This place is great but ever since the new construction inside, it looks absolutely horrible. They got rid of the soda machine to “save money” and you have to disturb the workers so they can give you a refill. Not to mention the seating, it is not good at all. Just go and use the drive thru or go to another mcdonalds. BRING BACK THE SODA MACHINE!!!

You gotta love a franchise business with friendly, helpful employees who go out of their way to make suggestions and problem solve. Due to the recent storm, this location was without internet, so mobile orders and the ability to earn points via the app were down. Without prompting, the person taking drive through orders suggested a strategy to help me save money and told me how I could make sure I earned points after the fact. Super nice and efficient service!

Sagamore McDonalds, by Park and Ride Major Bus Stop. April 2, 2024, They are open at 5 am. Knocked on main entrance door, lights on, no one responds. Then go to drive thru and place order with woman attendant who acknowledges order. Go to pickup window and no one shows up. Waited for a few minutes, no one else on line. Left to catch bus. Wasted my time with lazy and irresponsible staff. Fire them.

I understand that finding people who want to work is becoming quite hard so my experience was kind of expected... The man at the counter who tried to take my order to go could not speak English at all... Another employee finally noticed what was happening and came over to take the order.. That was after several mins of trying with the other employee.. I spoke with the manager who didn't even try to apologize but simply said he was not supposed to be left alone at the counter.. That was the extent of his response...How he ended up a manager with a one sentence response is unknown...I have no problem with someone trying to learn another language but how can McDonald's expect someone who cant speak any English to learn this way.. This a fast food joint and I have no desire to spend my time correcting someone who can't speak our language... Either keep an English speaking person with him at all times like you said was supposed to happen or not.. This was a lunchtime crowd who started to build up a line of people behind me waiting to place an order.. I'm usually not in a hurry and I really was being kind to the poor guy .. It was only the managers lack of a response to that question 3 times that got me aggravated .. At that point the man who couldn't speak English was more deserving of being a manager than the one who was.... If your not good in dealing with the public perhaps a warehouse job would be more appropriate , lol... I got more out of the gentleman trying to learn another language than the one who already spoke it...

Called to let then know about a problem. Asked to speak to a manager. The employee put the phone on the counter without yelling me anything left me there for 5 minutes before I finally hung up. I called for 10 more minutes the phone was still off the hook. Finally they answer and I started to talk to the manager (Sarah) who had an attitude from the start. Didn't care at all about me being left on hold. I asked for her managers contact info or email. Which she rudely kept saying she was the manager and how could she help me. This is one of the breakfast burritos that we got for my kids. Both were hard and stale on on ends. What a joke. Have some class.

I ordered a brand new limited time double big Mac, delicious am I right, but that’s not what I got… I got a horribly made regular big Mac. That’s not all, I was with my lady friend and she ordered a limited time shamrock Oreo McFlurry, not as good as I thought it would be, not only was it not good, but there was green dye all over the rim, and Oreos only on the top layer 3/4 of the cup was just plain old vanilla ice cream… They should just shut the ice cream machine down. #CreamMachineDown #RudeCityDietary restrictions: To add on to the previous review, they don’t have Lactaid ice cream… So my little brother was forced to crap his pants before making it to the bathroom… Those weren’t clean either

Unfortunately, This had to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Please note I did take the drive-thru however I was in the drive-thru for over an hour and a half. I know what you're saying why wait right, well unfortunately when your kid wants that sweet taste of fried junk, you get it. Oh and he scored a goal today. So why not right! Ugh. The line was a mess, the people in the line were a mess and the staff unfortunately had no choice but were a mess. Which isn't their fault, they were doomed from the start. It was bad timing but unfortunately I have to give my opinion in my opinion is McDonald's did not pull through that day they were disorganized gave us cold food even when we had to wait in another spot for them to bring it out to us. So sorry McDonald's you didn't win this one but there's millions of them out there I'm sure there will be a positive review somewhere...Kid-friendliness: In this situation the friendliness of my children was severely lacking due to the disorganization going on inside.

Food was ok but they completely messed our order up. Sorry but just being honest.Vegetarian options: I don't eat vegetarian but I have noticed places like McDonald's trying to be more accommodating to vegetarians in recent years.Dietary restrictions: Calorie counts and fat clearly labeled per item.Kid-friendliness: This particular one had a play place for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp outside and wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

Wonderful place to be with your family and friends, fresh meals all the time your french fries are nice and hot as if they just came out fryer and then blue is wonderful and very helpful. The restroom and eating areas are very clean. Must go for families and friends. A true meaning a real McDonald’s food do you won’t be disappointed the driveway lines pretty long but it’s because the food is worth getting. ☝️🍔🍟at this McDonald’s Restaurant.Parking: Under construction when I visit, but still enough parking for everybodyKid-friendliness: Beautiful atmosphere for your family, friends and children. I recommend you know the time 1,000,000%. I’ll bring my kids here from now on food is warm employees friendly.

One of the nicest McDonald's I have visited. Recently updated with the self-service kiosks and a super friendly and helpful staff. They actually came to our table to make sure we were happy with our meal. The store is very clean and the food was what you would expect. Bathrooms are also very clean. Easy off and on to Rt 6.

Very snippy service here everytime. Especially by the ape that works there. You will know who I mean. What a nasty person definitely should be working in the back and not with customers. The cups are right frigin there. Fine next time I will grab my fill of more than one cup then. Don’t order any lattes the machines always “getting cleaned”.

I am at the McDonald's just off the Sagamore bridge in MA. My bun was hard and all creased. The fries were cold and soggy. I asked for a slice of tomato & mayo on my plain burger. They charged an extra 40 cents for the one tiny slice of tomato (didn't tell me they were charging extra) so wasn't worth it. I would have had ketchup. Just saying I get tomatoes on my burger at Wendy's and they don't charge extra and it's a big slice. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. I waited so long to get my order taken, and I was the only person at the counter. The man behind the counter was washing the counter behind looked at me and never said, can I help you. Finally after staring him down, he decided to take my order when he was ready. An all around very bad scene, The help and the food.

Located right off the highway, it's a good place to stop and get a snack. Also, the bus from Boston drops passengers off nearby, making it a good place to grab chow while you wait to be picked up. It's rarely busy here, so you can expect fast service. There is a small outdoor area to sit at, and of course a drive through!

I'd give this 0 stars if it would let me. My husband and I went through the drive-thru on the way back from a weekend on the Cape. We figured that since it wasn't lunch or dinner time it would be fast and we could get back on the road. He ordered a meal and they left out the fries and never even asked about a drink. They asked us to pull up to wait for a McChicken and no one ever came out. We waited about 10 minutes (enough time for him to eat his fries and burger) My husband went in to get the McChicken and they didn't even apologize or acknowledge that they just left us waiting.

For some reason, I still don't understand why, but I chose to eat this "food." Felt horrible after on many levels. Food was prepared TERRIBLE. Service was beyond horrible , I don't think they are used to being asked, "How are you doing today?" or kindness because it seemed alien to them, and the only answer I got after asking twice was,"What can I get you?" If you eat McDonald's.... you shouldn't. I don't know why I did, but I won't again. Stay sane out there it's getting spooky
