Love the Roxbury Marshalls. Clean, pleasant staff, latest styles, great selection and sizes of clothes. I would love to see more size 10 and 11 shoes . If you enjoy shopping, this is the place to go whenever you can.

Yesterday I went there for shopping, they staff is not helpful at all and the way they they talk to customers is very rude 😒 special the woman who was working in dressing room section😡On june 13 /2023 around 5 to 6 pm.The same date and same time too the supervisor or manager of the cashier took me over 40mn before she helped me out. She keeps talking and laughing with her freind 😡😡me

This the neighborhood shopping store, there's public transportation nearby, McDonald's and other eateries, but there isn't a big selection, I like going to the Marshall in South Bay Mall. This place is good to pick up last minute stuff.

Was so excited 😁 by selections of items.I am determined to go back to purchase something else. The people in store help me find a selections of things I needed to get. Definitely go back to this store the person in aisle 4 was very friendly young lady. Run down to Warren Mall on Warren Street in Roxbury. I bought some Brazil nuts and other do dads.

More for women than men I think. Selection is skimpy and the discount clothes like sweat pants were smaller than it says on the tag. I have to return 2 shirts and 2 pair of pants. Service is good though. I'm hoping for a positive experience the next time I go. We shall see.

The restrooms had number 1 on the floor last time i was there and number 2 on the walls the time before that. You literally need a hazmat suit to go in there and the woman who opens the door for you got a couple of screws loose. Good luck.

Every once in a while I want to shop quietly and take my time especially after a day at work. I enjoy going to this Marshalls but, this time there were too many little ones yelling and running around. The check out line was long but, I did find some really nice dresses that I am looking forward to wearing.

Pros: i went during a clearance sale a bought a lot of things for next to nothing.Cons: They'r extremely short staffed in turn the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and the had an extremely long wait - about a 20 min wait b4 you reached a chashier.Not at all my favorite Marshalls but like I get get there at the right time and u can find pretty good deals.

When I asked the cashier about the products mentioned in the bill ( they do not mention the name of the product on the bill) she said I don't know, and I was really upset I spent money and time , The cashier was very nervous and treated me very badly!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

The store was set up nicely and seemed to have a large home good selection as well as clothing and shoes. I was there to buy a winter coat for my 4 yr old and there were on 2 jackets in her size. I have been to other Marshall's with a huge selection. I was a little surprised.

I find this particular location of the Marshall's chain to be somewhat sub-par as far as Marshall's stores go. I haven't found the merchandise to be as varied or the same quality as other Marshall's I have visited. The aisles are often obstructed, and one cannot get around or view merchandise easily with a stroller or in a wheelchair. Especially in the cosmetics/health and beauty section, it is not uncommon to find merchandise opened, sampled, or damaged, so inspecting your choices carefully before purchasing is wise to avoid dissatisfaction and/or returns. If you're looking for assistance, I'd recommend either the fitting room desk in the back of the store or the front registers. The sales associates do tend to be friendly and helpful with what they can be. There is a restroom for customers in the back by the fitting rooms and you must ask an associate for access.
