I stopped in when visiting Salem to buy a guilt gift for my dogs. They absolutely went crazy over the dog biscuits. Just ordered a bunch on their website. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the store. Wish I lived closer.

This place is a real gem. Unique items for all pets, Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.Recently, I went back, a few days after I'd made a purchase, to question a charge. The counterperson took great care of my concern. It was clear from this interaction--as all my interactions at New England Dog Biscuit Co.--that they truly value their customers AND really care about the animals in their customers' lives.

Visited Salem a couple weeks ago and while walking around town we spotted this shop. Had to go in and check it out, since we always get our beagle something when we go out of town. What a great shop! We bought her a "Roofle" and a bag of "New England dog biscuits", the assorted bag. She absolutely loved both! And the store, the store was great! If you're in town, definitely worth checking out. Walked in anticipating to buy a couple toys for our best friends dog, Sadie - ended up buying that and so much more! This place is full of cute toys for both cats and dogs. Furthermore, they have a good variety of unique toys along with the classic your classic staple items.Did I mention the inhouse bakery for dog biscuits and other treats?! We were able to buy a bag of locally made dog biscuits for our pup and a large birthday "dog cake" for Sadie. Lastly, the staff was super helpful and friendly too.

This is a local gem in a very dog friendly city. For a small storefront, they carry a great assortment of just about everything you'd need for your dog or cat, plus they make their own dog biscuits! They also welcome the daily parade of local pups who put this store on their "must stop and get a treat" list.

This place is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed. We felt comfortable with owner right away. She really makes you feel at home. We are from jersey (so we arent used to such great caring service). Our pup turns 2 on Saturday 10/10 so we wanted to get her a bday cake. We also got them a bunch of homemade fresh treats to go home with. They all look amazing and we can't wait for the pups to get their paws on them. We have a diabetic pup and the owner had instant answers what to get him and was truly concerned about feeding him correctly not making the sale. She truly is amazing and we will he ordering from her through her online business going forward. We also will be referring all our pup loving friends to her as well.Thank you for such amazing service. You truly are amazing and we cant wait to visit you again when in New England... this time we will bring the pups on our adventures.

Good shop, very friendly, a bit pricy but nothing too outrageous. My only real gripe is they have kind of tight hours, if you work typical weekly hours you'll have a harder time stopping by.

I go to New England Dog Biscuit for all of my kitty food. They have great brands at great prices, and I always receive friendly service. It may sound weird, but the dog biscuits smell great when they're baking! I've picked up a few for family members, and the dogs love them.

I purchase my dog's food here. They sell Fromm, a brand that you can't find everywhere. They always give my dog treats when I bring her in. This place smells good inside, since they bake some treats fresh. Purchasing a big bag of food on Thursdays evenings might be tricky, since parking will be tight because of the farmers market right around the corner. Also tricky...the month of October since this place is right in the heart of downtown Salem.

So, I LOVE Stef and her amazing family. They are the sweetest, kindest people. I get my doggie CBD (old dog, CBD helps him immensely) and both of my dogs love their homemade cookies. Go visit and bring your doggie, they will love it there too!
