My place of business gets catering from them at least once a month. My employees love the deli sandwiches and the fried chicken. Its almost a steal. Plus, if we need sauces, its right down the aisle.

*Expensive grocery store definitely, the only reason i go is it's closer to my daughters house and she needs food. Other then that we'll go to Walmart or Stop&Shop because their prices are affordable and better selection of meats.*The employees i have seen or interacted with have all been great💯, the store and bathroom is clean and maintained.Thank you to Management for being good at your roles, it shows in the staff.

Love this Shaws location so much! They could use some more staff, especially cashiers and baggers, (I love it so much I applied for the job there) but they really try their best to make due with what/who they have to make sure you have everything you need, items are always stocked up which is pretty important since I’m not having to make multiple store trips to get the things I need.Very clean and organized as well, much more than other grocery stores I’ve been to, love that they have a loyalty program, easy coupon clipping through the app, then all you need to do is enter your phone number when you checkout and the savings instantly apply, it is always exciting to see how much I saved at the end of the trip and it’s always an impressive large amount, those coupons and rewards come in handy and pay off so well.As soon as you walk into the store you are met with a ginormous produce section, with such a large variety of items, again, all stocked up to perfection. The homemade soups from the Deli are to die for! Especially the chicken noodle soup, I come here everyday to make sure I grab some of that soup, the amount of work they put into what they do is truly impressive, from the entire staff, they are easy to get ahold of, if you ever have any questions they are one call away, they can connect you with someone from all of the departments, whenever I call the deli department to ask if they have my favorite soup in stock before I head to the store, they are always super polite and ready to help. (Seriously though whoever makes the homemade soups in the deli deserves a promotion/raise, I included a photo, it tastes just like how my Dad used to make, homemade and delicious, and you can tell they use good high-quality ingredients)Thank you Shaws, and to all of the employees who strive to make it the best store each and every day!

I would suggest read the expire date of their products carefully. I trusted they as big grocery, would have check their expired product daily, so i didn't read. I end up with stomachache today because their product had expired. It was expired on the same day that I brought.

Very great customer service to one of your employees, I remember his name was Jared Ortiz. Efficient in help me find items and explaining about the product. Last time I came in he was bagging for me though the store was really busy he still know how to put things together!! Greeted everyone not just me with a smile. Although other employees were also very great, this guy greet customers with open conversations. He Deserve a raise to be honest!

Shaw's Is the Best 👌. I always do my groceries there. They even have food that are ready all you have to do is buy it ! So my message for you guys is BUY AT SHAW'S ITS THE BEST.

The stars are for the kind and professional cashier and one of the managers. Usually I have had a decent experience here. I tend to wear headphones when I shop because I usually go after a long shift at work, so I am too tired to socialize. This morning I did that, and I was also in my pajamas. I can only think that maybe I did not hear one of the staff speak to me at some point but I felt very obviously followed by one of the managers as if he thought I was shoplifting. At first he was standing directly behind me while I was getting ice cream, but I thought he was talking to another employee. And then he was zoning (or front-facing) in my path as I went to get water. These could have just been coincidental, of course, and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt as he stood behind the cashier with another manager as the cashier rang me up.I had wanted to purchase two of the single annie's white cheddar mac and cheese cups- well, I thought they were the singles. Usually I purchase the four pack, but I did not see any there. I wasn't going to spend my time deeply analyzing two cups to make sure they had barcodes. The cashier was having trouble ringing up the two cups of mac and cheese and asked the manager for advice. When he looked at them, he said that they were from one of the four packs and someone must have taken them out. He then proceeded to look directly at me and asked, loudly, in front of the cashier and other manager: "Did YOU take them out?" I was tired and anxious from being followed around after a long day so I didn't think too much about it at the time and I replied "No of course not". I also thought it didn't make much sense because it's actually more economical to buy a four pack than two of the singles...but looking back I think he thought maybe I couldn't afford a four pack so I was trying to only take advantage and buy two, especially after being very obviously followed.I was very embarrassed. The other manager and cashier were very nice so I appreciate that. But now I am uncomfortable shopping at Shaw's. I have worked in retail so I know all of the tactics used by employees to try and discourage shoplifting. I also know that a lot of employees tend to make sweeping generalizations and negative stereotypes and make customers who are just minding their own business highly uncomfortable with these tactics. Sorry, not everyone wants to dress in their Sunday best at your store in the morning, that doesn't mean we're shoplifting.I would strongly suggest that at least certain people in management are coached and provided some sort of training on the diversity of their customers and working with people.

I called this place, spoke with produce to see if a specific product was in stock, it was confirmed, twice, that the product was in stock. I drive 30 minutes to pick up just to be told the product is out of stock.

I'm not really a Shaw's fan, and don't like cheating on my beloved Stop & shop but I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection. Definitely about 10 Giant steps up from the Shaw's in Braintree and pearl plaza.

Well managed, clean aisles, good signage, courteous employees, well trained. Meat, Seafood, Produce, Bakery, Staffing are all professionals. Clear landscaping, shopping carts were cleared from lot. Handicap accessible carts were available & fully charged. I would definitely return again.

Second Shaws I was in this week. Both our stock eggs on special. Their prices have gotten so high, I only go for items that I can’t get elsewhere and some of the specials.

