The product I was looking for was in stock so I purchased it, along with treats ~ which were on sale for my cats.I didn't purchase any fish because I had a lot of errands to run but I am Always Impressed with the cleanliness of the aquariums and the store.I've also been Very Impressed with the level of knowledge & care the Aquatics Dept Employees have & show.I was greeted & asked multiple times if I needed any assistance. Very Friendly Staff and the Cashier was an Absolute Sweetheart! Great Experience

I love this location for both of my dogs! I have a 2 year old lab/pit and a 5 month old puppy. My 5month old is in training with Lauren and our experience has been nothing short of amazing!!! He has learned SO much from her in the puppy course and we can’t wait to move on to the next level!! We love petco and we especially love Lauren!

It's normal petco but one thing was clear some of the workers were not helpful at all. When I was going to walk to the cashier he just walks away meet eye contact as he walks away. so I am waiting and another employee comes in to clock in and the first thing he says that he is not available yet and walks away. Like I understand that but atleast can you call out for someone. So I am still there waiting as he walks away but this one lady see me waiting and actually helps me I wish I could of gotten her name but she was the only helpful person there the other two guys just didn't care at all.

They never have the right size mice for reptiles. Waited 15 minutes+ in line to pay for a mouse that was too small but needed anyways. Only one person in front of me. No clue what’s going on here. Edit: I just left with no mouse. The girl at the register just couldn’t move the line

The store has a lot of parking on top of the location. Just passed the entrance there is a turn to the parking lot. There are stairs and an elevator to take one level down to the store. Much more reliable parking than a long the street.

I would put 0 if possible. They store is dirty and the employees are so rude. My daughter touched a dirty napkin that was on a shelf in the store when my husband asked to use the bathroom to wash her hands they gave him the run around then the manger got mad at him for getting upset about them telling him different things to use the bathroom and because my daughter has a disability and she was trying to put her hands in her mouth the manger then told my husband to shut up and threatened to clock out and smack him and then employees called the police and lied and said my husband was making threats to employees.

Parking is always scarce which is annoying, but they always have what I need when I go there. The staff seem to be friendly and pleasant everytime I'm there.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Offers all pet services but does not have a vetco at this location theyvdi groom here but not vetco. Every thing is easy to find and is a pet friendly store.

Nowhere on their google page or website says they don’t open until 12pm due to staffing issues. I see a cashier just standing inside at 10am at the registers. No curtesy to come out when she sees people waiting to let us know. Manager wont open until 12pm when she has a cashier. They put this sign up with the smallest font possible underneath their 10am open sign. This place has a bunch of signs up on every entrance so use bigger font or remove the unnecessary fliers. Six people were waiting at the door. Update your google hours at the bare minimum or pay your workers better.

I don't know what happen here ,that was my favorite one , now is dirty , animals in bad conditions ,dirty and smelly , on the shelf's boxes and boxes with dead crickets and other bugs , the whole store is a dirty mess I think this store should close it doors

The staff are typically great and the store is as well stocked as any other. The elevator is frequently out of service, however, making access difficult for partially ambulatory customers and, literally, impossible for the wheelchair-bound public. This is a shameful situation caused by callously uncaring ownership.

There's a wide selection of products to keep our fur kid healthy and happy. Even better, the folks that work there love animals, know the products, and have plenty of experience with their own pets to help you navigate what might be needed for a given situation.We have bought cat food, cat toys, cat grooming, etc items here. (We also bought a couple cat costumes...)

Had to go back three times to get a prescription for my dog which I still have not been able to receive the medication. I asked for a 12-month supply they agreed to it and yet I still only received a 6-month prescription. Vetco is very unorganized.. They made it very clear by their actions they did not care if my dog had to go without his heartworm medication after paying for the exam he needed in order to get it.
