0 stars for customer service. I sought out 3 different employees for help and 0/3 spoke English. Might as well just replace them with robots because they're just as helpful.Diversity hires are great, as long as they actually do their job. Someone who can't speak to costumers can't assist costumers.

The manager’s giving her poor employee a hard time, can you imagine? At 81 years old, I’ve just witnessed my cashier losing her job because she kindly overlooked my forgiveness and let me buy alcohol without my darn ID. Never again will I step foot in such a toxic establishment. Back in my day, we had stores with a but more decency, I tell you.

Great store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Very clean . I love their selections and location. Prices are favorable depending on items. Big store with a big variety of food, So many wonderful fresh food to choose from! From cheese to seafood to vegetables or meat. Plus,the flowers are wonderful!

Fully stocked. Amazing display of items. Food was fresh. Lots of parking. Flower section was nice. This location offers self-checkout, which is very convenient.

I've been a customer for 19 years at this location.Generally satisfied.Last week I brought back Cabot cheese slices after I discovered small blue mold spots in the unopened package.When I returned it, they gave me double my money back, as they told me double your money back if not satisfied. That was a welcome surprise!

Got 1/2lb American cheese and they sliced the plastic onto the slices of cheese. Not kidding. Every single thin slice of cheese had a piece of plastic around it. This is unsanitary, a choking hazard, and shocking. Ill never get anything sliced from this deli again.

This is nice store. There are only fresh vegetables and fruits. Also there is a good location and a big parking.

Had to go hungry because their digital flyer is different than the paper one in-store. I have to go here because it's only a 5-minute walk from my house. Their digital coupons don't work, if something says 2/$5 it ends up being 2/$7 which adds up with a whole cart. Things that used to cost $2.50 last year now cost $6.39 and they only ever restock once a week.

I don't recommend any place that charge me for bagging there product. Stop charging your customers for shopping bags. To everyone please go to star market or shows because they don't charge for their bags.

With the prices so high,(an example, lean quisine frzen meals 6 mos. ago 4 for $10,now $4.59 each) I don't know how a young family does it,even if they have assistance,it is not enough,now electric going up 63% in Nov. OMG. The prices are simply out of control.11/4/22,I can see that Stop&Shop is trying, on my last visit I saw some nice sale items, and almost back to normal,Lean Quisine were 3 for $10 instead of the aforementioned 4.59 each,up from 4 for $10,It's a start Stoppie!,Bumped you up a star! 3/3/23, I just don't know what to say anymore. Just try to get used to a $6 box of kids cearel.

I purchased two dozen eggs. Only one egg was large size.23 eggs was not even medium size. Sign on a box says jumbo eggs. Price was for jumbo eggs. This is a big Rip-Off and stealing the money from hard working People. I speak already twice witch General Managers. Noting get changed. I'm going to notify food inspector.

Absolutely everything I need at this store. Quality products. Fresh produce, meat, poultry, dairy, eggs, and bakery items are all great. I usually have my groceries delivered, but stop in the store on occasion. Clean and well organized inside. Helpful staff.

Never have no chips or items in stock then wanna get frustrated at customers that’s not are problem that items run low stock up on your quantities of items and food this is what happens when YOU LIVE IN A OVERCROWDED CONGESTED SMALL CITY. Everyone and their grandmother is shopping now. Ever since COVID came this new weird era trend in the city is like food shopping is like going clubbing too city strangers now

This location has a great fresh selection of everything! If the lines start to get long, they'll actually open more registers. They also have a great wine and beer selection.

I loveeee this stop and shop. It is right down the street from my apartment. They always have fresh food and good buys. The staff are exceptional. Always so nice and friendly ☺ I always get a hello when I enter the store. They are the best. ♥
