Very kid friendly and especially dog and cat friendly. We watched two parents let their kids throw dog toys on the floor and continue to let them squeak every toy and did nothing to control their kids. We thought the the staff were excellent in handling the situation as the parents left with all the toys all over the floor. Shame on parents but the staff held the head high throughout the nonsense.

We’ve visited Paws & Whiskers a few times in recent years and have really enjoyed the selection of dog treats and goodies. Our dog also gives five stars 🐶

Our golden loves coming here. Staff is super friendly. They have the cutest toys and baked goods. Sure, it’s a little pricey but it’s a boutique. There’s something to be said for supporting your local businesses. You can’t always go by cheapest prices. It’s about the uniqueness, customer service and the experience. I’m sure we could order stuff on Amazon for our Golden but that wouldn’t be any fun for our fur baby. We can’t even walk by Paws & Whiskers without him telling us that we need to go inside.

We went into the store to look for socks and were surprised that Paws and Whiskers didn’t carry Sabyloo socks. We just love SabyLoo socks! Not only are the socks comfy and the dog illustrations are so cute but the owner of SabyLoo designs all the socks and products she sells! I guess I will need to take a trip to the Bryant Park Winter Village in nyc to get a few pair of doggie socks this season!

I popped in and was very excited about a doggy stroller. I asked for the price and I was told $89.99. She then said wait and looked at the stroller again and said yes it's $89.99 and I also have pink ones. I asked to see the pink ones. She said they weren't set up yet. I was getting ready to buy the stroller and I was informed that she made a mistake!!!! The stroller is $149.99. I walked out and calmed down and went back in to ask again why the price had changed. They were more interested in being right-in spite of being wrong-and she now had her other Eastern European friend to back her up. It is bad business and they should have figured out how to make a sale and keep a customer happy. Instead they decided to be "wrong while justifying being right or wrong?" Bad experience.!

I like stopping in but our dogs LOVE it. Bowls of water before you enter, tons of toys with every smell imaginable all at eye level. The staff is very friendly.

Not kid friendly. Visited today with my wife and three children, including a fun loving two year old. She was scolded for touching the shirts and yelled at when hiding behind the leashes. I got my little one out of there (in the store for less than 10 minutes) while my wife and the older two were checking out. After I'd left, and perhaps not realizing we were together, the cashier / proprietor snidely remarked "you're welcome for the free half hour of babysitting". Needless to say, and while this appears to be a fun shop full of great pet toys / treats, we won't be back. Skip this one if you’re traveling with the kids.

The concept is super cute and they have a great selection, but everything is super overpriced. I was dumbfounded that the leashes were 25 bucks or even a simple toy was 32 dollars. I don't consider myself super frugel especially when it comes to my baby but there are actually MA and PA stores that sell better stuff. Was kind of let down. If you have boocoos of money to spend I say go for it! Cute stuff

Great store I realized on some of the reviews people said they are not kid friendly not true at all. If people bring there kids in stores they need to watch them and remind them not to touch everything.

Fun pet store in the heart of Provincetown. I can never return from vacation empty handed - always have to bring my furbabies a treat or two. They also have cute things for pet parents as well. If you ever visit Provincetown and have a doggie or two or three...you must stop in for their sake :-)

Cute and boutiques... items don’t change very much. Once you’ve seen it, you’ve seen it. Fun a for a souvenir for someone traveling through but lacks the staples of a pet store.
