My puppy did smell good but her nails were not trimmed. I asked for the hair to be cut around her face but it's was barely cut and I am not sure if they cut the hair on her paws because she was still sliding across the floor. I need to go to other groomer to get her hair cut correctly. Within 2 weeks of going to petco.Asked to tip before seeing the results.

Almost every time I’ve brought her in she’s come out looking so pretty! This time was no exception, they trimmed her to a perfect length and put little bows in her fur. So cute! The folks are so friendly and treat my best girl like she’s one of their own. Thank you so much for taking good care of Steffi. Oh, and she smells amazing.🤣

I feel nail trim is priced too high (&when you check out there always asking for a tip 🙄) especially every time iv come (with the exception of one time) my dogs nails are like they weren't done at all or some are missed.. when I get him home his nails are still tapping on the floor and uncomfortable for him .. just a waste of my time money and uncomfortable situation to put my poor dog thru

Always a great experience bringing my dogs to Petco. During COVID shutdown my dogs were a mess and Petco did an amazing job making them great and I know it was a lot of work because the resembled a matted ball of cotton!

Fantasia at Quincy's Petco is better than any other (boutique) groomer. And, even though my dog, Teddy, isn't thrilled with getting a shampoo he still likes seeing Fantasia.
