I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).

I brought my golden retriever shepherd mix for a bath and a trim. I asked the groomer Christine if they had a shed less treatment and she said they do. I also let her know he looks rough because I haven’t had a chance to book an appointment sooner. I was prepared to have any mat charges or anything like that. When they brought him out when he was done, he was still shedding a lot. It didn’t even look like he got any kind of brush or a bath because he still smelled. His paws weren’t even trimmed right. When I asked if she can trim his paws more, she seemed bothered by that. Was not happy with this experience, and definitely not worth $120. I would look somewhere else to get your dog groomed.

Great local business. Excellent layout that’s easy to find items and def have products I’ve seen only here. When I walk my dog, there are days where she leads the way and if I allow it, we somehow end up at the pet cabaret. Once we got there 10 min before opening and she refused to move until we could get in. I picked her up and walked up the block a bit thinking she would forget about it for now but she insisted so we went back after 15 min of me trying to pull her in any other direction. All she really wants to do sniff the ground in there. she probably knows her favorite snack start with a visit to the cabaret.It’s pricey cause they have very good stuff but then again I don’t know what the cost of the products should be so I can’t tell you how pricey.

Wonderful shop with unique toys and very interesting accessories for all kind of pets .Great food selection as well !Most importantly ,every staff member that I encounter was super friendly and helpful !I have two longhair german shepherds , that were in a great need of grooming . The groomer , Johanna, did an outstanding job taking care of them! After she was done ,they looked like different dogs .Longhair german shepherds are very difficult to groom and Johanna has managed that task with ease !I highly recommend Pet Cabaret 😊

While looking for a place to bring our dog for a bath The Pet Cabaret was highly recommended. They didn’t disappoint from their staff and even to inside. They provide towels which is helpful and allow you to bring your own shampoo for your pet. I truly appreciate the staff answering my 1001 questions when I called and even while there in person. We love the self dog wash, they supply everything except the dog. The prices are excellent on the specialty wet food we feed our dog as well--best price we've seen in the several years we've been buying it. The staff is friendly and it's not been a challenge to find parking when we visit on weekends.

Great neighborhood go-to/one-stop shopping for pet supplies and grooming. They carry a lot of hard-to-find brands and will order for you anything they don't have in stock. They just got a new groomer who is fabulous. Super nice people and all around a great place for all your fur baby needs.

Great selection of items for all types of pets, also very clean. We made an appointment for a quick grooming service over the phone a couple weeks prior, but upon our arrival the appointment wasn’t scheduled properly— unbeknownst to us. The employee we initially encountered didn’t appear to be solutions-oriented about the mishap and wasn’t very friendly, but luckily the manager and groomer were totally flexible and welcoming. Good thing! This was our first time visiting and based upon the reviews which drew us in to begin with— this type of positive customer service is actually the standard for Pet Cabaret! Sending positive vibes to that first grumpy employee!

This place is the best! We were clueless first time puppy parents and they helped us get all the essentials before we brought her home. Everything in the store is carefully curated and they only have the best quality food. We went back when our puppy was having stomach issues and they helped us find the right food for her. Highly recommend a visit if you have a pet!

I have been here twice and both times they did the bath and trim incorrect. They cut her ears and tail when they were not suppose too. They did not trim her hair correctly her hair still needs a trim. When cutting her ears one ear she did not complete. This is the worse grooming experience I have ever had. Do not waste your money. My dog looked worse leaving then when she arrived. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

**edited review:Management reached out to me and offered an apology and a resolution that was fair. I appreciate their willingness to reach out and remedy the situation. As such, I have updated my review. I think they care about their customers, and sometimes things go overlooked, which I understand can happen.I’d like to have given them the benefit of the doubt but truly disappointed in their customer service and grooming service. I had reached out and spoke to the groomer about what I wanted. I asked specifically for a trim only around my puppy’s face (her body didn’t need it). I explained that online if you book a service there was not one to actually choose that specified “trim” so I chose sanitary trim when I booked. Then I very clearly stated no “sanitary” trim needed, just the face and I asked for nail trimming. Period. Nothing more. Now, I pick her up and she looked the exact same her nails were barely trimmed and her face still had excess hairs(still couldn’t see her eyes well). She also told me she did a sanitary trim which I specifically said I didn’t want/wasn’t needed! Cannot listen to their customers at all. Why this cost me over $50 (58 with tip)I received no explanation and at the time I needed to be somewhere and didn’t have time to further question them so I just paid. I also tipped my standard 20% and I shouldn’t have. I then thought about it and figured I would ask if I could come back and give them a second chance . Well after multiple phone calls and not so friendly ppl answering the phones, never once did they relay or communicate my messages to the manager who initially offered to help and emailed me(which I appreciated). When I tried to book the appt I was given the run around and one manager was a bit rude and told me she never heard of this from the other manager. Then, they suddenly didn’t have that groomer anymore(and apparently had no one). I’m extremely disappointed and will not return and was a complete waste of $. I wouldn’t recommend.

We love Pet Cabaret! We brought our English Springer Spaniel in for a summer cut. Darryus asked us lots of questions and made sure we were in the same page for what a summer cut meant. The results were beautiful and made all of us (especially our dog) happy. Darryus also called to let us know when the cut was going to take longer. We all felt cared for.

Love being able to shop local and avoid going to the big chain stores. They have so many more healthy options for pets. Our puppy Luka knows whenever we've been there because he gets his favorite treats that last much longer.

Literally not happy with this place at all. My appointment was at 5:30 and they took two hours with my puppy appointment was set to be 1:15 mins, aside from that the groomer did not do not even close to what I asked for and my dog was terrified afterwards I’m unsure how she was treated. Never again!

I’ve come in to buy things before but today I brought my 10 year old nervous dog for a bath at the self-serve dog wash. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I was getting my 65 lbs pup into the big sink. They provide everything you need and we’re so nice. I’ll definitely be back.

I just brought my dog (golden doodle) in for a haircut and I couldn't be happier with the results! This is probably the best grooming he's ever gotten....and he came home smelling like fresh laundry.Highly recommend for a great grooming and amazing customer service!

We love coming here to buy food and toys for our cat! The staff are very friendly and COVID conscious and definitely go out of their way to help customers. We appreciated them letting us know about a discount for buying cat food cans in bulk during our first visit so we know to stock up whenever we go now. There's a great community atmosphere as well with folks bringing in their dogs. We will gladly go a little out of our way to continue shopping here and support this great local business!

This is a great business. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, and there is always plenty of staff to assist. They have a great selection of quality products and they are knowledgeable about what is on the shelf. I cannot say the same about the corporate chains. We use the doggie self-wash pretty frequently. The facilities are clean and well kept. They also provide lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a dryer. 100% recommend this place. I'm never disappointed when we visit.
