I mainly come here for medication refills. I don't buy other things often, but the store is typically clean and well-stocked. The staff at the registers up front are friendly and attentive.As for the pharmacy, they often don't have my order ready even after I get a call or text saying it's ready. They'll say it was never put into the system, and then I have to return days later to get it because they don't have anything on hand. In the most recent case, they said it would be ready four days later, when I would be out of town. So I said I'd get it when I came back. A week after that expected due date, I returned, and the order still wasn't there.While waiting in line, I've overheard similar issues happening with several other customers.Lastly, I have many reasons to believe the pharmacy staff here aren't the most knowledgeable, especially when it comes to routine insurance matters.At this point, I'm considering getting my medication delivered by mail via my health insurance.

This review is for the pharmacy. A prescription I need asap wasn't filled - front desk told us they "forgot." Then, when they told us it was ready - it was not in the bag. Another prescription has been pending for over a week... and they do not answer the phone. It is unfortunate that other Walgreens in this area have closed forcing residents to this location. If you value your health, go to another pharmacy.

Worse location ever considering it's a a decent area. Shelves are bare, never have the stuff that's on sale and don't let me get started on the pharmacy. They never answer the phone, fill scripts 5 days after receiving them and countless other mistakes. The employees are rude and text on their phones while you stand in line. If you're thinking about sending photos here don't bother. Got an email saying my photos were ready got there and they couldn't find them. Had me wait 20 mins while they reprinted them, got home and half of the pictures belonged to someone else. Who knows who has mine. This location should be shut down

This location always has issues. Every time I am there there’s either something wrong with the card reader, they’re out of product or the line is insanely long with one person at the register. The shelves are never stocked so good luck if you stop in for deodorant and any other just normal drugstore purchase. You’re better off walking up to way to stop and shop honestly.

I’ve been working there for a while now and honestly I’m not going to say it’s a bad place but it’s not exactly the best, yes the store is never stocked but it is because people like y’all (in the comments) always steal the products, also we do not have shopping carts for the same reason so all y’all can honestly do is blame your own community. The management needs improving but for the most part they are alright. The people from pharmacy are very kind and if they are not kind y’all can blame it on y’all selves because 80% of the customers who walk into the store have a nasty attitude and of course I have experienced that first hand, another reason I’m giving 2 starts.

Usually a fan. Not this spot, and it’s gotten progressively worse. I had to switch to this location when my regular Walgreens closed the pharmacy. Today is my last visit here. I’m moving my business to a private, family owned pharmacy. Walgreens use to be great but now it sucks.

Service has declined dramatically!!!!! I don’t know who this new girl is they have answering for the pharmacy drive thru window, but she will answer and tell you to hold and leave you sitting for 15-30 minutes. I rang the bell twice due to the long wait at first and she still told me to pls hold again and quickly put her phone down! Without even asking drop off or pick up, D.O.B, anything!!! I’m not satisfied with this type of service! It wasn’t like this before, so they need to get rid of the bad Apple ASAP!!!!!

Pick up window always closed and they never answer their phone in the pharmacy. During these times of Covid I'm surprised that they aren't managing social distancing practices better. The window being Koen work really sorry patients who cannot or should not be in contact with the public due to such a high risk.Please do better as this is my neighborhood pharmacy. The pick up windows are crucial to help decrease the spread of this dangerous virus in our neighborhoods.

Bad service, always confusion with the medicine, BAD atención inside and out in the drive true, why they have Drive to if they don’t even used ? And when the do you have to wait for 20 minutes until someone helps you even for people with covid THEY DONT follow the protocols at all, my brother works in other locations and the other locations it’s good, they should close this place

The WORST Wal-greens ever! Don't waste your time outside of getting prescription drugs! I guess the neighborhood doesn't deserve good products or to have the store fully stocked with everyday needs.....please don't blame COVID. Your other stores in uppity neighborhoods are fully stocked!

The cashiers at this location never have a clue what they are doing and always have to ask for help from a manager. Simple things always take way longer than they should.

Manager/Morning Supervisor is rude and condescending... Standoffish and not helpful at all. Store is never stocked properly and refrigerators either not cold enough or not working well enough to carry ice.. Downhill for sure.

For one this place is disgusting they don’t even wipe down surfaces after customers touch the counters and Card device you can see dust , dirt and finger prints everywhere. They never answer the phone and have you on the phone waiting for an hour and then hang up it’s ridiculous Like my own doctor office couldn’t get a hold of the pharmacy

Do yourself a favor and to elsewhere . I have been using this pharmacy for years, and lately it has just gone down hill... I dropped off a prescription for cough medicine, the female in the front told me if would be ready in 30-40 mins, i waited for 40 mins sick just to have them tell me that they actually dont have the medicine... with all the pharmacies in the area they clearly dont care if they keep or lose customers.. I will never again come back to this pharmacy... worst customer service...

Closed my account there today..after 40 years in western mass and NEVER a problem I am done...i get emails my scripts are ready for pick up and go and not even filled let alone ready for pick up...I said today i have had it i am going to cvs and the guy said thats fine he will allow it..ALLOW IT...haha but he says it will take along time for me to get my meds...NEVER EVER AGAIN...NO THANKS

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Coming from the south end up here staff suck. They give you other people's paperwork which is a hippa violation. The wait times are extremely slow. Find another pharmacy.

As today 12/04/2020 I have been in the drive up since 6:51 pm and the representative arrived to the window at 7:15 pm. I called 3 times and they just answered say I will be there in a minute. Really?
