The place for the helpful hardware folk. This is a true statement. If you need help or have a question. This is your place to go. We have all walked into home depot or Walmart and tried to get help. As you know this can be nearly impossible. @ other stores employees see customers and scatter like cockroaches. Not @ ace you will be joyfully welcomed and someone will be will to help as well as be knowledgeable.

This place is a great local spot that has almost everything. Always check this out before going anywhere else. They have some long term employees with great attitudes that are definitely overlooked in a world where nobody wants to give great customer service anymore. Shop local and make sure to appreciate the good employees that are dedicated.

We had a great experience with the staff there. A younger employee (I wish I got his name) helped with finding the right screwdriver for taking off Jeep top! So helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend coming here for help.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Went to order a new key fab for my car, which would have cost me just under $200 but ended up being able to make a couple copies instead for under $10 due to the knowledge and actions of the employee, saving me a buttload of money.Would highly suggest going here for any hardware needs, they have almost everything available, and if they don't have it, they're kind enough to point you in the right direction to where you can have your needs fulfilled.

Too busy for the 2 staff members to handle and my curbside pickup wasn't handled. No one answered the phone so I walked in and had to demand the clerk call someone to bring my order up to the doors. The other patrons were happy to hear me demand more assistance up front so maybe my trip here made someone else's day.

This harware store is never short of any product they carry. It's always well stocked especially when it comes to sale items. Nothing is worst than a circular item reeling you in and it's out of stock. This location exceeds expectations and most importantly the team always has the answer and solution for ever issue that drums up as a new home owner.

Went in looking for one thing and of course the people working there said they can't help cause they didn't know about what I was looking for and it's was a fitting for a double kitchen sink. Had to find myself because they pointed me to the wrong isle.

Went in looking for window gaurds. Got the run around. After asking the second person "do you stock them?" He replied idk. Then told me to go look into the next isle. =really? Zero stars if they had it. Don't know how they stay in bussiness.

Went in almost half hour before closing to buy a rake. Lane was blocked by grills told cashier I was trying to buy a rake and he tells me we can't move the grills we closing in 20 minutes come back tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I ended up going to home depot.
