Bottom line up front: Unlikely to return. The groomer said they knew how to groom our breed of dog and would do so, but they groomed him like another breed of dog.The good stuff first: They ground our dog’s nails well, brushed his teeth well, and gave him a thorough bath. They also trimmed around his eyes. Great!The not so good stuff: Our breed of dog is not listed on PetSmart’s options for grooming. Ok, no problem, we selected the breed of dog that everyone mistakes our dog for, a golden doodle.When we dropped off our dog, we were explicit with the groomer: our dog is not a golden doodle, he should not be groomed like a golden doodle, and we only selected golden doodle because that was the closest available option. The groomer assured us that they knew how to groom our breed of dog. Excellent.When we picked up our dog, he was groomed… like a golden doodle. All of his signature curls on his head and back had been combed out, and his beard was gone. The groomer called the curls “matting” which is absolutely false. The are curls appropriate to the breed. The groomer simply did not know how to groom our breed of dog.For routine nail grinds and tooth brushing, we may go back, but when it comes time for a full groom again, we will likely seek another groomer.

The main doors to the store, not the grooming !Could you please change the hours on the doors !It's says you open at 8am. And your Website says 9am !!Thank you !!PetSmart and Banfieldare the best !!
