Do not waste your time calling the pharmacy, they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. You will go through the automated system only to sit on hold forever listening to music. I am pretty sure they just ignore the phone entirely. I called spent 6 minutes on hold, then hung up tried again and selected different options from the menu and spend another 6 minutes listening to music before hanging up. This CVS is fine if you physicallygo there but not ever answeringthe phone is poor service.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I was expressing my feelings due to how I was treated by the staff, while doing so I noticed a female costumer beside me recording me! I made her delete the video. Recording people without consent to do so in MA is permitted! Once I witness this, I told this woman to delete the video, and the woman stated she was just going to send it her friend because her friend has the same issues that I was expressing to the pharmacy. Doesn’t matter WHY I was being recorded. It’s not right and not only did I witness this some pharmacy staff did as well. One of the staff members said she was trying to “help” me so recording me is helping me? Not only is this pharmacy unprofessional but they justify things that are permitted and have no CARE for their costumers. I will be taking this matter to corprate!

Do NOT use this pharmacy! If I could put 0 stars I would! They will mess up your prescriptions, their bots don’t work and send out prescription ready texts when their not ready, i’ve asked a million times for my auto refill to be off and it’s always on until I got pissed one day and called. THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR MEDICATIONS AND SOMETIMES SEND YOU TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AFTER THE APP SAID 8 PILGRIM HILL ROAD WAS IN STOCK!!!Karen is exceptionally awful at her job and at customer service. I’ve doubt with her quite a few times. But my last visit was the last straw. Telling me to wait a minute while she showed her coworker something on her phone and greeting me at the window with an attitude after I pressed the Drive through button for the second time as she continued to blab on like i was inconveniencing her by interrupting her chit chat. I waited 10 mins just to deal with her AGAIN. The person in front of me got so mad they took off.Honestly over incompetence and inconsiderate employees is why I will never go back here. Plus everything is so expensive there! Literally a $5 difference in Q Tips copared to walmart and Stop and Shop!If you guys want someone to blame for your lack of customers and good reviews blame your selfs and bad employees. Karen needs to spoken to about her lack of customer service! And maybe learn how to shut up!

Horrible experiences almost every time I have to go here. The pharmacy staff is never paying attention, they ask for things and when you respond with a question they get visibly upset and annoyed maybe do not work in a pharmacy. Swearing and other things at the work place while customers are waiting, ignorantly explaining things as if people are dumb and are unable to comprehend what is being said. I’m educated and willing to learn but when it’s an emergency and things are needed make it work and another question if you require an id all the damn time why is it not kept on file and matched to the person picking up the scripts (law right) but I’ve watched the people that work here walk in ask for the same meds and walk out no ID scans nothing, something doesn’t seem right to me!

Drive thru is never open due to lack of assistance- even at 1am when the entire store is empty, the drive thru is closed. There is no reason why someone should have to walk into a cvs at 1am for a prescription. It’s all and any random hours throughout the day, no drive thru. Whether there’s a line inside or out, you’re waiting 30 min. Except for tonight, at 1am, when there was no line inside- yet the drive thru is still closed.

Charged me for the rounded up “executive philanthropy” scam (that CVS is being sued over and) after I declined it. I later had to return an item. Now I have to watch my bank account to see if the red-haired cashier with a narcissistic smile reversed the return. Not surprised to see this place has 2.5 stars.

Worst managed store I've ever seen.They never answer phone or fill your prescriptions in a timely manner.I would go to any other pharmacy except they are only one open 24 hours.They obviously don't care as all the reviews are bad.Have some pride in your company and fix this broken store.1/27 another fun Saturday night at cvs,drive thru closed to lack of help and giant line inside.Glad they read these reviews and improve their service.

HORRIBLE DRUGSTORE....they've alread undergone an investigation due to narcotics disappearing. They've MESSED Up my prescriptions NUMEROUS times. Today I've been on hold so far for almost 2 HOURS now. Last time it was 2.5 hours i was on HOLD. They have also given me the mediations belonging to someone else. I've also been shorted on the number of my pills SEVERAL TIMES. It's time to go to Walgreens or somewhere else

If you’re looking for unprofessional staff- for example the pharmacist Carol… continue to use this place. I’ve watched her repeatedly disrespect customers and staff. They need to do something about her and her behavior. I’m shocked she has a job at this place.

This location is the absolute worst.My Dr. sent in a prescription for an antibiotic at 11am and when I went to pick it up at 10pm that night, it still wasn't ready. Honestly how can it not be ready 11 hours later? It's absurd! Also, any time I've tried calling, i'm on hold forever, if they even pick up the phone. Also, they treat poeple with no respect. They get annoyed with you for asking simple questions and act like we are making them go out of their way and inconveniencing them when you need something done asap.

I purchased multiple canvas photos for a gift at this cvs today. I came back with 2 of the canvas photos because the corners were deformed. The shift supervisor Alex that was working was AMAZING! He was so nice and fixed my photos on the spot. He had a lot of patience! He deserves a raise!

Waited on hold for 50 minutes no answer. So I decided to just go there and get it filled. I was told it would not be ready for at least 2 hours. I was the only person in the store at the time. Also made me feel like me filling my prescription was a big inconvenience for them I will never go back

After calling cvs to check to see if a prescription was ready and put on hold for over 40 minutes is very upsetting to say the least. I am sure customers don't have to wait in line at the counter that's long... I have been in customer service and NEVER treated my customers in this manner. May have to change pharmacies.

