The experience overall was great. The scheduling and payment process was quick and easy and I had to reschedule for one week earlier than the original date and it only took a 3 minute phone call without any issues. The guys who came out to set it up were on time and extremely nice! The inflatable was in good shape too, the kids LOVED it.The only thing I’d change is this: I rented an inflatable water slide and they didn’t have a water pump for it so it needs a garden hose from the house to run continuously. Therefore it just overflows into the yard as long as you’re using it (which was about 10 hours for us). Luckily I had a small water pump that recirculated the water from the pool at the bottom back to the top to minimize the flooding. I think they should have a small water pump included for this or list it as an “add” option. But I still have them 5 stars as it was a great experience anyway and I will definitely be calling them again next summer!

As always the guys setting up the moonwalk were helpful and professional. They put it right were we wanted it and were set up and out in no time flat! We didn’t even notice when they came back the next day to pack it up, we looked out and they had been there and gone already! I always come back to ABB!

I am such a procrastinator, but ABB was so flexible with my last minute plans - they were great to work with. All our party equipment was in great shape, reasonably priced and everyone on the staff pays close attention to detail. We changed our order quite a few times, and were so happy with the final result. The cotton candy machine was a hit with the kids (and later the adults)! We also ordered some basic party supplies like tables, table cloth, etc. Would 10/10 recommend - we are going to rent dunk tank for our next party!

It was a great experience which is why we have rented with you several times now and plan to again! From our phone call to book our rental, to your delivery crew, everyone is SO friendly and SO helpful. Each person we encountered were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The young lady on the phone who took our call made sure to answer all of our questions to help us pick the best piece of equipment for our needs and the guys who delivered, set it up and picked it up were AMAZING. They were meticulous with how they set it up, explaining everything to us and making sure it was clean, safely secured and ready for our use. We can't thank you enough for helping to make our "School's out/Father's Day" weekend celebration a success! We'll be calling again in a week or so for another waterslide. We had so much NEEDED fun with it after a long few months of quarantine. Thank you for the spectacular "rent one day, get the second day half price" deal that you are offering this summer as well. We appreciate it and definitely took advantage of it over this past super hot weekend and are looking to do it a few more times to add some fun to the rest of our summer vacation. Thank you again!

Everything was very easy from start to finish. Delivery was easy and the two gentlemen who set up the bounce house were very punctual and polite. They had it setup in no time. I have know the family for a long time, but have never used the company because of my children are grown. My granddaughter turned one and I jumped on the opportunity to get her a jumpy! Everyone I talked to were very professional and nice. The gentlemen that came to set it up and take it down were very polite and put the jumpy up so fast! The next day they came to take it down, they were so fast I didn't even know they came! The whole experience from the beginning to the end was excellent and I will definitely use them in the future and let my friends and family to use their company too!

Great service! I called ABB last minute for a bounce house rental last weekend and they were able to accommodate my request and worked quickly to get things taken care of! The staff who dropped off/picked up the house were pleasant and efficient. The house was clean and there were no issues. The kids bounced all day, and the next morning! If you are even slightly thinking about doing a rental bounce house/slide/combo....DO IT!From my very first call and chat with Pam to the super super knowledgeable, kind and very friendly people that delivered set up and then picked up our bounce house this was hands down such an awesome experience!I ordered one last minute for my toddler and his cousin, and they had an absolute blast.In addition, I felt that they really cared about the service they were providing. I had many questions regarding the rental and also about the current situation with Covid. They were so patient and explained everything to me. ABC Moonwalk Rentals was awesome!Called a week ahead of time and they had what I needed available. One call and my reservation was scheduled. I was emailed the paperwork, signed it sent back. Delivery and pickup seamless and in the time frame as promised and the bouncie house was CLEAN.We’ve rented a bounce house before and although there was no issue with the delivery or pickup the bounce house wasn’t very clean.I would recommend ABC Moonwalk Rentals and I will use them again.

I have been renting from ABB for years now and have never had a bad experience. Their prices are great and have barely changed over the years. The service is outstanding. For our recent block party, we rented the snowcone machine and it was a big hit. When I went to pick it up, I realized I needed to rent a backyard tent last minute as the one we own had missing pieces. The staff went above and beyond trying to assist us with renting a tent last minute. After I left, my husband said the one I rented would be too big for our yard, so I had to go back to the office and cancel the tent. Again the staff was amazing. It was no problem at all and they were very friendly. The customer service is top notch there. I’ve always enjoyed renting from this company, but after my most recent experience they have a lifelong customer who highly recommends them!! Keep up the great work!!
