I have been buying hay from Monroe. Bought 15 bales of hay that I purchased previously. This batch my horse would not eat. Call one to the woman who runs it and explained nicely what was going on. She said that’s last years hay. Asked if I could trade it up for a different hay was told to call back we don’t have any of that now.Just called back again and was told we won’t take it back or let me trade it in don’t understand why But I will never buy another item from Monroe farm again. Makes me feel bad that I try to support my local farmers and they don’t want to work with their customers mainly the woman behind the counter. Sorry I won’t be referring you to any of my horse or farm friends

Great place! Supplies for horses and pets.You can shop in store and also they deliver.They just got more of their great looking and super warm hoodies in stock! I own 5 already. Wide assortment of local birding supplies as well.

The people working are so nice and friendly. We stared finally coming here and wish we had been sooner. Better quality chicken food for only about three dollars more than I was spending at a big box store. They also have fresh meats that look delicious. The cows across the road are super fun to see too! The experience is worth it.

Was told I was purchasing 50 pounds of birdseed, but the tag said 40 pounds. I feed the birds/animals outside everyday. I hadn’t noticed until after using the seed, as it is not something I am able to purchase in surplus. When I called to point out the error, but was told the computer system was not updated. The woman I purchased from told me 50 pounds. I refuse to support this untrustworthy business. Never Again.

Friendly and helpful! If they don't have what you need for your livestock on hand they will order it for you. We've bought hay from 4 other places with very mixed unsatisfactory results. Munroe's is the same great quality every time and our goats go bananas for it.
