I have rated them 5 stars other years. I wasn't too pleased with the condescending attitude and lack of help yesterday. They are still my first choice in hardware stores, but as a regular customer i appreciate that they have always gone beyond my expectations. Perhaps it was just an "low moral" day. I have those also. I hope the Summer college guys come back.

Has a lot of tools and decent selection. Small mom and pop shop. Great flashlight andhand-knife selection. What I would like to see, is a fishing section somewhere in the store. Being so close to the beach and all.Over all - nice/clean & friendly shopping experience.

I couldn't say enough about Pocasset Hardware, local ownership, terrific inventory with that true old hardware store atmosphere stocking all those pieces you need to make a "repair or maintain" your Cape Cod home or cottage. Terrific, friendly, supportive staff and a "GREAT"place to do business with! "I don't know what we would do without them and their helpful experience here on Cape Cod!"

These people are really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love it here. To heck with the "no help, figure it out yourself" big box stores, like Home Depot. There is no difference in the prices of the things I bought here. They were the same as Home Depot. One item was actually cheaper HERE. Plus, the customer help is unparalleled. I will never go back to Home Depot for something that I can buy here. Just sayin'....

i love pocasset hardware .It's a family owned and operated store. The prices are the same or even cheaper than I find in the big stores like home depot and lowes. They treat customers like family. They go above and beyond with the service they provide. I highly recommend pocassett hardware

Love this place. Walk in. Tell them what you need and wslk out. Never a problem. Local place my grandfather always went too. The prices are the same or lower than driving 10 miles to HD or Lowes

Recently moved to Bourne and went to Pocassett Hardware today for the first time looking for paint. They could not have been more helpful. So nice to know we have such a great local hardware and paint store with such knowledgeable and helpful staff.
