Super busy with people everywhere, self checkout is a nightmare basically all the Super markets are using less people and having the customers struggle with the dam self checkout that u have to literally watch wat ur puttin on the scale after scannin ur items cuz then if it's not scaled correctly they have to come ova n fix it like every 10 seconds and of course most of the time finding sum one to fix it for u is nowhere in sight for the most part so other people are piling up behind you cuz there's only a couple self checkouts n then ur tryin to be quick about so the next guy can do their thing , but then the scale of course screws up again. VERY STRESSFUL AND AGGRAVATINGRATING FOR THIS STOPPIE IS MOST DEF. RATED🌟✨3✨🌟

The wifi never works in the store. You can't do the digital coupons from in the store. They really don't plan for shoppers. Getting to the point of quitting them completely.

Good place for groceries. While it may have become a bit more expensive over the last few years they still stock a lot of the popular items you need.

Good prices , quick local spot to get in and out. If you go after 6 pm, only one register is open, and the meat is expensive. Other than that, it’s the best spot to grab your other stuff

Good selection but so much more expensive than a Market Basket. They were a more family friendly grocery store growing up for me. Now it seems they are trying to make extra money off hard working families. Until their prices come down, I would chose Market Basket 10 out of 10 times.And that creepy robot is that really necessary?

This is a nice store in a great location. On and off the highway easily. Typical setup with pharmacy and bank inside. What ever you can't get, it's probably available nearby. Liquor store. Staples. A bunch of other stuff.I was in on a Friday afternoon. (A peak time) the lines were manageable. There is also self checkout if you prefer that.Store was clean. Employees were helpful.

A large chain grocery store, with lots of options, from food, to sunscreen to a small organic selection.Their produce selection was good. I’m spoiled and am used to a higher standard with more local and organic choices.Their seafood selection was ok. With the location in Cape Cod, I would have thought they would have a better selection. Fresh was ok, lots of frozen items...This store does not have a liquor license. Not even beer or wine. This dropped a star for me. Not as convenient.

This has always been my go to store, but lately not happy. Since the town went all paper bags, they announced 4/30/23 they no longer give free bags when making a purchase. So I had to get the reusable bags and now they don't have enough help to bag the groceries. All with rising prices. Maybe time to check out Market Basket instead.

This 5star is for the deli team at this location!!!! Always awesome the younger gentleman with longer hair who wears a hat, gentleman that wears rubber boots with tattoos and the sweet girl that works there with the longer hair who knows my order!! They are always awesome and always working hard!!!! Thank you for being there!!!! The Boars Head ham n LoL cheese girl hahaha!!!

Not all Stop & Shop's are the same but the one in Plymouth Mass is not as good as others. When buying online for store pickup be aware that bananas are sold by the bunch whereas other stores are sold individually. The store doesn't have certain items like Asian black pepper crackers but has plain. Some stores have spicy Mexican plant based ground meat-like products but others do not.

Place has definitely gone downhill. Always out of stock. The place is a mess. Used to be my go to! Always knew where everything was. Not anymore. Always a let down the past couple years. I need to learn the map out of Market Basket apparently...and best times to go

Self-check is horrible to deal with. The register kept failing, so I needed help about 20 times or more. There were only 2 full check-out lines. Sometimes, there are displays in the aisles, making it hard to get through with other customers.

Charging 10 cents per brown paper bags that break so easily !!! This outrageous practice is a hint of how expensive they are compared with other grocery stores in the area. They do sell quality products, though.

Be very, very careful about ordering baby formula from S&S. We ordered some a few days ago and they accepted the order. It was supposed to be delivered today (Sunday) in the 9-11 window. My wife even received an email at 8:30am saying we were the next delivery. We were required to have someone home to accept the delivery also. we waited until after 12 noon and then called to see what happened. We were told that they were out of stock. What a joke by S&S. Terrible communication and coordination by this company. Funny how they accept orders most likely knowing that they will have no stock during the current situation. Leading people on about availability and then making them wait around for a delivery that will never happen. Disgraceful! Might be boycotting them in favor of local Market Basket and Shaws. Can't believe anyone these days, even when we are paying over the top prices for most everything

I was there today looking at the Sushi. I was looking at the different kinds available and The man at the Sushi case told me to hurry up I’m taking too long and to get out of the way, other people are there. I was standing to the the side and there was plenty of room for everyone. Embarrassed, I just grabbed the container I was looking at and it was not really what I wanted. I thought it was pretty rude to be rushed away in that manner. I didn’t realize I wasn’t allowed to compare products and that there was a time limit. I was probably there for a minute and a half. That’s a pretty rude way to treat a customer.

Had to drop an Instacart order that I had fully shopped because Stop and Shop doesn’t accept Apply Pay only for these types of orders. All other customers can use Apple Pay no problem. Major inconvenience.

This stop and shop is the dirtiest one I've ever been in and I've been in alot. From cape cod to boston and in between. The floors always look super dirty and it looks like they never wipe down the registers on self scan. I've been in some super clean stop and shops. I guess the employees don't care and are lazy and the managers don't make them do it.

Always clean. Always fresh produce. Great sales...especially in meat. I love that Citizens bank is located right inside. It would be great that the self checkout accommodated larger orders, if not add more cashiers please!

Had everything we needed for our stay in Plymouth, unfortunately a Nor'easter cut our trip short and had to evacuate. I still give this place 5 stars because they are friendly, had the food and wine we wanted and it was convenient. I truly hope they didn't have any damage to their store.

Got flowers from here, they were AMAZING!!! I couldn't have found a more beautiful flower bouquet from anywhere. I still can't believe what I got and I wouldn't believe this if it weren't me but it was only $38 with tax (and in a vase too)! The other flowers I found online were almost exactly the same and they were local as well but cost $125 and that was for the smaller size. The size I got would have been $189! Unbelievable! Thank you S&S.
