I wont bring my dog anywhere else. He is a super anxious pup and they take such good care of him. He always comes out looking good and trim, plus they have very reasonable prices. Jamie is incredible with furbabies and i’d recommend them to anyone.

They are great here! Easy to book, accommodating, friendly, and affordable. It's hard to find a groomer that does cats and they allow me to come in early before they open so my fluffy cat can get his hair cut alone before the dogs show up for the day. We love the job they do and Logan even gives her snuggles after she's done when he won't even let me touch him with a comb lol.

For years, I was taking my German Shepherd/Husky mix to a chain groomer and the quality was going downhill. I discovered Hair Club for Pets a few months ago and can’t say enough great things about the quality of the service my dog receives. Amy and her team are true professionals and excellent at what they do. i wouldn't dream of bringing my syd pup anywhere else. They always have my babies best wishes at heart. They even go out of their way to make special accommodations so my pup can come in early, and be the only one in there when getting pampered, since he is a bit of a nervous nelly. I would absolutely recommend their services!

They are amazing my two shelties just came home my older sheltie is skittish but they are so patient and calming with her. Today was my one year olds first visit and they were caring, loving and patient she had a wonderful first experience and will definitely not be afraid to go back. I highly recommend bringing your favorite furry friend! I continue to come even though we moved to Plymouth it’s worth the drive!

What a joke! I dropped my cat off to be groomed and was called shortly after drop off to be told that she couldn’t finish because she couldn’t control him. I arrived to find my cat HALF shaved. Their facility is not conducive for cats, as they don’t have a private area to protect them from the other animals that are barking and lurking right next to them. I’d be frightened too if I was being groomed directly next to a 200lb dog. They also do not have the patience and skills required.... if they did I wouldn’t have been given a half shaven cat. The kicker was that she charged me!!!! My advice is to go somewhere else!!!!

These girls love what they do and it shows. They take such good care of every pet brought in. Best of all they schedule appropriately. Dogs aren't there any longer than they have to be.

Horrible experience. Walked in to book the appointment and the individual hardly had time to pay attention to me. I booked it anyway, with misgivings - something just did not feel right. When I mentioned my dog had only been groomed once and was a lively 12 month cocker spaniel - the groomer became alarmed and said "well, you can't bring him in when others are here!" So the appointment was moved to 7:30 AM. I got caught behind a broken down school bus and arrived at 7:40. They could not take me and were once again acting "frantic" I should have gone with my "gut feeling" when they seemed so overwhelmed at the booking.... 100% would never come here - even though I live in Rockland and desperately want to give business to downtown Rockland. It is time Rockland expects PROFESSIONALS to come to down town. I hope the town helps PROFESSIONALS move in.
