I went in today to pick up something which I found out it was out of stock. Made the trip for nothing. So I just picked up a random thing for a snack to make my trip worth while and the cashier was VERY rude. I also work in retail and i would never be the way she is with my customers no matter what. I also have a photo order there and I didn't see any employee there at the photo counter to help me and I didn't want to ask the cashier because she was rude from the start. So I won't be going back for my photo order after all. I'll take my business elsewhere. So disappointed 😞UPDATE : I give this store a rating of any negative number below zero stars. I went in again to get a prescription that I needed and there was a mix up at the pharmacy totally on their end when it came to my prescription that my doctor prescribed me that morning and sent it there. I have another pharmacy in file too but he decided to send mine there for whatever reason sp I figured whatever. So I went in about a half hour later to see if it got there fine and the pharmacist said yes but she also gave me an attitude saying not done yet and I asked how long and she told me that morning in a couple of hours. So fine I went on my way and about 4 to 5 hours later that afternoon I heard nothing from them so I called and the automated system said was being worked on but there was an insurance issue..so I decided to go down to see what it was and see if I needed to do anything. So I nicely went up to the counter and the pharmacist seemed very unwelcoming from rhe start and I told her about my prescription and situation. And she said there was " nothing there for me: and I was nice but confused and said how the pharmacist before said it was there and would be ready and that I called and it said was being worked on but insurance issue) so I didn't understand wht they didn't see it( I know computers errors or things happen ) so another pharmacist looked and he raised his voice and said we don't have you in the system. So I told h calmly the situation the pharmacist said earlier that morning and how I called it said was there etc and he was mumbling and saying a bunch of things arguing with me waking away. I didn't yell. I figured I'd message my doctor about it to see if he could send it to the other pharmacy. And while I did that the pharmacist at walgreens held up a bunch of paper and raised his voice and said " see nothing here" !!! so I just said ok. Thanks I'll go . And as I went he stopped me and said it seems like it's under another ast name which I don't have in my medical records etc and said that they don't cover it under my insurance after all that ( they could have at least texted or phoned me saying there was an issue) and said I will have to get it at a different place. So after all that I have been treated like there and also at another walgreens location as well lately my walgreens days are over. I used to really like going there in the past. Used to have nicer employees ut that's a thing of the past sadly

Absolutely the worst customer service at a pharmacy I have ever experienced. They pharmacists, and the techs as well, are very rude. Dont get fooled by commercials claiming they have helpful pharmacists, they dont! They seem to go out of their way at times to make sure it is as difficult as possible to get a refill done. Trying to call the pharmacy is a literal nightmare. When the tech puts me on hold it starts to ring every 5 minutes or so and they just pick up the phone and stick u back on hold without saying a word. I have sat on hold with them for close to an hour, then thought maybe if they dont think it's me they will answer...so I called from another phone number and what do you know? They answered immediately. This should tell you all you need to know about the lack of professionalism and courtesy these people have. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT! AVOID!

Visited the photo area to drop my UPS package. A heavier girl working at the store instantly went to tell me she could not help print my label for another girl to correct her saying yes they can. Which this is something I have done just a few months back at the same location. In the end I ended up leaving cause the girls kept making comments about it is a pain to print a label!? Im sorry its a pain to help your customers? The girls were rude and had given poor service I ended up walking out.

No one called my father of not having a emergency medicine that it needed 2 days before surgery. The pharmacy also refused to send rx to a sister pharmacy that had this in stock!! NOT OKAY AND DO BETTER!!!

They care more about the customers then there employees... Store manager is so insensitive... Shouldn't be a manager I'd you can't handle being a parent and do your job that's life .... You don't bring your child to run around the store been a assistant manager for years you would be gone

Today (6:45pm) In the middle of a cookout with my kids, my propane ran out. I drove down to the store to get an exchange. I went up to the register and asked the employee if they had any full propane. She said no. As I walked to my car, I saw that the cage was full of blue rhinos with the safety thing on indicating it was full. I went back inside and the cashier said she was too busy to get one (there were 3 other people in store). I went to the other employee and asked if she would get me one. She said yes but the other employee wouldn't allow her. By the time I left the store, there was no other customer in the store and the girl went outside to get the carts. So she can get carts but not sell propane. How does that make sense?

The pharmacist are never pleasant. They closed early the other night so I wasn’t able to get my prescription and I had no pills left so I’ve been feeling sick for the past two days. They close too early on weekends. It takes forever for prescriptions to refill. I will be switching immediately.

Place was very unorganized never mind that huge sign on the wall near the pharmacy that advertises restrooms when I asked to use the restroom I was told it is not open to the public I wouldn’t believe that when we were under state emergency for corona but we are not under state of emergency anymore and you definitely would not be advertising that you have a restroom if it is not open to your customers but according to the manager Jessie it’s not I will purposely come in and out to see if other people are allowed do use the bathroom as I feel like I was discriminated on

Worst Pharmacist and staff ever encountered, clueless. Obviously not happy in their careers, probably don’t make enough money. GOOD , they don’t deserve it ! Move my prescriptions to CVS. Now there a professional company. Walgreens should stick to selling preparation H and greeting cards !!

Walgreens pharmacy has a great department. There always friendly and last night I had an outburst over insurance filling a prescription and the head pharmacist still called my Doctors to help me even after I was jerk...the pharmisist at the drive thru is very friendly too and I recommend dealing with Walgreens in Rockland

Prices are different in-store than advertised online. Some products are cheaper for online pick up than if you go in the store and buy it in person. Pretty disappointed in Walgreens.
