They're understaffed, but they put their best effort. Kervin went out of his way, even at personal cost (as he had to go), to see to my photo needs with dedication and very good humor. Staff is always smiling, even when overworked, and generally have a good attitude.

Do not go here to get your photos developed if you don't want to risk the store literally losing them. They say it takes two weeks for your photos to be ready and they will not call you when they are ready for pickup because of understaffing, which I understand. I dropped off two disposable cameras to be developed a month ago and they have no idea where they are. I went to the store yesterday and they told me they would be ready tomorrow (today), but to call in the morning to make sure before I make the trip out. I called this morning like I was told and the woman who answered the phone assured me they were ready. So I go to the store this afternoon to pick them up and they start looking for them and can't find them anywhere. They told me to come back in a few hours when an employee more versed in the photo department was working. So I just went back and he told me they were not ready still. He even told me to call back every other day to check if they're ready or not. Like ??? They need to have a better system for this kind of stuff because I'm extremely frustrated and concerned that my photos I took on vacation are lost forever.

This Walgreens is extremely slow and picking up a prescription takes 45 minutes no matter the time of day or day of the week. The pharmacy seems to have no protocol whatsoever for handling customers who have long, involved questions.Every time I go, I am stuck behind somebody who spends a half an hour up there, and I have to wait behind them while my request to pick up a prescription takes 2 seconds.I really wish that they had a better way to handle these people, who I understand have legitimate financial and medical needs. Like I wish that they could have them go to the side and talk to somebody, “like say, hmm, I’m not exactly sure, maybe Dan can help you with that”. I used to work at a grocery store and we did things like that all the time.I really want this pharmacy to do better, I’m not angry with the people who need the assistance, and I’m sure the people behind the counter are doing the best they can, but I am extremely disappointed in my experience as a customer of this Walgreens, as it turns something that should be a quick, easy, and painless errand into an ordeal I dread for days on end, and waiting for prescriptions to be refilled here has more than once made me extremely late for important things.

Was hoping to switch pharmacy today. I Spoke with Simon on 11/02 at 10:18am and the pharmacist in regards to a prescription for my own personal needs. I asked for my drug for a 30 day quality BID. When Simon came back he told me had 30 so I asked 30 pills ? 30 boxes? He began screaming over the phone saying "you told me 30mg"! I couldn't believe this man was speaking like this to me. I was shocked because I never experienced this with any other pharmacy I've ever used for my own personal needs or for patients. I tried to explain you didn't ask me for her quantity but I assumed you knew it would be 60 because of me saying BID for a 30 day supply. I'm assuming they are dealing with a severe amount of customers and the stress of the day melted into the phone call with me. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and I tried to explain the situation and she began talking over me as well.I then quickly realized this is not a tech issue this is just the culture of the pharmacy staff at this location. I felt extremely disrespected and felt the need to yell so she would stop talking over me. Me speaking louder didn't solve this communication error due to her actually not listening to me. I've decided to stop the transfer of my medications to this facility and send to another one because of this. I think these staff members are under severe stress to where they feel they have to constantly speak over someone who simply trying to say one thing. I describe my experience with this facility as disgusting and I don't know if their behavior will fall faith to a medical error because of not listening to the patients needs. I hope management can have a conversation with staff members on how to speak to customers or try to find ways to decrease the stress these individuals have. I made a complaint to Walgreens headquarters because of this experience and will never be using this location.

The pharmacy at this location is horrific to say the least. The staff is rude, unmotivated, and would rather sit on their phone than help a customer. Isabelle in particular was extraordinarily rude and refused to assist with issues regarding my prescription. Avoid this place like the plague.

While the hours and in store customer service are generally good. This pharmacy has to be one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used when it comes to simply answering a phone. This isn’t one time calling and being left on hold I’m referring to either. Continuously this store keeps my calls on hold for wait times of over 10 minutes to ask a question which would likely take less than 3 minutes to be answered and resolved. This is the worst over the phone customer service I’ve ever received from any entity other than department of unemployment or Masshealth.

Keisha & Staina provided great customer service to me over the phone and in person. I placed an order online of a wheelchair for my grandmother but unfortunately after I pick up the wheelchair I noticed it was missing some parts. I decided to call the store to obtain more information and to see if they had the same wheelchair available, as I spoke with Keisha and Staina they both were great help as they were able to check and provided advice on what I had to do with the wheelchair. I , then decided to come by during my lunch to the store so that I can obtain more information. Keisha made sure I left the store happy as they call more than 3 stores for product availability. I appreciate the time and dedication they put towards me. At the end they were able to find a location that had the wheelchair for my grandmother and as Keisha made sure that the store who had the wheelchair available for me to swap it could put it on hold until this evening. I was extremely satisfied that I was able to receive their assistance. Keep the great customer service up!!

Very disappointing customer service experience at the pharmacy on more than one occasion. Of late. I was spoken to condescendingly and disrespectfully on Thursday October 11, 2018 by an MCP student. The information he provided was not only inaccurate but demonstrated poor customer service.I was out of a medication and he offered no solution. Just that I was basically out of luck until they heard back from the MD. I had to go through the pharmacist for an emergency supply for which she acted as though she did me a favor.Considering I called in this refill two weeks prior in an effort to prevent this from happening and went out of my way to see my MD I to get this refill I was frustrated. To make a long story short, the RX ended up being on hold at a different location. I did the leg work myself and when calling the Brigham's circle location on October 12, 2018 I spoke with an equally incompetent person.I would advise them to provide the students more support and encourage them to ask questions instead of allowing them to feel like they can make up the rules about refills as they go along. This is a very high volume store and it is clearly understaffed; It is not fair to the customer.

I'm giving it a 2 star because the store is convenient, its right across from my grocery store. However, there is one young lady there who clearly is a racist, short petite platinum blonde; I'm not sure if she's a manager or not but might be. She doesn't like Latinos because she thinks they do the most stealing. I'm not a Latina but I look like I am. One day while being in an isle, I over heard her saying to a white couple, sorry about the attitude I'm just sick and tired of them.... I didn't hear the rest and when I turned the corner she pointed to me. They gave each other a knowing look the worker gave a dirty look and walked away. I'm like what is that treatment all about? I still go there because of the convenience but yes, she's always there and is a racist so be aware of her treatment and dirty looks or condescending looks.

This Walgreen Racial Profilings Black young kidsMy daughter 11years old went shopping for Halloween hair spray after exiting the building with her receipt a man dress all in black followed her to ask her to open her backpack to see if she had Stolen anything! Apparently under cover security hired by Walgreens who’s not fully equipped to do his Job! He was white !SHE DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING IN HER BAG!She was traumatized came home crying scared because the guy scared her.I went there he started APOLOGIZING THAT HE MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!!!!BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Typically I have a hard time with commercial drugstores but here I was looking for a product that was not on the shelves and an employee named Chris came and helped me and he found just what I was looking for he was one of the nicest employees I have ever met definitely an important member of the staff

My experience at this Walgreens has been disappointing. The checkout always takes forever. I never recommend going here if you're ever in a rush. The customer service is poor and the staff doesn't really seem to care to be there. Every time I've been there the workers always appear to be miserable.

Their printing service is the worst you can imagine. Color is yellowish. Fake printing paper. Horrible service attitude. CVS photo does a far better job.

Literally stand waiting to get assistance for more than 25 minutes to pick up photos..there was 2 cashiers up front ringing out customers one left and walk away, the other called for help over the intercom 3 times..I had to walk up to her and ask if anyone else is working she did call again then the manager slowly walked up..definitely not going back
