Dealt with Kostas, friendly easy to chat with fella. Had a lot in common which made the car buying process easier since we all know it’s tough to trust a car dealership. I bought a 2008 FJ cruiser and the condition was exactly as listed and the price was honestly in ball park. Kostas made sure to correct anything needed and also was flexible with making my experience easy (which is great since this is my first time buying a car on my own!) i would recommend going to this shop and can say i was happy with my experience with them! Pain free paperwork and explained everything!

How often in life can we say that buying a car was an enjoyable experience? This is probably my first time making that statement. Dealing with Car and Truck Exchange, and with Costos proved to be a very positive experience. He was easy to work with, fair, and very upfront in sharing info about the car. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.I would go back here for every car I buy in the future. We had a slight issue after purchase with a mechanical aspect of the vehicle. Kostas, the owner, helped me resolve the issue quickly and effectively. It was really appreciated. He helped me pay for the vehicle to get fixed. He’s a great guy and I highly recommend going to see him if you need a car or truck.

I recently had a very pleasant experience with Kostas to sell my car to his company. I had bought the car new almost 12 years ago so I was emotionally attached to it. I sold my 2017 Toyota Tacoma , had visited a few local dealerships before coming to Car and Truck exchange. they don't waste time here and are easy to talk with. They were happy to beat the price of the dealerships in the area and way better atmosphere than a dealership. wrote the bank a payoff check and myself a check for the difference, took 10 minutes. Would go back for our next car for sure!

Conducting business with this dealership was a first class experience all around. I live in Florida and was apprehensive at first about buying a car without seeing it in person first. I have had a number of bad experiences with local dealerships in the past, but not Car & Truck Exchange. My Salesman, Kostas, was very responsive to any texts and provided all requested pictures as well as the Carfax. Once a price was agreed upon (which also was stress free), all documents were sent promptly and with no surprises, everything we agreed on was as I received.Kostas showed patience while waiting on my end to mail the check as well as working with the shipping company. There were a couple instances where I needed to text him after hours and he was prompt in responding and happy to do so. Once I received the car, it was exactly as described.I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting an honest and hassle free deal, even if purchasing out of the area..if there are not pictures or videos of what you need, simply ask and they will be provided. Kostas is most certainly one of the “good ones” and I appreciate the opportunity to have dealt with him.

I've been the only owner of a Mazda 3, which I recently sold to the Car Exchange, Rowley. It was like putting a pet up for adoption. I certainly didn't want to hear about all the things that were wrong with it, as I did with other businesses which I visited (even the smallest ding)...and with eyes only on a computer or looking backwards to the manager.I knew it was a mechanically sound car... new brakes etc. Car Exchange recognized this and offered a fair deal. The owner reached out to me right away after my KBB quote. It was quick and painless to sell my car here, plus he seems like a very nice person. The quote was honored, actually slightly higher. This is in my opinion the easiest and best option for a busy person. You may be able to get more selling your car privately but that is a lot more work and riskier.

I completed an online KBB offer for my car, and Car and Truck Exchange in Rowley was by far the easiest and kindest dealer to contact me. They also gave me the best offer on my car, were super informative, and Kostas even went out to my car to grab my ezpass (which I had forgotten to pull off the dash)! They even offered me a ride home from the dealership (thanks again Jenn!), just a really nice group of people. I'm so glad I went there, it was such a pleasant and friendly experience, can't recommend them enough!!!
