Just returned from our 4th visit, my gorgeous border terrier Hamish was hand stripped again......as always, fantastic service!!!👏👏. The staff are all wonderful and very professional, I don't know how they managed to cut his nails, great job. Would not take Hamish anywhere else, thank you EBTD💕💕.

My fiancé and I recently traveled to Reading to visit family and we brought our puppy. We didn’t want to bring dog food so we searched around for a pet store to just buy it once we arrived. we called to see if they would have our pet food and unfortunately they did not carry it :/However they said they would order it for us! I think it is awesome that they did this for us and it made our lives sooooo much easier not having to bring out own dog food. They went above and beyond our expectations. Fantastic!!

I recently got a puppy and was looking for a store close by that offered healthy food/treats for my pup. They are a one stop shop for me always. I get my pup's dog food here, treats, toys, bandanas, bathing stuff, etc. Lauren the owner is amazing and always so helpful! She always takes the time to help me find what I am looking for and recommend anything she thinks would be beneficial for my pup. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your animals care. Carrie and Kayla who work there as well are fantastic and always willing to help me find what I need. The best dog store around! Thankful for this hardworking business and these ladies who run it.

This store is great with supplying healthy, organic, and high end pet products/food/snacks. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the multiple times I've been there, the customer service has definitely been lacking. The workers I've encountered have come across as snobby which doesn't make anyone feel good or comfortable. Besides that, great place to grab products for your pet.

I've been shopping here for my dog's and cat's needs since it opened. They have excellent, natural food for pets and really stand behind their products. They have a great selection of healthy treats for pets, as well as high quality beds and other gear. The owner and all the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I got a bad taste in my mouth. If I knew the return policy to this place, I would have never have stepped in this store. I returned a coat that was never worn, tags still on it, bought it a week and a half ago and their return policy is a store credit. Do not buy unless you are sure your dog is going to like it.

This is where to shop for you dog! For everything! Especially food! They know their stuff and my dog loves the food, toys, treats and financial got something all natural to ease my pups anxiety. GREAT STORE! SHOP LOCAL!!!!

Pretty amazing store...If they don't have what you're looking for they can get it. Also...super knowledgeable about every product they sell and in general...I've never been in there and had someone tell me they didn't know the answer to a question I asked.
