The employees are very friendly however the store is a complete mess. They have only the bare essentials and most of the aisles have everything thrown in the floor. They definitely need to get some more staff to stock the shelf’s.

I’ve gone in for several years and it’s always got exactly what we’re looking for as well that perfect “extra” thing that you weren’t looking for, but is fun to have. However, today I just had the best customer experience getting a bouquet of balloons. Employees Anne and Paula helped my wife and I put together the perfect massive conglomeration of colored and holiday balloons since my extended family is celebrating all of the special occasions we’ve missed over the last 18 months with pandemic. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Walk in around 9 am 12-26-20 warm and friendly staff and even a thank you and a have a great day and a smile better then most of dollar tree stores Pembroke has a bunch of nasty and rude staff that lie to and ask for help some say to busy to help hanover and rock land are the same way I will return and will recommend this location

This place is always clean and fully stocked with kinds of unexpected goodies. The manager Paula is amazing and bends over backwards to keep her customers happy!!! She's amazing!!!

Just like any other dollar store it's a dollar store, nothing great but prices are good however most products, for lack of a better word suck, break easily and quickly, household cleaning items do not work well at all and you must use more than you would if you had spent a little more money. But for those of us struggling this may be the place to go.

Deavan was extremely helpful and almost singlehandedly saved our entire weekend party plans. She was able to put together a dozen balloons plus the table settings, flowers and ceiling decorations for less than $50. Over 100 people were on hand for the party and they marveled at how wonderfully put together everything was. Thank you Deavan.... Losing Deavan was at least a 2 star reduction. From a 5 star experience to a 3.

Ok location. A bit larger than some of the other ones, but the store was a bit on the filthier side and was not as well-stocked. The staff were helpful though.