Showed up at the drive through at 8:35, told they would be right with me over the com. 9 pm after ringing the bell and having the charming red head woman roll her eyes at me and huff at me did I get service, no prescriptions filled. Why stay that long you ask? At this point I was invested and was pretty angry especially because the clerk saw me and continued doing trash and whatever else she could do except answer a window. So did the manager changing out the register. I finally lost it when I asked how much for the prescription they didn’t fill (insurance blah blah blah but it was needed) and the attitude continued. Lady you need a new job. This isn’t the first time I’ve been on the receiving end of your misery and I’m a pretty happy go lucky and patient person. Tonight was over the top.

Called in a prescription at 11, was given attitude on the phone over it. I was also told It would be ready in 2 hours. So 3 hours later I head over (wanted to make sure I gave them enough time) I was told in the drive through that they were still working on it so he asked me to come inside. Half an hour later, inside walking around hearing the pharmacy phone going off and off and off. At the point of tearing my hair out I ask again and was told again it wasn't ready. My medication is a liquid they pour and measure from one bottle to another. I'm not sure what takes so long for that but when I came in there was no line and now there I'd a line 7 people long, still without my prescription filled. This is beyond ridiculous. Nothing looks like it is being done and to wait this long is crazy. What is the point in calling it in and being td a time if it means nothing?

My husband booked two vaccines online through CVS’s website for this location. We show up and the woman in the pharmacy instantly insists “We don’t have you in our system.” He showed her his confirmation email and continues “Yeah we don’t have you here. We don’t even have those vaccines. Go to the MinuteClinic.” Well…the MinuteClinic didn’t have him either, nor did they have the vaccines. He was told to sign up for a MinuteClinic appointment on a touch-screen for tomorrow. It didn’t even let him select which vaccines! He selected “Vaccine (Not Covid)” and that was it. No idea if they’ll have it or not, but we’re not hopeful.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this minute clinic. I am extremely sick. Have been for two weeks. Got diagnosed with the flu and never got better. This would be my second visit to a clinic in two weeks. On line it says the clinic is open until 7. When I called the automated line it also said walk ins are taken up until 7. I got there at 6:30 and waited bc I was unable to sign in. There was someone else waiting as well. The women at the clinic refused to see me. She said her last patient was at 6:40 and she would not see me even though I had been waiting since 6:30. I don’t understand how you can turn away a sick patient when the hours clearly state walk ins excepted until 7. The worst customer service ever. Apparently she doesn’t want to help sick people. I was so upset and angry. That woman should be fired and not allowed to give medical care.

I want to take this opportunity to compliment Iris who is a Pharmacist at this location. I was having a difficult time getting one of my PX correct. My doctor's office had called in an incorrect PX for lancets. I had picked up the PX and opened the box before I realized they were not the right ones. When I called back the Pharmacy and explained what happened, I was told that I could not return them since I opened them. Needless to say, I was upset; so they put me on with the Pharmacist who was on duty that night. He repeated to me that it was their policy and there was nothing he could do for me; but if I wanted to call the Pharmacy manager (Christine) she would be in the next day and she would be the only one that could possible help me. Again he repeated that he didn't think she would take them back either because that was their policy and that I should probably just throw them out!!! I am a manager for a very large retailer and we have a motto of " JUST SAY YES!!" and I have been using this CVS for years, so I was not pleased at all with what I was hearing. I almost didn't call back and just figured I would take my business somewhere else, but I was determined so; I called back the next day to speak to the Pharmacy manager only to find out that she was not scheduled, but on vacation. Now I was really frustrated. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist on duty, Iris. I almost declined to speak to her, but I was determined to get the issue resolved. I am SO HAPPY that I spoke to her. She immediately told me that she would take care of the issue and make sure I received the correct lancets. She told me to just bring the incorrect ones back in for a credit and she would contact my doctor's office to make sure they got the correct PX, but in the meantime she would get me the lancets I needed since it was a Sat. and the Dr's office was closed. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Iris for just saying yes and making it happen for the customer. They are very fortunate to have you in that store and you are an asset to the company. Because of you, I will continue to shop at that location. I can not tell you how much I appreciate what you did. When no one else seemed to care, you did and I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. You are the best. Thank you for caring !!!

Waited in pharmacy line for 20 minutes, got attitude from person at register because they had no record of my prescription. I just had surgery and need this antibiotic. I found it strange they had no record as I waited an hour and a half after the surgeons secretary told me she sent the script. I’ve had lousy experiences with this cvs in the past and figured that would be plenty of time. I leave without my prescription, make the half hour drive home, call the surgeons office, they told me that they sent the script, I then call cvs and the automated message tells me “your prescription is ready! Want to hear more?” I waited on hold for about 10 mins and then got attitude from the person on the phone when I asked for the script to be transferred. They actually told me to call a cvs closer to me to have them transfer it! I’m beyond frustrated right now. I will never go back to that cvs for anything, not even a pack of gum. Of course they won’t miss me as a customer but that’s ok because I’m just thrilled I won’t deal with their bs ever again.

I love my CVS on Pilgrim Hill. My husbands insurance make us have to go through express scripts which are not answering & can't even ship out my much needed migraine med til 23 March and they took care of me when express scripts didnt answer the phone.Thank you again. CVS.
