Here at the Rowley CVS I have noticed extremely long lines some very difficult clients challenging the pharmacist and staff and not once do I see them in any other fashion, but professional and kind. I have had some issues with insurance companies. I’ve had issues with prescriptions and every single time. I have had a problem the pharmacist or the staff has resolved the issue in a timely , efficient manor. They bend over backwards for everyone that stands in their line. I have seen it firsthand.. we could not get a prescription one day my son can’t go without this particular prescription. The pharmacist called every CVS in about 100 mile radius until she found that prescription for me. It’s just little things like that. They just care so much. They’re always friendly always kind always helpful, and always have a solution for any type of problem . Much love to the CVS pharmacy in Rowley
