I can’t express enough how amazing every single staff member was. We are new dog owners, and went in there completely lost to be honest. And I think it’s safe to say that every employee came up to give me different sets of advice all while cuddling our new puppy. This will be my pet store for the rest of my life.!! They had an enormous amount of discounted clothes and toys to choose from after spending tons of money on food. Most stores and employees point you to the most expensive items. All the employees went out of their way to help me get a deal and that was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember everybody’s name but it was yesterday Saturday a.m. shift!!!

Aptly named pet shop with a wide selection of food, leashes, beds, hygiene products, accessories and gadgets. There are certainly few items which you wouldn’t find, and the prices are fair.Staff is friendly, there is ample parking, and the location is convenient.Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with Pet Supplies Plus. I have been buying from them for very long time. My cats are very happy and they're delivery service is fantastic. Plus people in the store help you put big cat trees into your car! Great staff

Extremely bright and clean. Wide variety of products available. Regularly has items on sale and coupons for members. They even have a tech who trims nails. Many veterinary offices aren't trimming nails anymore without your pet having another type of appointment, like a wellness exam or procedure. I can shop for my dog, my bearded dragon and my red-eared slider under one roof. Prices are very fair, and as much as you will find some products there similar to those in Petco, you will find many that are not. They do a great job here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I personally don't always see this in the Quincy Petco. Spacious parking lot, convenient location. Make this your pet's favorite place to shop!

Love the employees!!! Our cat "Angel" knows the green bags are for her. This store always has everything we need to keep our Angel happy, healthy, and content. Update- still the best place around to shop for our "Angel" and now with the addition of Charmander my daughter's leopard gecko their knowledgeable staff comes to our rescue even more often!

I found a new store to shop for my pet. Pet Supplies Plus has a variety of products not available at some of your well-known pet stores. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus.

They’re always so friendly and knowledgeable! Benny, my picky corgi, has tried so many dog food brands. I finally found something that he likes and will eat thanks to the help of one of the workers! I also really like their selection of treats compared to Petco.

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. My 9 yr old dog loves taste of the wild high prairie bison blend. The last two times I have been in the stock has been low. Today there was none on the shelf. I asked an associate who said they most likely have in the back. There was no ability to look. So I left and ordered from Amazon. Very disappointed today.

The store is great and has everything I need. However the last few times I’ve came, there’s no one at the register or in the aisles to help. I’ve had to wait for employees to get off their phones and notice me or finish their conversations with each other to help me.Not a big deal because I usually come in for the same stuff every time but it is annoying when I actually do need help.

I have always had a good experience there. The employees are very helpful and they usually have what I need. I went there 2 weeks ago, looking for a specific brand and flavor of cat food. They had the brand, just not the flavor. I spoke to Jim and within a week, he had just what I wanted. Called to let me know that it was in, which was two days early. He runs a good store. My go to, for sure!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They ask every time if I need help taking my dog food out to my car. There is a coupon for $10 off any purchase of $60 or more on the back of your Stop and Shop receipt. The prices seem to be normal prices you would get at any store/amazon. I highly recommend checking this place out.
