I found this location on google as I searched in the search engine for dog wash locations. I really appreciated and enjoyed our visit here. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mr. Kevin one will notice the pet supplies which is awesome then we were walked to a washing area. The area is like a little closed in area for you and your pet. There is a stepping stool, laundry basket for your towels after use, brush, and even a washing brush if you would like to use those items or you can bring your own. They provide the shampoo, conditioner, flea treatment, and blow dryer, and towels of course with the option to bring your own. The customer service was amazing we didn’t feel rushed, everyone was friendly that we encountered. Mr. Kevin showed us how to use everything which made the wash stress free. Thank you!!!

Lucky and I really enjoyed our first experience here. Kevin, was extremely friendly, welcoming and loving towards my dog. Easy to use self wash and lucky came out smelling and looking amazing. His coat is so shiny, picture below. Picture of lucky enjoying a cannoli from the shop. Highly recommend.

This is my second time in the soapy spot. I LOVE it here! The owner Kevin is super kind , welcoming and helpful. The shop has great options for healthy dog treats. The bath for the dogs is amazing ! I brought my Pyr mix and border collie mix in and they smell awesome after a good cleaning. I will be back again and again with Willow and birch. Great prices , clean location and totally worth not washing the towels and cleaning the tub at home.

Great grooming salon! Completely DIY but the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, especially for first time users. Everything down to towels and brushes are included. Clean, new, and easy to use.

The owner creates a wonderful environment. He showed me everything to know about the washing stalls, and checked in on me during! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of supplies that come with the purchase price of a wash! The whole store is incredibly clean and well maintained.

I'm so delighted I found Soapy Spot today for my big boy lab Vinnie. We both had a great time 😀Kevin, the owner, is there to assist in every way..so helpful. This salon has everything you and your pups need and then some. Very clean and spacious wash areas....excellent products .. high tech and easy to use equipment. .plenty of big towels and a great selection of supplies and treats as well. We were so impressed.. loved it and will continue to go back. Best of Luck...well done! ❤️

Absolutely loved this experience! The machine is easy, quick, and affordable! You don’t even after to clean up the mess! My dog enjoyed the experience and he was so shiny after. We shopped around for a treat after since my dog Franklin was so well behaved. The owner is so friendly and seems so excited about his business! He was very knowledgable about the treats and bones. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gorgeous boutique. The owner is so kind and welcoming and supplies everything you need. An apron, brushes, combs, wipes, towels and stool can be found in each stall. They also have endless toys and treats for the pups!

Our new favorite spot for DIY washes. Kevin, the owner, is a great guy and knows how to run a business with wholesome customer service. Having heard many horror stories involving dog grooming, I'm very particular about who I would trust with my Czech working line German Shepherd Dog, Delta... which is why I tend to prefer the DIY washes.I am no stranger to washing my own dog, whether it be at home in our shower or at one of the many local DIY spots. What sets The Soapy Spot apart (besides the customer service), is the Cyberwash 3000. The name in and of itsself hooked me with the cool cyberpunk marketing, but the design and functionality of the machine makes this the easiest, quickest, and cleanest DIY wash I have used.The machine is completely self-contained, so there is no need to move your dog to a drying area, which reduces stress and time. It's simple to use (push a button for soap, conditioner, rinse, dry, etc.). The walls are all stainless steel, and it gets disinfected after each use. The water temperature is pre-set to a perfect warmth. The soap is unscented/hypoallergenic. The dryer has a low and a high setting, and there is ample room for even my 80lb GSD to turn around. There is a ramp to walk up, but my 2yo pup was able to jump right up. The wash platform is padded and drains easily. It did not get clogged with hair when I used it. The only issue I had was that it takes a while for the soap to come through the lines (and for the soap to purge when it's time to rinse), but it only took about 20 seconds.Overall I would rate this as the best DIY wash I have used, again for the ease of use and how everything is self-contained.The store only carries high end treats, toys, and snacks. I recognized all of the brands as being top tier, which again leads me to believe the owner really knows his stuff. Names like Kong, Outward Hound/Nina Ottoson, and safer chews like Himalayan cheese sticks and Water Buffalo horns (we now know that rawhide chews are not very good for dogs). There is a baked treat bar as well a dehydrated treat bar with things like bully sticks, chicken feet, and other jerkys.All in all this is my favorite new grooming boutique, and even though we do most of our shopping online to save money, we're willing to forego that in order to patronize and support a small local business. Thanks again, Kevin! Delta will be back!

I highly recommend The Soapy Spot! The bathroom where we normally bathe our two goldendoodles is being renovated and they were desperately in need of a good wash. Kevin was incredibly helpful in showing me how to work the machine, providing tools and extra towels, and was also very personable. They also have a great selection of treats, apparel, and anything else your dog might need. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful place to wash your dog. The bath tubs are new and have soap, conditioner, flea & tick wash built right in. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. Tons of treats and other pet needs available here too. If you want to support a great small business this is the spot. Price for wash is on par with big chains but the experience is 10x better.

This handsome guy just got back from his first but definitely not last visit to the Soapy Spot. He came out clean, shiny and smelling great. And I came out DRY! They do provide aprons but those fancy stations are designed to make them pretty much unnecessary! Kevin the owner was a total sweetheart and made the entire experience a delightful one. The store is also stocked with high quality but reasonably priced pet supplies. We left with a bag full of treats from the mix and match treats bar (that had plenty that were soft enough for our little old man who has had most of his teeth out), a new collar, and a bunch of ideas for Christmas presents for all the other canine friends in our extended family. A gem of a spot that we will be returning to for sure!

I visit the Soapy Spot twice a month for about the last 4-5 months with Eevee and Sunny. Everytime Kevin is always there to greet us with a smile and a fresh made dog treat.The Soapy Spot is a special place we're you can save money and bond with your pups while giving them a bath. The baths are easy to use and they provide everything you need including towels and brushes!After the bath they have a treat bar and a plethora of toys to choose from and Kevin usually has his home made treats that my dogs absolutely love.We are lifetime customer's. Thank you Kevin for being such a kind and caring host!

Made our first trip to The Soapy Spot with our two, big, energetic dogs. It was a great experience and we will definitely be heading back! Service was great and they explained the equipment, which is all new, easy to use, and effective. Our dogs settled in, got cleaned up, and we bought them dome treats on the way out. Too easy!

Great spot to wash your dog! There are two separate bays that are enclosed and contain anything and everything you could possibly need to get the job done. The owner was super friendly, accommodating and patient with our nervous boy and we will definitely be back because of him! Thanks!

Perfect. Kevin, the owner, is a very kind man which encourages me to continue doing business with him. However, the concept is so great and perfectly executed that I would continue coming back here regardless.No reason to pay a groomer to wash your dog, and no reason to let him/her or “they/them”, if that is how your dog prefers to be labeled, build up dirt and stink.Twenty dollars well spent. See you next month. And the month after that.

We brought our 10 Month old Airedale Terrier Pup Rudy to the Soapy Spot for the first time today. Kevin the owner was very welcoming and showed great interest and affection to Rudy, and provided great customer service to us. The store is very clean, and the washing station tubs are state of the art. Rudy has been rolling around in the Saltmarsh lately and really needed a bath! We used the Shampoo, Conditioner, and herbal flea wash, and then we airdried him afterwards with the hair dryer, towels, and comb and brush which were all provided.
