Courtney was just fantastic with my dog Bunker. He is 18 years old so he needs a calm and loving groomer. She is so good with him. I am so happy that I found her at Petco in Plymouth. She is so loving and caring of an older dog and did a beautiful job on his cut. Will be sure to book with her in the future.

Rachael is always super friendly and treats my dogs as if they were her own. She is very attentive and patient. My dogs always come back to me happy and smelling and looking great! I can not recommend Rachael enough! She is master of her craft!

I just rescued a dog and he is skittish. Needless to say, my daughter and I cannot clip his nails. The girls in Plymouth were great, they got his nails trimmed and gave him a warm bath to calm him. Outstanding

We recently adopted a corgi/border collie mix who is an absolute love. She's very attached to us and not a huge fan of having a bath. Taylor was so kind and loving with her, she immediately looked relaxed. When we picked her up she was beautiful!! So soft and perfectly trimmed. And she was so HAPPY! We already booked her next appointment!

Last time my two very small 16 yr old silky terriers we’re groomed at Petco - both had patches of deep gouges down to the skin & one of them was bleeding. The face on one of them had only half of her face groomed - it was awful!!!! I’ve had some very good groomers there, but they don’t stay very long. I understand they have trainees & everyone has to learn but when they traumatized my babies & cause them to bleed, no way will I be going back there.

My dog, Ada isnt comfortable with anyone else doing her nails. The staff in the grooming dept assure you they will take very good care of your dog, and I know for a fact that this is true. I will never stop taking her there to have her nails done, or anything else I need. They are very kind, and respectful, and treat my baby very, very well.

Tiffany, the groomer that groomed my dog is wonderful!! I've been going to her for a few years and she is just wonderful with my dog. He's a Samoyed, and requires lots of brushing. Tiffany enjoys Simba, no matter how much time he requires. She is an asset to your company!

Tiffany goes above and beyond for my dog Bradley. He absolutely loves her. She makes him feel so comfortable and she is very professional. Even with the new standards because of the pandemic Tiffany made sure everyone was safe and abided by the rules.

I have gone to different Petco stores for my dog's grooming and have had a wonderful experience, but the people there were just so personable and welcoming. Grooming service was incredible-my Berner looks like a show dog now! Rachel is so talented to clean up his mess of hair. The staff is also super friendly and offered all kinds of free advice. They won us over!

Jen is always patient with Darcy even though the dog barks at her! She has managed to get her trust and she always comes out looking and smelling great! My dog is a Bichon/Papillon mix who HATES getting her nails cut and yet she is not stressed when I pick her up.
