Our precious tabby cat Loco lost his battle with a cardiac disease last night. This was our first visit to VUCC and we couldn’t have been in a better place to say goodbye to our little one. The staff quickly engaged, assessed the situation and provided us the advice, support and sympathy needed to make a hard decision to let our little guy slip away peacefully. We were blessed last night with a caring team and would strongly recommend Veterinary Urgent Care Center - Plymouth.

This place was absolutely amazing. My dog had eaten something and was vomiting blood. I was able to make an appointment very easily on the website for the same day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean. They talked me through every last detail including pricing before they did anything. It's also half the exam fee than the place up the street from me at the rotary. My dog absolutely loved them and they treated us both with respect and kindness. They even take care credit and will help you apply if you need to. Hands down I will choose this place every single time.

My vet was closed on a Saturday. My Gigi got an infection and was able to take her here. They were wonderful. She got her medicine and she’s on her way to recovery and feeling better . Great to know there’s is somewhere close when you have an emergency 💗

All the staff there are so kind and patient and understanding and full of empathy. Dr. Barrett took so much time with me to explain so many things and was available for questions throughout my whole stay there. Alexa, one of the techs, also spent a lot of time with me explaing things as well. Unfortunately, I had to euthanize my dog and it was an unforseen and very devastating experience for me. But they all made it a little less painful for me. My Tika was treated with the dignity, respect and kindness she deserved!

My puppy was attacked by a dog and had puncture wounds on his head, neck. He was taken in and checked right away, in spite of it being a busy Sunday afternoon. Staff was kind and professional. It was pricey but I expected that under the circumstances. Would recommend them and go back in an urgent situation.

Great Vetinarian care when an emergent issue arises. I am so glad that we have this invaluable option in Plymouth. The staff is awesome and very caring. I never hesitate to bring my pups there when an issue arises. Hopefully I don’t see them soon again 😂

On April 28, 1024 we had a very stressful afternoon Miss. Zoe was not feeling well. As a matter of fact she was vomiting and she had bloody BM. My vet doesn’t work on the weekends so my husband google the nearest 4 legged human clinic and he came across Veterinary Urgent Care in Plymouth. We drove to see them. As soon as we walked in with Miss. Zoe the staff was very attentive, and caring for our 4 legged human. We felt very comfortable and relieved on how considerate and kind they were. I recommend this place if you have a pet emergency.

I needed to get my dog up to date on her shots. Our vet told us the soonest appointment was over a month from now. I managed to get a same day appointment at Vet Urgent Care. The receptionist, assistant, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. We got seen in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

We were very worried about our precious Stella, when I called the receptionist was great! They knew she wasn’t feeling well and, the veterinarian came right out and assessed her, took great care and was very easy to talk to! They were all wonderful! I would definitely recommend taking your pets /family here!

We were super worried for our girl Bella! She’s had reoccurring ear infections through the years that we’ve treated. This time it got super bad with infections in both ears and a hematoma. We had noticed the hematoma and brought her in today. The vet was very quick to get her in swab her ear and get down to the issue and answer all out questions. Never mind the fact they talked finances and it didn’t absolutely break us.We walked away with Bella seeming much happier and ready to take her medications. Can’t say thank you enough for helping our girl.

Great experience today. Had to bring my puppy in. While we were there, there was a dog that was hit by a car and needed immediate attention. The team apologized, kept me informed and when it was time for us, full attention was given by the dr. Coming off a stressful situation she handled herself so well. I was able to schedule the appt on the website. Super easy.

I brought my cat Cleo here this past week with a few concerns. The staff at VUCC Plymouth is just wonderful. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and once I checked in I was immediately brought in to an exam room. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Cleo is already feeling much better! Will definitely recommend their services to any pet owner.

I took my 15 week old pup in for a possible UTI, the staff was friendly. The veterinarian and tech were professional and respectful of the pups age, to ensure she did not have a bad experience. It's nice to have a service like this available, i would definitely recommend this location.

