We love this location! Special thank you to Kate, who was beyond helpful and able to answer all of my questions and find the perfect toy for my Bulldog that was at the Vet connected to the store. Bruno even got to meet her on the way out! It was a great experience. We will be back for sure !

Shea groomed my dawg loved it great trim on nails the feet werent wet nice blow dry thank yooh! my dog struggles with arthritis Sheat still got that dog done amazing awesome thank you 🙏🏼 AWESOME 👍🏻 barks a lot at times

They're nice. I was having problems at another place getting my dog groomed because they kept losing groomers I don't think they were treating them right there however at Petco I haven't had any problems getting my doggy a grooming appointment and I really appreciate that. I show up every third Sunday and it's the same people working. So that means that's reading their help right which is a good thing.

I wish I knew her name but I so appreciate the girl who checked me out. She took the time to let me know what I had un-used rewards and even got me a coupon. I felt like this was above and beyond service. And she was so nice.

I have been coming here over a year, no issues treated me well and I always tipped no matter how big or small the job was. First and foremost my appointment was canceled due to the groomer calling out. I have 2 dogs and asked if they could just assist me with the dog more in need because they were both scheduled for that day. I was told no because they couldn’t fit a dog his size in their agenda which I was confused about because he was already fit into the agenda but Moving forward they rescheduled my appointment I come in (may I add I have a new born I have to carry along with me) she gives a feel around and says she cannot assist me because the clippers he needs they don’t have and that I need to go to a vet and have him medically shaved. I then called the vet the following week vetco that they share a space with and they were so confused because they said the groomers have those type of clippers and that they would have to give me a call back which I still haven’t received. I called the next location near my home ( Pembroke) they were happy to take me and also told me as long as I didn’t mind starting new I should be able to be assisted. With all that being daid I have a golden doodle almost 2 and does normal puppy activity doesn’t bite maybe a lil hyper and happy but they have never complained about him and each appointment he has gotten better so I am very hurt and upset by the way we were treated and hope they make some changes.

The young lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The vet tech was informative and also helpful. Vet Dr. A was amazing she was also informative and caring explaining everything and answering any questions! She is a true gem!!! Thank you for your help with Bella!!!

Went to Petco in Plymouth, MA and the store was dark ! So dark that I had to check the time to see if I was early upon opening ! Nope ! The store opened 2 hours ago ! What's goin on ? Barely any associates , products were limited , and over priced ! Nobody asked me if I needed any help with anything which I did but again associates were scarce ! I checked out quickly in this dim atmosphere!

I brought my dog Otis to Vetco because he had hurt his rear legs. All of the staff were exceptional. They were gentle with him and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing and how to handle him. He's part of the family and I don't want just anyone taking care of him. I definitely recommend coming here.

A brand new, clean, accessible, systematic alternative to your old school, stinky, loud, neighborhood veterinarian office. The veterinary receptionist, staff, and doctors were outstanding, accommodating and knowledgeable. To be able to book an appointment within a few hours, not a few days, months or years is invaluable. Our dogs APPROVE!

After spending $100 at your plymouth location today. I had to ask the rude cashier for a bag. He told me it would cost me .10 You should tell your cashier to wash the filthy mask he was wearing. Disgusting!!!

Brought my Pomsky to grooming at petco she had a bath and a blowout because she has a lot of fur and when I got my baby back 3 hours later she looked thinner and so clean cuz her fur is thick. staff was AMAZING I will say wont be going anywhere else my pup was so happy super clean smelled amazing still 1 week later. Only the best for our family.

The petco in plymouth is tryed to sell dead things. All the Dubai roaches, flies, crickets, and meal worms were DEAD. When I told the person who worked there, she didn't seem to care too much. All she said was she would let the floor team know!! Something needs to be done about that store. If the bugs we dead, I can only imagine how they treat their other live pets!!

Cashier never mentioned that bags cost 10 cents. Not a big deal, but I had already paid when he informed me. When I said he should have told me before I paid, he just said there's a sign and pointed to the tiny sign that was all curled up attached to the card reader....

