start, my experience buying the boat from them was positive. Nick guided me through which options made sense for me and which ones may not. No high pressure sales, just knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The boat was delivered right to my dock by Riverfront. They went through all of the features and included a safety kit so I had everything necessary to be on the water legally day one. Unfortunately, the factory neglected to include some of options I had ordered (no fault of Riverfront) which was realized on the day of delivery. Riverfront came back out immediately, took the boat back to their site, added the options and then brought boat back to my dock, all in about a day. Later, I had an issue with the radio and they did the same thing. They came out, took the boat, replaced the radio and brought the boat back to my dock. Dave in Service has been quick to respond, reliable and tolerant of my many questions as a new boater. I would highly recommend Riverfront for sales and service of your boat.

I bought my Cobia here in 2016 and have not gone anywhere else for service. In the past it was sometimes a struggle to get answers, but the work was always done right in the end. Ray has been a welcome addition. He did a great job communicating with me prior to my service, and followed up mid-service with additional recommendations that I went with. I feel at ease knowing I can bring my boat in pre and post season and know it is getting the proper care and attention. Thanks again to Ray, Sarah and the rest of the team.

Great experience and extremely helpful for the first time boat owner. I recently picked up a new trailer for my 1959 wooden boat and they took great care in putting it on and installing everything that was needed for me and the family to hit the water. All in in few hours too.I would highly recommend Riverfront!

I have used Riverfront for as long as I've been a boat owner for all my questions and parts. Recently, I needed a service that they were not able to complete. Sarah went above and beyond to find another provider that could fulfill my needs. I will continue to use Riverfront for years to come. I suggest that others do the same! 10/10

Riverfront has always helped me get on and stay on the water. They offer prompt service at both of the locations (Salisbury and Newbury). They’ve winterized and serviced my boats for years and have always been responsive if there are issues impacting the boating season. Sarah has helped with new electronics, Dave and his crew commission and winterize my boats and the service team in Salisbury has responded to issues very quickly. I highly recommend Riverfront.

I’ve been a customer of Riverfront for no less than 15 years. This past winter, I had to repower my 17ft Whaler (a boat I’ve owned and run every season since I was 15). They did a great job last season with the repower project, and again did a fantastic job this season with a laundry list of maintenance items. This last year was so bad, I gave up and sold my boat. From my boat being lost to getting additional damage while in storage, I had enough.I placed an insurance claim for damage on my boat while moored. The damage was allegedly repaired by the fiberglass shop. I went to inspect the repairs, but the boat was re wrapped, but from what I could see looked good.This summer I called to get my boat and was met with a response that my boat could not be found. I told them it may be at the fiberglass shop. That ended up being the case. So, my boat was outside at the fiberglass shop the entire year with no real security. Fine. I paid to have my boat serviced and prepped, when I went to pick it up, there was new damage. So, the boat was sent back to the fiberglass shop. Meanwhile, I have a useless mooring and another wasted expense. So I decided to sell the boat.I sold it in short order, but when I went to show the boat there was even more damage and no-one at the marina or the fiberglass shop knew anything about my boat or the work to be done.In short. It isn't the boat that will kill your pocket book, it is the marina. So if you are getting into boating, make sure you have a decent boat shop first. This is not that shop!

Horrible place!! I was in communication with Nick about a 212 Blackfin that was being traded in. I sent in all the necessary paperwork and asked multiple times if I could put a deposit down to hold it. I was told told that wasn’t necessary. Then I was then notified by Nick that the man trading it in had trouble getting financing for his new boat and would keep the old boat. If anything changed he would let us know. On our way by weeks later we see the boat outside and stopped to ask about it. We were told it was sold. Sold right out from under us! The response from the salesman was oh sorry lots of people are looking for these oh well. I can’t believe this is how they operate!!!

After calling all over New Hampshire and Maine looking for some carburetor fuel bowls for my outboard, I came across Riverfront Marine in my Google search. They gave me a little hope when I was told they had 2 of the 3 bowls in stock. As I needed 3, I continued to look elsewhere. I called back Tuesday morning and this time, Heather answered the phone. She told me that she could get the third bowl in a day or two. Since I had waited twice that long at another dealership, I was unsure if she could come through. She placed the order while I was on the phone with her, texted me a couple of hours later and said the order was confirmed and then texted me near the end of business hours to tell me that the parts would arrive Wednesday. They arrived today and I was amazed that Heather was able to get delivery of all my parts in just over 24 hours. Not only was she quick, she kept me informed on every step in the procurement process. Can't express enough thanks to Heather for going the extra mile to get my parts in my hands in very short order.

Convenient location and the redesigned entrance no longer scraps the life out of my trailer! I dropped off my 23' with a frozen wash down pump, an engine that needed winterizing, bearings that needed packing and engine trim that needed a quick lube. The raw water wash down pump was replaced, engine winterized, trailer bearings repacked, and engine tilt teams lubed in record time.But for $1,400.00 I really didn't expect to pick up a boat where the deck was spattered in grease and oil, rims that weren't degreased - for $270 to repack 4 bearings and add new dust caps taking the extra step would have been appreciated, a gas cap that wasn't seated properly (hope that didn't let in rain during the downpour while it was there - will now have to test the tank, and a flat tire that i was told was either dry rot or because it was cold out. Not rot, I've had dry rotted tires on previous trailers - these tires are only 3 yrs old and not due to cold it was colder when I dropped off and air pressure was fine.