You have to watch out for people pushing characters. Members of the management team at Shaw's in Randolph Massachusetts do not use vest and I've noticed a few of them almost getting hit by elderly. People are by older. People are by all ages. Their insurance plan should be revoked from Shaw's supermarket star market Members of management. Again, do not wear vest. Be careful. They could hit you with a carriage in the parking lot. God bless America

Delivery is the only way I can get my groceries and Shaws use to be great. But now, list of mistakes. Wrong or missing items and saying order on its way and over an hour later still no order.Tried calling store and no one answers

Great place to meet all grocery needs . Quality products, Clean ,well Organized and prices competitive. The display all sale items visibly and staff is always available to help! Customers service gets a A+ .easy in and easier out with self check out . Love this store.

Bakeshop is great lots to pick from. Hot food at the deli very good, they even have buckets of chicken. Overall the store is great. I usually find everything I need.

Great prices, in stood bakery is wonderful!! It is one of the CLEANEST SUPERMARKET'S I have ever been in!! The REWARDS PROGRAM are Amazing!! You're Literally earning points every time you shop, and you get to choose how to use your Rewards. FREE ITEMS, ON TOP OF "JUST FOR YOU" ITEMS, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG! We all have to eat, so you can earn while you shop and get more for your dollar!!

Pay attention to your receipt bought items on sale with u rewards,items clipped and never taken off final price brought to cashier's attention had manager review and error was still made. Had to go to customer service with phone and circular to show price wasn't right. A lot to go through if you did right thing from the beginning

*UPDATE* - After all of their recent renovations, their efforts to improve really show! I think Randolph generally doesn't like to eat very healthy, so when I have a few mild complaints about variety of healthy things like frozen veggies or organic isle stuff, I'm probably the only one, but otherwise they have made marked steps to be a clean, friendly, well-stocked facility.-old review-Selection is only okay, produce quality is sub-par at best, but the store is clean and the staff are -generally- pleasant and helpful.Of course they have their grumps, it's not a fun environment to work in (since this is now the only store around, it's always very busy and many customers can be quite rude and overbearing as a result), but I've found so long as you are polite, they are all happy to be polite in return.I especially praise the deli/fish department and customer service folks - they are always very energetic and helpful!

My experiences with all managers and staff at Shaw's in Randolph have been, and continue to be, positive. I am always treated with respect and courtesy, and a friendly welcome to the store. If the products I am looking for are temporarily out of stock, I am immediately helped with a raincheck and an apology. As a resident of the town for the past 51 years, it is my pleasure to give a 5 star rating the to Shaw's of Randolph.

They do have good products. Sometimes better than Stop and Shop. They deserve 4 or 5 stars. The reason for the 2 stars is because when certain people go to their new self checkout, the staff stands there like you're going to steal. Meanwhile certain other people I saw, are not scanning some eitems. It's a discomfort. At least at stop and shop, you are not feel like caneras and dark, gazes. Even tho they're watching too but not so obvious.

I didn't particularly love this shaws, out of stock on 3 items I needed. Deli counter was very slow and not too friendly. Prices were average.Addendum 6/11/21: I appreciate the reply I got from Shaw's regarding my review I would like to give them a second chance and try this store again on another date. Mind you the day I went was brutally hot out and I think everyone, working and not working was just miserable. Kudos to shaws for reaching out and offering their support to my less than desirable experience, that's good customer service there!!

THEY HAVE GOT EVERYTHING, BUT AT A STEEP PRICE!It's clean, but employees are unhappy and it shows, prices are between 25% to 40% more than Market Basket ! The morning I went for 1 thing there were 20 checkout lanes and only self pay was open and there was a waiting line!!! I use it much like a convenient.

More variety now that the seasons are moving along. Downside, deals and pricing are not as they seem. Most deals require buying in bulk or 5 or more in order to get sale prices. Meat variety is down like many other supermarkets. Still losing out to competitor Market Basket.

Shaw's was very cleanThere are some great savings on almost everything. I was a different supermarket a few days ago and paid 2.99 for a dozen of eggs. Tonight I saw the exact band of eggs for 1.99 for a dozen. Money saving tip... Shop at Shaw's you definitely save some money

They do okay. Not wanting to say anything really bad about this location. They seem to be understocked and missing lots of common daily items like popular brands of cereal and ice cream for example. The deli counter is super slow and sometimes understaffed. The produce area is fair to good. Check-out lines are sometimes long but not always. The chicken from the kitchen is great!

Wanted to give a shoutout to the bakery dept at this Shaw's. I was needing a spiderman cake for a birthday for same day. Usually they require a 24 hour notice. I had the cake the same day within a few hours. You made a 5 year olds birthday very special! And the cake was good too! Thank you!!

Moved here recently but have been there before as I have family in the area. They certainly have a larger selection than the markets where I used to live. Pricey, definitely, but if you are a savvy shopper you can find decent deals. Customer service is pretty much non-existent but I don't really care, I'm here to get my groceries and go about my day, not to make friends lol. A good morning/afternoon would be ok, particularly when I say it first but, hell a nonverbal transaction works for me as well. Ring my stuff up, I'll punch in my #, swipe my card & be on my way. I do always thank the baggers. They are usually nice and even occasionally engage you in small talk while you're checking out. I did have one incident with some spoiled chicken but had no issues with getting a refund.
