Had my first DQ for Spring 2024 at the Salisbury location.Omg—it was cold but awful—there was NO flavor at all —of vanilla and the consistency of the ice cream was like frozen milk—NOT creamy at all.Maybe they are trying to cut corners —not sure the franchise would be happy!

Fast service, plenty of parking, easy road access. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because they were out of our first choice of blizzard flavor. They are closing for the season soon and we understand running down inventory. The window worker was great, our blizzards were as expected, and if we are in the area again we would be happy to stop back.

By the way, this is a Treat location, so only Ice Cream is served. But it's still an awesome to place to go for 3 reasons:1. Great Location. Literally a mile from I-95, 2 miles from I-495, and 3 miles from Newburyport.2. Fast Service, and I mean very fast. Lines can be long, but once you get in line, you'll be at the window in minutes. (From my experience)3. Good Ice Cream and Blizzard's.

This store won the contest for having more sales than any other DQ in the country. Their employees are fast, friendly, and get your order right! Really appreciate their drive-up😊

Staff was very polite and very quick in giving us our product very satisfied with this particular DQ.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room on the side parking lot for kids to eat their ice cream, and then run it off..Wheelchair accessibility: Everything there is ground level. No stairs and 2 handicap parking spots

The staff were friendly. My son liked his chocolate 🍨 ice-cream in a cone and I had a Mint Oreo Blizzard , which I liked. Issues: I wasn't able to order online and I couldn't redeem my points from the Dairy Queen 👑 app. Disappointing.You can sit at tables outside. Decent amount of parking 🅿️.Salisbury, I believe, still has a facemask mandate requiring facemasks be worn outside.I'm not big on franchise 🍨 ice-cream, but, I recommend this Dairy Queen.

The girls are great! It's nice to see the younger women try to make a buck. P.S. don't be a dousch,,,, leave a buck or 2 or 3 in the tip cup. Remember, they have to deal with you!

Prices are always great and the staff is really friendly and quick. Even with days where there's a line it goes fast. I get my pup an ice cream when I go and they are always friendly with her too. Definitely reccomend this place.

Been coming to this DQ for years, but felt the need to give a quick shout out to the staff this season. Had an oreo blizzard last night (chocolate ice cream) and the cookie/ice cream ratio was excellent! Also, two long lines but the system they are using had everything moving pretty quickly and the service at the counter was super friendly. Sorry no photo but it's a blizzard so I am sure you've seen one before. 😉

Excellent service and icecream at a good price. The tables and grounds were clean and the staff was friendly and fast. Even on a cool day the place got busy. No restrooms or port a potties on grounds, so be warned. We will definitely be back this summer.

This is my Mom and I's favorite place to get ice cream whenever we are in the area. We've been coming here for years and are never disappointed. The ice cream here is much better than any DQ that you'd find at a mall. Their cherry dip is amazing and I love the Reese's Blizzard!

My kids love going here and it was the perfect place to stop after a long day on the beach. I've always enjoyed the soft serve dipped cones but there is plenty of variety. My wife tried a peanut butter sundae and - wow! - it tasted as good as it looked (yes, I stole a bite). The person serving us was very nice and patiently waited for my kids to make their decisions. There are outside seating areas and plenty of parking.

It served good size portions that were creany and delicious. They are polite and accommodating. If you want something varied they seem to get it to you with ease. I recommend this clean, friendly place to all those icecream addicts like ne.

I have been going to Dairy Queen since I was a kid, 30 plus years. The customer service was great and the location is convenient. I always get the vanilla soft serve so I really can't say anything about g about the food. I suppose that tells you how good it because that is what I have got every time I go since I was little.

Obviously, a great place for soft serve ice cream, blizzards and so many other treats. This particular Dairy Queen does not offer any food item, treats only. Staff is efficient and friendly.

Went to the Dairy Queen in Salisbury MA after the beach. Instead of just getting cookies and cream ice cream for my grandson, he enjoyed that flavor as a "Blizzard". My tropical one (banana, pineapple and coconut) was like ambrosia!
