We went to Home Depot for a new washer and dryer. Scott was our salesperson. He was pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the products. He helped us make our decision. The machines have arrived, and we love them! Thank you, Scott!

Ordered some gravel for next day delivery. It kept getting rescheduled, they stated that the delivery truck was too large for my road, but that a smaller truck could be used, and would be scheduled for the next day. 4 weeks later and it has been rescheduled 7 times. I have cancelled the order, very disappointed.

My son bought a house near this Home Depot. In the past 3 years, we have renovated it. The staff at this store are all professionals. They have helped me with so many projects. Save me so much time and money. I can't thank them enough.

Home Depot Box stores are horrible now. I went there with my father 72 my self 45 my no means to we look like shoplifters. Everything was cage up. Couldn't get any help. Then I began to notice to gentlemen conversating. One later followed us around the store. Then we purchased out items because we needs them not cause we wanted to give out bussiness to home depot. Then we were walking out the other loss prevention guy was paralleling our isle in the parking lot our truck was in and wrote down our license plate. Now I live less than 2 miles from my local depot and have been going there for 30years. This is getting ridiculous. Having rogue isle worker picker & packers take loss prevention jobs way to serious. There gonna hurt themselves or someone else.

I had a wonderful experience shopping in the garden center yesterday, customer service desk & check out near the pro desk towards the end of the night. Was there for several hours shopping and browsing products as we have some big projects we are currently working on at home (and sometimes you just need to see items in person rather than online) We are building several stone pathways in our yard. My husband is in construction but this particular project I’m mainly shopping for myself. But I have to say, without my husband there, DAVID in garden center went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me, answering all my questions, helping me find & lift numerous different pavers I was scoping out in order to decide which to use-he helped me for at least a good forty five minutes. He also suggested places to find specific products that HD did not carry which was nice. I asked him if I could give his name at checkout or anything but he said no that’s ok, however, thought I should at least write a good review because that man deserves a raise! Along with many other very hard workers at the store whom I did not get their names unfortunately. And this day and age, during a pandemic and possible recession, it’s hard to come across excellent customer service. Hard to find people who actually care and want to help you & very often (if you’re like me & have no clue what you’re doing so u ask) when you call places or go looking for help or have questions, you are often met with “I don’t know” so u hit a brick wall. Then have to take time to do research to find out yourself when you just asked someone who should know right off the bat. I do a lot of reviews (mostly good) because to me, finding a good deal & great service can be hard to come by, so it’s important to share whenever you have a great experience! (sometimes you get ppl who rush you & just want u gone if u know what I mean- I try not to take it personal lol) Everyone I encountered at HD actually WANTED to help. Even the young woman with long dark hair in a ponytail working at the registers in the garden center (who I believe was going on break or changing shifts at this time) yet she still happily took time to help me find something which was after I searched up & down the store myself for nearly a half hour-so it was difficult to find (soil ph tester) The 2-3 people working in customer service were helpful & friendly as well. Even with a long line of ppl, I was there for a good amount of time searching for products & placing several bulk orders for pavers, fencing etc) one girl managed to reduce the line in about 5 min. I was taking up one of the two open registers with young man with dark brown hair & glasses who placed my order for me was super professional, helpful & patient with all my thousand questions (I’m still a rookie with all this house stuff). Lastly, Belinda at check out was very kind and super friendly. My only complaint was having to wait around in windows department to order shutters-couldn’t find someone to help place an order & looked around for quite a while, however it was 8 o’clock at nite so perhaps they had already left for the day. Nor was I able to find brochures/literature on shutter purchase options. Only other thing I should add, I wish there were step stools, long handled hooks or perhaps a “help” button in every aisle/department (for short ppl like me) to assist getting products down even just from the second shelf lol! Be easier than having to walk a mile to front of store in order to find help. I am able bodied & perfectly capable of walking long distances, but surely theres others who are not. However, these are minor drawbacks & did not detract from my overall shopping experience which was wonderful….Thank you!Ps- I added pics of items I was shopping for

Had to go buy fluorescent light bulbs. Easy to find. I hate the fact however that they don't take Apple pay or Google pay. You have to have your actual credit card with you. Add that to the fact that they don't have any cashiers anymore. They only have one on duty. All the rest of self-checkout. I really only go ahead when I absolutely positively have to

Placed a curbside pick up order. Waited outside in the car for 15-20 minutes. Went inside and asked where our order was. Went and got my order. Didn’t offer an apology just grabbed my order without saying anything. Person in another department said they were too lazy to go out to our car because it was raining

Ordered some custom windows here, and when I went to pick them up, one was cracked. I was pretty upset, since I now had a gaping hole in the side of my house, but Kerry in Service and Aaron in Windows were really awesome (even though I may have been somewhat rude at that point) and they got me back on track with a new one as quickly as they could. It was so nice to deal with employees who still care about the customer, and I really appreciate that.Additionally, Aaron was super knowledgeable and patient in dealing with a DIY guy trying to figure out how to buy custom windows.Thanks!!!

Worst place on Earth! I'd rather take a screwdriver and drive it under my nail beds than have to be subject to this slow burn torture ever again and the employees act like your interrupting their huddle of 6 or more team members chatting about how paint dries and consciously ignoring all attemps for some kind of help. I literally waited 38 mins for one of the 45 employees to make their way (16 steps forward and a parcial shuffle ball change to the left) over one isle because said employee got stuck on stupid while rearranging the batteries from volts to price range. I ended up witthe worlds worst migrane and one serious faced death look short of a full blown day drinker habit! Welp, they are serious about Do-it-yourself!

