It seems like they tried to pack as much into the store as possible making it seem very crowded and the isles very narrow. I would have preferred a few less toys and seasonal decorations for wider. A small critique. Also, the prices are higher than other stores on grocery items to make up for the "convenience" of having them right off rt 20 in Russell.

I love this products available here. They have a great variety of items but the store does feel a bit cramped as though they're trying to fit too many isles into the footspace. I also think the location could have been better chosen. It's in the middle of a rural neighborhood...they definitely could have put it further down the road and not encroached on the nice rural feel of the neighborhood instead of where it sits.

I just left your Agawam MA store, there were 7; people in line and know one at the register of course so a girl comes after several cry's for help and says I'll get the "store key holder" mean while the line getting longer so 4 ,5 mins. goes by and I break line to get real help I see the girl who came up and she says oh I'll go get her now. Your company is perpesly forcing customers to shop this way and it is just WRONG ! And you are losing customers because of this. Sincerely Robert Cone

This store is great they have so many things to choose from almost everything you would need instead of running to a different bigger store very very convenient prices are really good too

It's a general store. It is what it is. The employees though, very pleasant to deal with and always answer any questions I ask them. Even if its the same question every time.
