I just had a bad experience with a cashier said is 15 or less and I told him that was no sign saying that and I already let 2 people that was In the other line go in front of me and he didn’t say anything and call a guy that talked to him in they language that is behind it of me to get him frist, I got up set because he didn’t even check with me if it’s okay with me, I asked for a supervisor and take my stuff out. A lady I walking and I asked her to call the supervisor she said that she is the supervisor and I asked 2 is she is she said yes and I told her what happened she didn’t say anything to me she was looking everywhere and push my card to other line, I just left everything back and walked away. Those cashiers they don’t have any respect for the customers, and they always favors they people

I think America's Food Basket is just okay. Ironically it is difficult to find someone who speaks English, if you can locate someone on the floor, and the prices are not great.However, they do have a lot of ethnic foods.

Every shelf is fully stocked and faced off. They must go through the store all day fixing shelves. Very neat and clean. Meat prices, all prices are very reasonable. The quality is as good or better than other chains. AFB seem to care about their customers. The great prices are a reflection of that. They could charge more. Store with a heart. Right on !!!!

They had the product that I wanted. But they didn't have enough of the Goya Aloe Vera original drink I like. Plenty of the other flavor, Aloe Vera drinks that don't seem to sell. Every grocery store that has this drink has plenty of the other flavors but nut the original Aloe Vera Goya drink.

I came here with my dad today and was being followed and looked at the whole time I was there by an employee. I felt very uncomfortable. The employee was a male with a piercing above his eyebrow.

This supermarket is rich in Caribbean ethnic foods. There's no scarcity of the most popular items. Their locations are based largely in immigrant communities south of Boston.

Great place to get some different types of food and vegies. They are well staffed, cleanliness they must work on baskets and carts I am sorry to say are filthy........the store does smell not sure why? most of the staff are pleasant and are willing to help if they can. I would like to see these issue improve asap.

Poor cashier experience and checking groceries out. Cashier talk and gossip too much instead of trying to get people through the lanes quicker. Not enough lanes open to satisfy the amount of customers trying to purchase items.

Honestly I just only go here for little things if needed. But the place always stinks has this funny smell that's always there when I go like idk what it is but it stinks make me think twice about actually buying food,meats from there plus the cashier and everybody there are rude no one and I mean no one there claims to speak English they get a attitude when you ask where something is. Mostly the women cashier,plus the security officer thinks hes top flight security of the world lol. Place just sucks rather go to Shaw's way cleaner and better atmosphere

Great store, great selection of meat and vegetables. Love that they sell crabs but they need to sell Dungeon crabs besides Snowcrabs ( we need options). Also, this store is very clean and seems to cater to different nationalities which is great for people looking for a variety of different food. This store is also pretty pricey

I never been there before! Omg!! The can goods shined bright like a diamond 💎! So clean you could eat off of the floor. I finally went with my sister 😃😃😅. The shelves are neat as a pin!! I love it there but I have no car so I shop at price right. Bring one to Boston please...pretty please 😊😊

Terrible customer service every time I go in there.... I bought seeded grapes and the seeded grapes had spiders and spider webs and were going bad. I got home and went to clean them and noticed so I brought them back. They said I can't return produce at first then After proving it to the manager that my bag was infested and so were all the other bags ONLY THEN was I able to get my money back.

Just a couple of negatives for this place: The parking lot is an absolute nightmare, and there's been a few issues with items being out of stock (could have just been consistent bad luck.) But the good stuff is: Great selection of produce, snacks you wouldn't normally find at a Stop & Shop or similar, and more than competitive prices. Worth a trip!

Nice and neat store with prepared food available. Lines for checkout are pretty efficient. Wait times aren't long and the abundance of diverse foods, sauces, seasonings, etc. make this a great place to plan epic meals without the fuss of a store like Shaw's. This is definitely my new default supermarket. =D

This supermarket is a quick go to..the lines aren't long.. You can find mostly Latin items here.. But they have a large selection of other items to. I enjoy getting their selection of fresh hot peppers.. Also their meat department will take their time to cut my meat the way I like it

Worst shopping experience every time I’m in this store. The staff have no respect and profiling customers. I hope nobody goes here they have to realize the people who live in Randolph make this store money and we are the reason why it’s still exist

Wonderful stores! I love to shop at Quincy St and all of them. Bowdoin St Dorchester is Awesome! The store in Randolph is like a Super Store if you're asking me. They have everything possible. Thanks to all the great hard working people at all locations.

The store staff is very accommodating. Fruits. Veggies & other perishables are very fresh including bakery. I was happy to see they added more brand named items throughout the store. Thumbs up.

Big store, lots of variety and excellent selection of ethnic foods that I was looking for. Only downside is that I had a hard time finding a certain kind of bagged produce that didnt have mold on at least one of the pieces. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows. Regardless, if you need groceries or are looking for ingredients to make south american, caribbean or other ethnic foods, check this place out.