I have brought 3 of my cats here. Unfortunately I had to bring the third this last week because of an emergency. Yes, they unblocked his urine but not before I made an $900 payment, or else they wouldn’t touch him as he was quite literally dying. Luckily I had a credit card with enough of a balance on me to make the down payment. 1 hour later they sent me out the door $1900 lighter and with a cat that has a catheter in, and told me that I need to bring Him to Weymouth for hospitalization. So I brought him there, they didn’t know I was coming at all even though they said they’d tell them. It’s been over a week and they haven’t gotten the labs over to vca, so I don’t know if my cat just had a uti or crystals.Unfortunately this isn’t my only experience here. About 2-3 years ago, I brought my cat in when I first got HIM. They said “congratulations it’s a girl!” And then 6 months later when I brought my 2 cats in for a physical, they told me I need to get at least one of them fixed so that we don’t have kittens and proceeded to give me a pamphlet for a program they work with. A few months go by, and my little girl seems like she has a uti, as she is having accidents, and very inflamed “down there.” So we bring them in to see why (with a premade, wellness appointment,) and are told that our cat is actually JUST A BOY! They charged us $350 for the visit- no meds or anything- just to tell me they had been wrong twice.I tried to avoid going here at all costs this past week, had they told me that they couldn’t fully help me, I.e they don’t hospitalize animals, I could’ve gone straight to VCA, saved about $1500 & had the results of my labs back maybe 2-4 days ago. This place is extremely overpriced and have no actual care and consideration for you or your pets, just for your wallets.Literally just go anywhere else, this place is not there to help anyone.

We came in with our 13 1/2 year-old dog who had a disabling event. Dr. Barrett was honest and compassionate about our situation. The entire team was caring and thoughtful, giving us everything we needed to make the best decision for our puppy while making him extremely comfortable. My VCA in Hanson also HIGHLY recommended this team to manage our urgent situation.

We had to do the worst thing a pet owner can do and help our senior cat cross the rainbow bridge. They helped us review all of our options and exhausted every possibility without draining out savings. Their compassion and understanding balanced perfectly with a clear and pragmatic way of thinking. Arrived as a walk in with a very uncomfortable pup. Entire Staff was extremely attentive, kind, and compassionate. The doctor was able to evaluate our pup within 1/2 hour and came up with a plan. She was genuinely concerned and even took the time to go over pricing to make sure everything was affordable. With the evaluation, bloodwork, and prescriptions the whole process took less than 2 hours but, with the quality of care, would have been well worth it with a much longer wait. The most telling part of the experience was how comfortable and calm our dog was in their care even though we were unable to accompany her into the exam room. That speaks volumes as she had never met anyone at the location prior. Cant recommend this vet enough. Will be using this location for any emergency vet services from now on!

We had to say goodbye to our cat this weekend and the doctor was so wonderful. She validated our feelings and made us feel like we were making the best decision for our pet. She said all of the right things and was kind and caring. We really felt like she helped ease our sadness slightly and that helped our girl pass on more peacefully. The doctor informed me of everything that was happening with my dog. She was injured at a kennel. Her toe nail had been completely ripped off down to the bone. The doctor did everything she could and then my dog was transferred to a veterinarian hospital for further care.

From the receptionist, vet tech to the Dr. everyone has been so amazing in not only the care for my baby but the care they give me.

I was able to get my bearded dragon in to be seen quickly. The care provider was knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. She answered all of my questions and didn't seem to be in a rush. It was a very reassuring visit overall, and I'm grateful for their help!

My pup broke his nail on Saturday and when I called my own vet, they could not even make an appointment for me closer than weeks out!!! As my dog was having difficulty walking ,went to the urgent care later in the afternoon, and they were phenomenal, kind pleasant, and took care of my doggie at a reasonable price- definitely recommend.

Very quick attention to my bleeding Frenchie’s paw. Provided her with the care and comfort needed in a compassionate and professional way. Wait time was acceptable and overall cost was quite fair for emergent care. Would go back there in a heartbeat and highly recommend. My pup is resting comfortably 🐾 Unfortunately we did have to make the decision to end Cookie’s suffering but, due to this facility’s care we had more quality time to spend with her. My experience with veterinarian urgent care was exceptional today. I got there and they took me right into a room with my dog Bella the vet technician came in and took vital signs and the veterinarian came in and took my Bella for bloodwork and prescribed antibiotics and anti-itch medicine and I think already she’s feeling a little bit better. Out of 10 stars I give it a 10 I would definitely be going back.

Very personable service was done for my fur baby Sophie. She was diagnosed with a severe ear infection affecting her motor skills. All people associated with this hospital were super compassionate and caring. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my other 2 cats here should the need arise. Top notch in my book!!!AAA+++++
