Manager unhelpful and ghetto. The wait is crazy. Closing all the aisles and leaving 2 open at 4pm is crazy. No one to help with self checkout. The absolute worst.

The prices have come down on some of my items, however, I have never been a go shopping on the flyer promotion days and I will have to start because maybe I will save more money doing it on those days. I did get some small deals Yesterday, however, the prices on some fruits and vegetables need to come down a little in price. The store is clean and I can find most of my items.

I honestly think every stop and shop across the country should just close down That is not up to par. It's very rare that you go into a stopping shop and you see the produced stopped beautifully arranged, Every aisle is faced inneatly put, The floral department neatly put together, And every other department, including meat, seafood and deli, looks clean. I will say the stopping shop that's in South Bay. The Stop & Shop that is in Dedham. The stopping shop that is in Rosendale are atrocious. The only stopping shop I can say bad I. Enjoy going into and I don't mind driving that far is the one in Walpole. Whoever that general manager in store manager and supervisors that are in that store. They are doing an excellent job with keeping that store looking like a grocery store should.

Oh man..Addicts right in front doors. Obstructing your way in and way out. You have to be very careful SPECIALLY coming out with your stuff. They are looking at customer's carts. Bathrooms, have Addicts going there and"showering" utilizing the sinks. Bathrooms smell like rubber that they use to pick the vein. The bakery. Isn't good. You can tell these folks are simply squeezing pennies. They only had one out of 12 registers open, and self check out was mobbed.Doesn't have the same cleanliness as other locations in more gentrified areas.I won't be going back.

This is one of the most ghetto Stop & Shop stores I've ever been to. This store needs more cashiers and definitely baggers for the few cashiers that are there.

I was in & out pretty quickly. They didn't have everything that I needed but you can't always get what you want! DEAL WITH IT ! Good clean store. Never had any problems here.. Hope the same for you. 👍

I come to this Stop n Shop from time to time when I'm in the area or when I'm working...The people working here are hard workers and they do an excellent job of making sure you find what you are looking for...Rich (The Manager) is always available as well to help out when needed...I recommend coming during the evening when it's less crowded...

To high now and the quality of its meats are not what it used to be and if you go to the 1 in jp man look out the price is much higher but it's cleaner than lots of other stores staffing is good

Poor produce selection and value. Pricing on many products missing or out of place. Also, no alcohol sold here.---Response to owner's response: I don't think you understood what the complaint was. I didn't complain about prices, I complained about the price labels on products. They're either not shown, missing, or just don't have the right price label. And the fresh produce at this particular branch has very little selection.

Extremely rude employees called for employment opportunities she told me she did not know anything, did not attempt to help me, and hung up in my face just the sheer unprofessionalism and horrible customer service is the reason I gave such a low review. Please do not shop at this location if you do not like rude people with a attitude.

The team at this location is phenomenal and so caring. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. And special shout out to Jamaal, the meat manager, who really went out of his way to make sure my school got what we needed for a Thanksgiving food drive to support families in need. And the managerial staff — such wonderful people!!!

I don't shop here very often but have been twice in the last week. The reason I went back was because there were probably more staff than customers.They were very helpful. Today Jamal the meat manager proactively asked me if I needed help. He went and got what I was looking for, priced it correctly and I went on my way. Sometimes the customers are some what disgruntled, but we're all going through something, right?

This is the closest stop&shop to my house so it’s my GO-TO. But it’s definitely not my favorite stop&shop. Half the time when I want something, that whole shelf is gone. And then when you’re ready to check out they usually have one to two lanes open with a cashier, and the rest is self check out, which is difficult for the elderly. The lines are so long they go through the aisles sometimes. And if you come here at night they run out of plastic stop&shop bags and they give you their cheap paper brown bags by default. My things always rip out of those bags too. The other day the cashier handed me 3 bags and gave me my receipt to go. And the next day I found out the cashier gave my bag to the person that was behind me in line. (It happened to be a family member). Come to find out the cashier was clocking out in the middle of my family members transaction, she was so in a rush that she gave my bag to someone else. Over all, it could be better here!

Disorder. Milk spilled on self checkout area where I'm supposed to place my food. Person monitoring the area just stared at me, never offering assistance or anything for that matter. The spill was there when the gentleman before me was checking out and while I was checking out and he never bothered to clean it up. Inventory was lacking compared to other stop & shops in the area. The bread aisle is terrible for bread lovers such as myself. The variety this location has is mediocre at best. The bread aisle is takes up only 1/4 of the aisle as opposed to other stores where it's usually half an aisle which should indicate how minimal their variety is. I bought a pack of hamburger buns that turned out to have mold. I always say I'm never going back to this location but it's local and convenient to my home.The last time I shopped her I saw what looked like upper management walking through the store with the store manager as if they were making assessments. But nothing has changed. It just keeps getting worse and worse.It saddens me that the stop & shop corporation doesn't take pride in this store like the stop & shops in other areas like Quincy or Dedham. The lack of upkeep here is laughable and the service needs improvement.Before I jump to conclusions and assume it's a race issue, I'll leave it in God's hands and pray that this location takes the necessary steps to make changes. Until then, I'll continue grocery shopping at the predominantly white locations.

This is the only store I will shop with. The place is always clean and the shelves are always stock very well.condering the unfortunate supply issue situation. I think this store is doing it's best, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have been. Great job everyone! Keep up the great work!👍👍👍

This team is amazing. Kate, one of the managers, has been so incredibly helpful in setting up and delivering bulk orders for events at the preK-12 school where I work in Boston. They have been so easy to work with, incredibly attentive to detail, and so generous with their time and effort to support our students and families. I truly can't thank them enough!
