We are so grateful -- as Floor Coverings International was immediately on the scene to do a full assessment and gave us excellent options to replace our flooded-out floor. I can't say enough about them. My consultant Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient with me with looking at all the floor samples. I picked a vinyl plank tile for our kitchen remodel. Bringing the samples right to your house, makes all the difference. Extremely disappointed in this experience. The first meeting and sale went smoothly with Matt. However the initial delivery was missing items. When we called we were told their delivery person insisted he dropped them off. They later found them in the warehouse. The company does not provide a matching filler or stain for face nailed areas. Custom stair treads we were told would be in in 4 weeks, it took 8.Laurie in the office was difficult and rude to deal with.Overall customer service was terrible.Small house; small order. Wasn’t worth their time..

I contacted Floor Coverings to rip out and replace a rug-covered room. I wanted it to match the existing wood floors throughout the house.I first spoke with Tim on the phone, and he was very cordial, patient and accommodating of my time. He came out to the house and assessed which hardwood flooring would match the rest of the house, and he was dead on. His communication after the visit was great, and I had a quote sent to me very quickly. After accepting the quote, he had the flooring delivered to my house within 24 hrs.Enter Marty, who delivered my floor at the exact time I was told to expect it. He was very nice, and hauled the hardwood into the house in no time. Didn’t want help, but I gave him a hand anyway.The hardwood was acclimated to the room over the weekend. The following Tuesday, Mark ( the installer) shows up on time. He was very nice and very efficient. He calmed the dogs as he walked in the door and quickly became their friend for the day. He came in, brought his tools up and got to work. 5 hours later, voila new floors. He cleaned up and replaced the baseboards.I am very happy with both the pricing and quality of this company. They will be my first call for any flooring projects going forward, and we are very happy with the experience throughout this project.

Excellent workmanship and service. Matt Beauregard managed the project (Floor/Stairway refinishing and Stairway runner/carpet) on time and on budget. The results were dramatic. Our 20+ year old pre-finished 3/4 maple planks were looking sad from weekly summer renters and winter water damage. After the windows were replaced it was time to do the floors. Instead of replacing good wood, we opted for refinishing. The crew cleanup pretty well, but Matt opted to hire a cleaning crew that left our home sparkling.As always with a project there are some small problems, and Matt resolved all of them. I’m a happy customer and won’t hesitate to work with Floor Coverings International again.

Both Matt and the installation team were a pleasure to work with. We updated our 70's bathroom blue tile flooring (as well as some other features) and couldn't be happier with the results. There was a plumbing issue that came up, and they had a plumber there within a day to rectify the situation so they could move forward. Overall we are very pleased with how the job turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring project to be done.

We started out working with Matt with thoughts of replacing some old carpets in two bedrooms with new ones. We really didn’t see any carpets we liked so Matt brought us sample’s of some hardwood flooring options. After several trips to our house, we really liked the white oak hardwood and decided to do the whole house. We also decided to change the bathroom floor to porcelain tile and we added new stairs and a new runner. Matt was very patient with us through this whole process and gave us the time we needed to make decisions!! There were a lot of moving pieces to get the job done right and Matt kept in touch with us through the entire project and even came to our house when we had questions and concerns!! Mike was our installer and we can’t say enough good things about him!!! He did an excellent job!! He showed up every day and payed attention to all the small details. We wanted a floating floor in our kitchen area and the carpet on our three season porch replaced. We decided to have Floor Coverings International Cape Cod (FCICC) do the job because their price was fair. We selected the vinyl title for the kitchen, but when it came time to do the job the tile wouldn’t be available until 2026, the only similar tiles on hand were glue down tiles. We thought we weren’t going to get our new kitchen floor until FCICC came up with a plan to install a thin sub floor and glue the thin tiles to it. This was great teamwork by the team of the salesperson (Ryan), his supervisor (Mat), and the great installer (John). The result is a beautiful new floating kitchen floor.Also, the replacement carpet in our porch looks great.We would highly recommend FCICC for floor work.Tony and Barbara Franceschelli

Matt was great to work with right form the start. He was very patient with us, he listened to what we were looking for, and did his best to accommodate our needs. We went back to him several times looking for more samples because we couldn't decide on the exact color and style. And each time he was gracious and gave us the time we needed to make a decision.
