Had to stop and recently for the first time just needed a couple of cat items . As soon as I walked in the door got a warm welcome hi welcome to PetSmart can I help you find something etc.? Great first impression I informed I had never been there. They not only gave me the aisle but they also walk me over as well. Anyway on check out the equally wonderful. Being in the business of dealing with customers and business. And on a personal note walking into businesses for the the first time and needing assistance. Sometimes it doesn't go well. However PetSmart does a great job ! I'll be going back

I took my doggy for a bath and furcut and they did an amazing job. I have only had my dog a few months but this is where he will going for grooming. This was by far the best grooming experience I've had!! ❤️

Store manger Joan working Saturday 12/9 was not friendly or professional. Calling out a floor person in front of customers. Not professional and should be.roleratweStore manager on duty up front Sunday 12/10 just as unpleasant ,not professional in front of customers.. maybe be time for a new career !Floor staff and cashier's wonderful and pleasant to deal with

they have a good assortment of cat toys and accessories which i appreciate. the people working the registers are nice, unfortunately the manager leaves something to be desired. i asked her about kitten food and she did a big heavy sigh and actually mumbled as she walked over to the cat food. unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience here. i've also seen this same woman being unreasonable towards the staff

I brought my dog to Petsmart grooming because the groomer we usually go to made it very hard to accommodate my schedule. My dog Champ is a 14 year old senior and Shaina has been so wonderful with him. I’ve only been twice but he doesn’t itch or scratch after he’s groomed and his haircut always looks so good. She doesn’t make it too short. Thank you Shaina!!

Just as a disclaimer, my four stars are for the grooming department, because if I were to rate the rest of it, it would be two stars for lack of assistance, and the fact that they mark up their products ridiculously. For the most part, all of the groomers have been very nice and great with my pup. I used to take him to boutique shops, but stopped because Petsmart was much better. Overall, I do suggest giving them a try. My dog has a hard time with the dryer and just very high anxiety in general and they do a great job at working with that and still giving him an awesome bath and cut. The only reason I give four instead of five is because I feel like it gives such an assembly line feel and as much as I know it’s a business it’s pretty clear that we are just a number. The groomers barely have time to speak with you because they are so tightly scheduled and are always rushing you out so they can get the next one in. I do not blame the workers for this I blame Petsmart.

Our dog loves the people, and they love her. Goes for a bath and brush every 3-4 weeks. Good covid19 compliance. Nikki the trainer and Erin the groomer are awesome!

After the Brockton location closed I was in need of a new groomer for my wolfhound Willy. I will be coming back for sure! Molly was so polite and gentle with my big boy - speedy too! He has severe anxiety. With the express appointment she had him down in about an hour. She was very kind and said he did great at pick up, explained everything in detail as to what she did throughout the appointment so I know for future reference... Honestly, if you need a groomer, go here! And ask for Molly! We'll be back because of her.

Friendly, helpful staff and Emmalee has been great with our dog. She is a trainer and her friendliness and true love of animals is heart warming and reassuring. There are both private and group classes. Stop in with your dog and look around! Plenty to see and room to walk with your pet.

Today we took our cats in to the cat groomer. She did amazing! One of our cats really dislikes dogs and she made sure he felt safe with her. She did both their nails very quickly. Only $15 for each cat. We will definitely be returning!

Ordering online was easy and it was a quick turnaround for pickup (a couple hours). There's always plenty of parking in this plaza. My order I received at the checkout counter was accurate, and it came with a printed note that thanked me for ordering from them. It was a nice touch! Their online prices are usually discounted compared to their in-store prices, which they honor their online pricing as long as you show them their website, so that's always a plus! The dog food I purchase from PetSmart is usually fresher than other online Businesses shipping subscriptions or Amazon.

Got crickets for my bearded dragon and literally had the kid count out each and every last one which would have been fine had he not counted the dead ones he scooped into the bag. They were so bad my bearded dragon won't even eat them.

Have only been here for the grooming a few times and every time the groomers have been absolutely wonderful! Normally, I have to push my dog into the grooming area, but here she goes right in and is excited to see the groomers!

They do have pretty good sales sometimes. Very similar to petco. If stuff are not on sale they tend to be on the very very expensive side. I spoke with employees at this one and all i have to say is WOW!!! These employees that i spoke with, i will leave their names out of this but these employees did not know what they were talking about at all. Its crazy, i guess you don't need to know anything about animals to work at a pet store where they are giving advice on how to take care of animals and the information given is completely false. All i have to say if you plan on going to this pet smart to buy anything do your research first and try to not ask for any advice from anyone in this store because you might get those employees that i am talking about who don't know how to take care of an animal.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the store was. There aisles are wide and easy to navigate as well as free of any debris or items that needed to be stocked on shelvesSecondly, I noticed that they have smaller animals like guinea pigs, snakes, bearded dragons, as well as small birds and fish all for sale. They don't have any kittens or cats, dogs or puppies available for purchase.They have a large assortment of bedding, wet and dry foods, take home and travel containers for your pet as well as wide range of animal habitats. Fish tanks, bird cages, reptile sanctuary's, bird cages, as well as cat and dog houses.I

Unhappy with the quality of the fish and the care of their tanks. Almost all the tanks had dead or sickly fish, and they were very barren tanks. Fish looked overcrowded and terribly cared for.

Just want to take this time to mention how happy I am to take my puppy milo to training at petsmart in Raynham ma he is learning a lot I would like to give a shout out to Alex the trainer there he is very good at his job and takes his time to explain different techniques that u can take home and practice with your puppy I would highly recommend alex the trainer at petsmart in Raynham thank you

We absolutely would not bring our Barkley anywhere else. Our favorite groomer is Emma L. Miss Barkley was very shy and Emma always goes out of her way to make it a positive experience for her! We have also had 2 other groomers and all of them have done a fabulous job. Highly recommend!

I find stores like this nice but expensive..I bought some small bag dog food some cans of dog food and a new Betta fish with 3 gallon tank and spent $171....won't walk into these stores again😂

joan was incredibly rude for no reason. literally got so irritated because we asked if we give her the phone # or punch it into the pinpad. no excuse to treat customers like that when we didn't even do anything. this was probably the WORST customer service experience i've ever had. the ONLY other employees were sitting in the aisle and ignoring customers. will not be back.

This location is always clean and ready to be shopped. They take pride in being in stock and knowledgeable about the product. The staff is incredible and will go the extra mile to ensure you find what you are looking for. They value your pet’s individual needs and they live in the details. This past visit two team members were able to get me a great deal on my dog’s food that was now clearance due to new flavors coming out. They found the last two bags in the store for me and were always excited and professional throughout the whole interaction. Thank you as always for a great shopping experience!
