Amazing service level. From out of area and ran out of food for our golden retriever. Wanted to stick with same brand. Driving all over southeastern MA to find retailer - these guys had it in stock! Called them to confirm and cashier “Hailey” was amazing - she put me briefly on hold and confirmed she had what I needed in inventory. Such a contrast to the other big box stores I tried earlier. She remembered my name when I arrived and even new about the protein levels in the food I needed. So nice to deal with people who know their stuff, seem to enjoy what they’re doing and treat customers like family. Refreshing!

Im not sure I could write a review worthy enough of the quality customer service provided by Morrison's. When I was tasked with purchasing a specific plant from out-of-state for a death in the family, the staff at Morrison's spent time with me over the phone finding the right plant, navigating a time zone difference, sending pictures via email, and personally potting and hand-delivering my purchase. They run an incredible business with high quality product and knowledgable, kind staff.

If you need it, they can get it. I will forever point people to this store. The plants are fantastic, but I don't buy those as I grow most of my own...BUT if you need seeds, hardware for your garden / livestock build projects and the tools to keep that stuff going...Morrison's is fantastic. They have awesome customer service, and can get you anything that you need, and pretty quickly too.My current project is building a fence around a 10 acre farm. After dealing with a big-box store, and even direct from a manufacturer; the frustration with pricing and timeliness was incredible.Morrison's was my last - ditch effort on the suggestion of a fellow farmer. They made everything absolutely seamless. They are supplying my entire project because they have great materials, good pricing, and they have a pretty decent turn-around. I'm in the process of getting nearly 2 miles of fencing, posts, gates and the related hardware, and Morrison's is running the ordering and supply process like a champ.Go there. You'll not regret the visit at all.

I love this place. I bring my well-behaved pup with me and he is a celebrity! Got some adorable planters and beautiful pathos, I've been going here for years and it's honestly my favorite home and garden store. The staff is super friendly and helpful, everyone is always willing to give advice on gardening also which is a huge bonus. 😀 never change Morrisons!!

I bought 8 endless summer hydrangeas last spring and 4 out of the 8 are dead within the year. I did everything right for planting and fertilizing and have a watering system set up. I even have others not from Morrison’s in the same spot thriving! I have heard from friends with the exact same issue where their 1 plant bought from Morrison’s died and others are thriving. I did call Morrison’s because I spent a lot on them and I went to the nursery to have a better quality plant. They didn’t care obviously but I did expect for them to be a bit more generous since I spent so much. To be honest I wouldn’t go back, I rather just go to Home Depot, spend less money and if the same thing happened Home Depot would reimburse a portion. It was 50/50 with Morrison’s plants which is not great concidering how much more money they are.

Sometimes when I am bored and don't want to go home right after work, I go to Morrison's to walk around and learn something new from the workers. The staff is very knowledgable and helped me have a successful first garden. I don't know who's happier, the people working there or the plants who receive all the love and care they could ever want.

I always receive excellent customer service from staff. They go above and beyond to help out their customers. Twice they bagged nesting box material for me. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The prices are great!

Really great nursery with a very large and varied selection. We were able to buy some azaleas, lilies, ferns, and more, and everything was very easy to find. The staff is very helpfu (which made things even easier to find )l, and the prices are very reasonable.

I frequently shop at Morrison’s for garden supplies bird food and dog food. Their plants are always fresh clean and healthy with a great variety. They carry plenty of bagged excellent quality soils and a large variety of mulch. They carry better than average pet foods like Stella & Chewies and Blue Buffalo. I can’t speak highly enough of their staff. First of all they are very well staffed with extremely knowledgeable people. I’ve never had to wait as long as 5 minutes for help or for someone to carry heavy plants, soil or anything to my car. I’ve also had plants delivered. When I’ve had to return something I’ve never had any problem. Overall I give them 5+ stars

The workers here are so awesome! I have tons of questions this past year about gardening and chickens. They have been right every time. Plus, their prices are hard to beat on shavings feed etc. Plant quality is excellent. And friendliness is getting harder to find at feed stores so happy here.

Staff is very polite and helpful. In light of the Covid_19 pandemic, I really appreciated the way they set up the outside area for social distancing and safety precautions. I feel very comfortable visiting their nursery. Great selection of seeds I was able to get in bulk.

Staff was helpful and the store had lots of plants and birdhouses, etc. It would be helpful to have carts in the store. It has an awkward checkout system. At times you have to bring items into the store when you have items from outside AND inside it is difficult to carry everything.

Morrison's needs no explanation for the local people. But for those of you not so close it's well worth the extra miles to visit. Great selection great people always helpful and don't forget to go 2 doors down and check out all the cool equipment they have everything from chainsaws to box scrapers and all the parts for them...

Good place for general common shrubs. I feel they have succumb to the masses and had to change strategies due to Home Depot and Lowes. Not as much plant selection and varieties that they had in the past. Still good place for flowers and common shrubs and garden supplies. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and goes out of there way to be helpful

Lost power, my generator would not start, I contacted them, they are a Subaru certified shop, and even though they were busy, because I was without power, they fit me in, I drove in from Providence, and in less than an hour they had it up and running. If I lived closer, I would bring all my equipment in to them. They are reasonable, knowledgeable and friendly, even giving me pointers how to avoid future issues.

Great people. Incredible variety of plants, mulch, and gardening/landscaping related items. In particular they often have a great selection of young Japanese Maples and an excellent selection of small conifers/evergreen shrubs.

Went in to pick up some gardening supplies, staff was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. Prices were much cheaper than amazon as well. Overall experience was helpful and pleasant.

They have what you need from shrubs, flowers and more. Not a discount store, so exspect to pay more than big box stores, but worth the price.

I live in central Connecticut but visit Plymouth occasionally. When I do I always visit Morrisons Agway looking for new plants (I have 150-200 trees conifers and perennials). I always find something special there. Great place.