I brought my 6month old French Bulldog to the Vetco clinic for a microchip and to be "fixed". When I say the level of care was above and beyond, I really mean it. The vet was so nice, informative, and she made it clear she cares about my puppy, so much that I assure you once the surgery was done, I know for a fact during recovery either she was with him or someone else was the entire time, as my concern was him never being alone. If she had to walk away for any reason, then another one sat with him. (I'm not kidding, they really did make him comfortable the entire time). I got all the information beforehand on what to expect, and after care instructions were very thorough. She made it clear that if she had concerns (Frenchie life problems) she was determined to assure he would be safe and addressed each concern with how she would move about dealing with it. It helped keep me relaxed with expectations, and it just seem like she sincerely cared. She treated him like a child, like she would want us to treat her child, like family, not just a pet. I got everything I needed to take him home that same day, never had to make a stop for his medications or aftercare- all provided. I felt safe, confident, and cared for. I even got a call the next day we went home to check in on the pup, she was available anytime, I even had her cell if I needed her on a day she wasn't at the clinic! I felt my puppy was in the best hands from the first minute we arrived for the pre operation visit, to the surgery day, through it, and after. I am so glad I made the choice of going to Plymouth, Ma Vetco. Above and beyond care! I 10/10 recommend for any and all care! We've been coming for his puppy shots since day 1, but this surgery too made everything so smooth and easy!

Went there due to our dog running out of her prescription diet dog food before her next delivery. When we went to purchase it we went to show them a copy of our prescription and they denied us do to it not being from the vet there. We explained to them that we were put of food and have a prescription from our vet. The employee on was very rude and said that well we may have previously overridden it but can't. Again we explained that she had no food and she continued to be rude. Will never go back.

Pricey. Brought my 6 month old German Shepard in to buy some chew toys. The cashier felt the need to tell us that her one floppy ear was not standard for a Shepards...yeah no kidding, but failed to tell us that one of the bone chew toys we bought was not edible. She ate half fast, and a visit to the vet for safety made our already expensive visit much more. It was written on package you just needed a magnifying glass to read it. We take our German Shepard's to obedience training. But not at petco. You can't have 8 dogs in a class and expect actual training. One on one is what works. It costs more but you get what you pay for. Ex-military versus a petco employee that may train, then run cash register. They have a lot of product just over priced. 2 stars because of large inventory...

I'm very happy and so isn't my buddy Dr.Caso thank you so much your the best I called and Dr caso called me back to discuss issues with my dog my former vet has never called me back (over a month) I was able to get an appointment the next day and my dog is on his way to feeling better this is my new go to vet tks everyone at Plymouth Petco vet services very kind staff and Dr.Caso I can't thank you enough for being there for me and my fur baby 10 stars for you thank you 🌟

Living in Plymouth I’ve gone to every pet store here and found I Love this one the best. They have a great selection of puppy treats clothes and toys.Only complaint would be was the young lady at the register today that clearly didn’t want to be there. No greeting, awkwardly put my # in for rewards then she rudely just stood there after she rang in my items and stared at me. I had to ask for a bag then she just placed it on the counter and stared at me. I bagged my stuff and went on my merry way.I understand it was a nice day out and I’m sure she wanted to be enjoying the day with friends but it was bad customer service.I was approached by other team members and they were great

I bought a pet carrier ($80.00 one) a couple weeks prior to getting our puppy- ended up not using it. We had to travel to get him and then my whole family got Covid - so we have been battling that the last couple of weeks.I brought it back to the store “5 days” after there 30 day policy and they would not accept it back. I understand a 30 day policy however not even offering a store credit or no help whatsoever is poor customer service.Now knowing this, I will no longer shop here.

We've been shopping here for years and have always had a good experience. Today I bought a second "Breeze" litter system starter kit that was marked down because it was returned and was the only one left I'm the store. After opening before I left the parking lot, I discovered that the first purchaser had removed the 4 pack of disposable pads and then returned it (Crumbum!)The manager on duty was very nice and helpful, and she gave me a replacement pack of pads that was bigger!Great staff and good litter system (so far).
