A young man that worked there asked if I needed help as I was browsing the dog food aisles. I explained that I was discouraged with the state of dry dog food and confused about finding a more healthy brand. He was super helpful - explained the pros and cons of quite a few of them and comparing ingredients for me. This helped me to choose the Pet Supplies brand, which I am so happy with. I was impressed with how nice and helpful he was and will definitely stick with that store! Unfortunately I did not get his name as I would like to have him recognized. I was at the Plymouth store Tuesday, 2/29, around 10 A.M. if that helps.

Hannah, the new groomer was great! Very professional and I liked the way she cut both of my dogs. One tends to bite but she assured me she would do what she could and managed to trim nails too. Will be going back

Friendly employees, well stocked shelves...no complaints about that. However, the conure they have in store is extremely stressed out. When I stopped to see him he was in the middle of pulling out his feathers (I saw him pulling them out and chewing on them with my own eyes) and was desperate for attention. Birds cannot be left without mental and physical stimulation or they become anxious, depressed, and they self harm.They NEED human interaction.Management please do better, these are innocent lives.

I went to PSP to prepare for our new puppy that is coming home next week and had the absolute best experience! I was greeted right away joyfully by team members upon my arrival and quickly caught the attention of the owner. I told him I was getting my first puppy and he took the time to walk me through everything I needed and why and also had a ton of information of the best food brands and training treats to get off to the best start. He was also very willing to tell me of things that we may not necessarily need, and things that can wait until our puppy gets a little bit older. After I checked out he made sure to help me get all of my new puppy supplies to my car. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to check out this PSP for any and all of your pet supply questions and needs and will be definitely going in often to shop for our newest addition!

Korryn does an excellent grooming my two golden retrievers. She is consistently thorough with her grooming and goes the extra mile when caring for my dogs. The store itself is also great it is very clean and well organized. They have great prices as well!

I love this store. I initially only gave four stars (corrected) because they didn't have my dogs food for his age. The friendliness of the staff and the services offered more than made up for that. I use the self serve dog wash stations for my 75 pound pup and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent experience. Had my pupper groomed here. His coat was very overgrown and the grooming ended up taking 3 hours. Sarah was professional, pleasant and patient the entire time. Gave my dog a great cut. Very happy customer here. Highly recommend the groomers here.

This place is great. Always clean, attentive and I really appreciate the younger girl at front with long darker hair who took the time to have some fish plants ordered for me…I was blown away when I popped in randomly shortly after seeing her and the tank was full!!!! Thank you so much!!! This type of service is a rarity so I appreciate it !!!!!! Thanks for being there!!! Fish tanks are always clean too I love that!!!!

Can't keep groomers. Heavy turnover. No call back for appointments. Owner could care less. Front end people nice but if the appointment software doesn't work no one will call you if you leave,a message. Had to find my pup another groomer.

I went to back of store for a wonderful self serve dog wash. All supplies provided even towels. Friendly, very helpful staff. Priced very reasonably and you can save even more by purchasing a card for 5 washes; keep the card and no expiration date. 3 washing stations, I used the middle one, higher for small dogs, didn't have to bend over. Myself and my Corgi were alone and could take as long as we wished. It was clean and they told me leave everything, we will clean up. Perfectly wonderful experience!!

They have every thing you'd need for most pets, normal or exotic. The staff here are all great, and clearly love animals, it's an animal friendly store as well so you'll constantly see all breeds of happy dogs in and out. Prices are moderate, not cheap, not expensive.

I love that they put Almond Leaves in the Betta cups!! They definitely need to stop advertising the small “tanks”. But this is a huge step in the right direction! Hoping other pet stores follow behind. The grooming people are also super nice. As well as the cashiers. I really like this one. Great job!

My dog Nina had a bad experience at Petco grooming. She was afraid to get groomed, but I took her to Pet Supplies Plus today and Korryn the groomer is terrific. My dog looks great and she doesn't have to be afraid to get groomed again! Thanks, Korryn.

I've been exclusively using Pet Supply Plus for my dog's food since they opened in Plymouth and have always had the best experience! I normally get delivery for my dog food, which is typically same day, free and comes with a hand written thank you!! But when I do go into the store, I'm always greeted by friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the products they have. At one point my dog's food was recalled, which I wasn't aware of, and the Associate I spoke with knew all about it, the impacted products and explained several other brands that may fit my dog's needs and be safer for him. I was so impressed with the information he had for me and effort he put into making sure I felt comfortable with a new brand of food. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend and definitely sign up for the rewards program for great coupons sent to you regularly. Their wash station is also great and makes washing your dog so much easier and cleaner. A+

Pet Supplies Plus has always been my go to store for my pets. When my dog was a puppy, PSP offered puppy training classes. For my older dog, I can groom him myself in the self-serve area. PSP has a great selection of harnesses and leashes. The staff is always ultra friendly and helpful. Not only that, they care about the community. Last year they sold pies to raise money for the local shelters. This year they are taking donations at the register for the 3 local shelters. I love shopping here, knowing they care about more than just profits.

Awesome pet supplies plus. We live about an hour away so this isn't our regular store, but we stopped by to grab some cat treats our home store is out of. We've been considering getting a snake in the future, and the blondish woman that the kids flagged down was incredibly helpful. We do a lot of our own research on animals we consider buying because sometimes pet store recommend improper care/setups. Everything she said confirmed what I'd already read about ball python maximum size, diet,, and the enclosure needed when they reach adulthood, and she was great with the kids and very friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job. Our local pet supplies is also great, but none of the staff are super knowledgeable about reptiles, and we were very impressed with this location. Will definitely be back when we're in the area

Every week I come in to get crickets for my juvenile bearded dragon. The staff always are so welcoming from the moment I arrive and ask at the register what I’m coming in for to the moment I leave.