Best thing about this store as a contractor is thrir vast inventory and alot of new tool and batteries special Closeouts I be lost with out this home depot sometimes lacking help in some departments but others all willing to help

Very good at Home Depot with a large selection a very attentive workforce for what you would expect a big box store. They also have a Dunkin’ Donuts, which is a plus. I’ve never encountered low stock pile‘s except in extreme weather conditions, and in fact they tended to have a bit more stock than other places at that moment. Very good prices, plenty of parking, and once again very accommodating employees. I like shopping at this location. Solid.

I love shopping at the Home Depot they have many items for all different occasions not just Home Improvement as of today I had just gotten a dog bed and dog toys last week I ended up getting a Wi-Fi range enhancer so there's a lot more that they offer than just wooden tools all the employees that are very nice and extremely helpful just like to say thank you to all of them I would definitely recommend this place

Rude rude staff!!! Dealth with 4 different people today, everyone was rude. From an employee stepping right in front of me to re-arrange the clearance section, without saying excuse me or anything (like “move out of my way” and she just stood there with her back in my face), to the guy who I politely ask where I can find a lumber cart, rolled his eyes and when I offered to help he told me he is “beyond help”, to the two ladies who helped us get a rental… the trucks back won’t close, and they couldn’t care less. Did not offer us any other option, and just gave us our money back and let us go. What a bad customer experience, and this is not the first time. I am fed up! Enough is enough, Nobody wants to work in this store. Management should stop by Lowes and learn how customers should be treated. Thats why we love LOWES! Staff are so much nicer there. Will never shop here again.

Went to this home depot for lawn and garden supplies, and some other odds and ends for my new patio and fencing. First time home owner, needed some advice on several things. An employee named Justin in the outdoor garden part of the store came up to me and asked how he could help me today. Wasn't sure if he'd be able to answer all my questions, as I had many, but he answered all of them thoroughly and accurately. He was more than happy to help and directed me to several areas of the store that had what I needed. Big store, well stocked, great customer service.

I really am not a fan of this particular location. I usually know what I need, so I don't have to ask questions. For some reason, if I'm looking for something and ask for help, it seems like the associates on the floor can't be bothered, and they're rude. The only good experience I had was with the rep in the kitchen area, an older gentleman who was extremely kind.

Used the iPhone App to search inventory and locate what I wanted. Parked easily near the lumber yard. Entered, grabbed my goods, spoke with an associate in the power tools section, went through the self serve checkout and I was done. I’ll be returning to this location ( didn’t see anyone buying $450 of cleaning supplies )

Let me explain my rating...while I quickly and easily found what I was looking for (power wash concentrate) there was only 2 self checkout registers open AND NO NORMAL REGISTERS and the line was a mile long since both of the self check out machines were giving the customers a hard time. While there were 2 attendants trying to fix them. 2 attendants for 2 open self check out machines...call me stupid but isn't the point of a self check out machine so that there doesn't have to be an employee at each one, otherwise why not just open regular check out lines to keep things going faster. Other than that, I saw 3 customer service reps having a great time doing absolutely nothing maybe they could have taken a few of the customers so I didn't spend a half hour buying a jug of cleaner.

Excellent service provided by Brian today. Asked if we needed assistance while in open aisle. We were looking for a very specific sized Allen screw. Brian led us from his dept. over to hardware and he carefully went thru drawers of screws to find us our hard to find, small screw.

I’m a contractor not a handyman or homeowner looking to do a little diy. The employees here are trash. They are miserable and rude. I don’t know if they’re treated poorly or just hate their lives because they work for minimum wage. What do you expect from people who bring zero talent to the workforce?

Great place to find alot of things you need just finding an employee to help you thats something else and i would like to say i bought a blower hand held one it worked great in December only used it 3 times now it's dead for no reason it won't start and home depot will not let me exchange it is very sad for a company not to be honest about what they sell

Just go to another Home Depot or just go to a Lowe's. Not a fan of that particular store. There were many reasons why I don't go to the Rockland location. They messed up on a rug order that I placed and it took a month for it to be installed because they messed up so many times. They made mistakes when trying to fix other mistakes they made. Went in to get supplies on other project. Staff seem annoyed when I ask a question and this has happened on different visits not just a one time thing. I don't go to that store anymore.

HOME DEPOT ROCKLAND DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE OF COLOR! DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.My mother is remodeling her Bathroom, and her worker who is Hispanic went to pick up our order yesterday. The service desk refused to give him the order stating that, " he is a non english speaking person", then threatened to "detain him at the store". The worker called my sister and told her what was happening. My sister then asked to speak to the Manager on duty, and was put on with a guy named "Mike". He then repeated that the worker was "non english speaking", and they would not give him the $1,500.00 order that was already paid for. When my sister asked why, he simply hung up on her! Can you imagine a "manager" hanging up on a paying customer?As a proud Hispanic american, I can no longer in good conscience use this store again. To openly discriminate like this is not only wrong, but may also be illegal.Shame on you Home depot

Every time I go to the Rockland location the people aren't helpful, yet I see them have department meetings in the middle of heavy traffic areas in the store. If I get any help, most times they act like they dont really want to help you or you're a huge inconvenience. It's like... trust me I don't want to be here any more than you do, but at least you're getting paid. The people at Lowes always take me seriously, and find what I need, know what I'm talking about and deliver good service. Although they are right off the highway, there are better stores... Keep driving.
